I just don't understand how 2 hot dogs and a slice of pizza takes over 30 minutes with nobody in line in an empty casino...and the pizza already cooked on display. We love this casino but this place is supposed to be fast and convenient, neither of which are true. Honestly, you'd be better off just putting vending machines instead. These employees here don't give a rat's ass about the food they serve or the people who are buying the food. Update from 4 hours after we ate: both me and my husband got sick from the food. Ugh

These guys make a nice pie for a casino grab-and-go. Crust is thin and chewy, and they're generous with cheese and toppings. You only have four options, though. Plain cheese, pepp, combo, and 'pizza-of-the-day.' Super Bowl Sunday's POTD was Barbecue Hawaiian, and they kindly swapped the BBQ for traditional red. It would have been too overpoweringly sweet to me, otherwise. The fellas doing the cookin' were all young and friendly, despite quite the madness of the crowd during the big game. It was not expensive. Filled two of us up nicely, soaked up most of the alcohol we consumed, and made a dang fine breakfast snack the next morning. Keep your expectations in check, and you will do fine here in a pinch...

I realize this sounds silly, but this shows a lack of training and reflection of poor management and I thought it should be shared. The staff member at Primo's shown below told me I couldn't buy a particular pizza slice at 10:53am because they are only selling the breakfast pizza now. Even though all the pizzas are in their display case with the so called breakfast pizza. She told me the "lunch" pizzas can't be sold for 7 more minutes. I thought she was kidding and chuckled. She was dead serious. Both of the employees were just standing at the register and there were no other customers. This was my first time at this casino and was very impressed when I walked in. Guess first impressions aren't always correct. I will never be back!

Darn good pizza for a great price. I ordered a whole pepperoni and it was fantastic. I'm a pizza guy and this is good pizza. Did not expect quality pie, but was pleasantly surprised.

We've been here numerous times, and it is long overdue that I give them the five stars they deserve. The Vibe & Hospitality tucked away in the corner of a shopping center on Los Altos, this is the definition of a true locals' spot. The history here is incredible--the owner, Jim, relocated and rebuilt this business after losing everything in the Paradise Camp Fire. That "rising from the ashes" spirit is reflected in the hospitality. Jim is constantly making rounds to ensure everyone feels welcome. If you get a visit from him at your table, you'll see exactly why this place has so much soul. Jen the manager is also amazing and consistently ensures the service is fantastic. The Patio & Pet-Friendly atmosphere the patio is a great space and is very pet-friendly. We've brought our beagle, Bodhi, and Jim even made a point to come out and say hello to him personally. Those small touches are what turn a restaurant into a favorite. The Food & Drinks the menu is top-tier. A few standouts from our many visits: * The Deep Dish Pizza: A total showstopper. When it hits the table, it literally turns heads across the entire restaurant. It requires a 45-minute prep time, but it is absolutely worth the wait. * Burgers & French Dip: The burger is easily one of the best in the Reno/Sparks area, and the French Dip is amazing. * The Wings: Often wings are just an afterthought, but these are really, really good. * The Bar: They have a solid craft beer selection (the flights are a must) and their Aperol Spritz and French 75 are perfectly executed. Whether you are looking for a great aesthetic, a lively sports bar energy, or just a high-quality meal, this is the spot. Support this local business--you won't regret it.

They had plenty of staff for the Wednesday night, ordered a calzone, after about 20 minutes I received a pizza. So they took the pizza and prepared a calzone, after about another 20 minutes it arrived at the table, meat inside was room temperature at best. Waitress takes it back to warm it up. We were surprised a manager never came over to check on us and apologize. She said that he was in back yelling at employees, never once did a manager address the problem with us the customer! Was charged full price with no sincere apology. I have been in the customer service industry and been a business owner for decades. Always valued my customers as they are the ones keeping the doors open. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am pleased to say once we received hot food it was very good. Hopefully this is constructive criticism and I will see less poor reviews for this place.

Absolutely captivating cocktails & a nice menu of pasta dishes, standard fare like burgers/sandwiches/salads, pizzas etc but also truly elevated dishes like premium steaks & seafood. It feels like the kind of place that works best if you're bringing kids, letting them play in the arcade, and making it more of an outing than just grabbing food. That said, the service was pretty slow. Even though it didn't seem very busy, it took around 30-40 minutes to get the food after calling it in, which felt a bit long. The pizza itself reminded me a lot of Shakey's because it use to be one, which was nostalgic and pretty good overall. But for the price, it did taste a little on the cheaper side and wasn't especially exciting. The biggest disappointment was the mojo potatoes. I was looking forward to them, but they came out greasy and tasted like they may have been cooked in older oil, so I didn't really enjoy them. Overall, Boulevard Pizza is decent if you're going for the family/arcade experience, but I probably wouldn't think of it as a great takeout or delivery-style pizza place. The surrounding area also feels a little rough, which may be worth keeping in mind depending on when you go.

And if you're a Buffalo Bills fan you will definitely enjoy the decor. It has numerous memorable throughout. I went in there at lunch time. They had just opened and there was just a couple seated. I went to the counter and was greeted. I saw only a 16" pizza available but I was told they sold slices too that were a quarter the size so I ordered a slice of pepperoni and jalapeños. They had premade cheese pizzas and just added the pepperoni and jalapeños then reheating the slice. I also ordered a small Caesar salad, a cannoli and a can of Pepsi. It always reasonably priced The Caesar salad being small was a good size. The lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The Caesar dressing was creamy, thick and was quite tasty. The pizza slice was actually two slices. The sauce was spread well and had a nice tangy taste. The pepperoni was the cup style with a good amount and the jalapeños were well spread out too. The "under carriage", as they say, of the crust was nicely toasted and it had a good crunch to it. The cannoli was a medium size about 4". They have premade cannoli shells. The filling was filled in front of me. The filling was fresh, sweet and creamy. You can taste the ricotta cheese. It was as good as the ones I've had on the east coast. Overall this is a great place. All of the food was excellent, reasonably priced and a with and an old school pizza parlor vibe to it. I will definitely come back and try other things on their menu.
