We were surprised a manager never came over to check on us and apologize. She said that he was in back yelling at employees, never once did a manager address the problem with us the customer! Was charged full price with no sincere apology. I have been in the customer service industry and been a business owner for decades. Always valued my customers as they are the ones keeping the doors open. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am pleased to say once we received hot food it was very good.
