Spinach Pie (half of one)
Starla F.

Ordered the spinach pie with cheese. There was so much spinach to this pie! I had to cut it in half, it was such a wealth of spinach. Can't find the cheese though, that was a small disappointment. The cost was bearable and the manager was friendly enough if a little harried, Friday night 7:30pm, delivery orders were going out as I picked up in the restaurant. The spinach was lightly seasoned and came with a small container of marinara. I will definitely go again. I'm back to say, I found the cheese, it was in my lactose intolerant partners box! Miss labeling the contents is a big oops for me. He couldn't eat his so I had to manage two full calzones in a short time, not favorable!

I had Pizza Pie-er located on Wickenden Street for the first time and it definitely won't be my last. Pizza Pie-er menu has appetizers, salads, calzones, wraps, speciality pizzas, lite-er pizzas that low in fat and high in protein, vegan and gluten free pizza, the option to create your own pizza, and dessert pies. There are 3 different pizza sizes-personal, medium, and large. Also, there are eleven different sauces to choose from and four types of crust. At 7:56pm, I used the website to put an order for pick-up. I was able to find street parking easily and walked in. On a Friday night, the staff were very busy. There were a few tables inside and they were occupied. The delivery man was running around. I went to the cashier to let him know I was here for pick-up, but he asked me politely to wait while he picked up the phone call. At 8:20pm, just waiting in the restaurant for a few minutes, I got my pizza box and the pizza smelled so good. I ordered a medium Pizza al Noci. This pizza has a whole wheat crust with walnut sauce, signature cheese blend, mushrooms and spinach. Walnut sauce is ground walnuts, olive oil, garlic and parmesan and we like all those so we thought we would try it. We did not regret our decision at all. This pizza was delicious. I am looking forward to trying their other speciality pizzas.

Pizza Pie-er is my favorite pizza spot on Wickenden. They're consistently good and everything they make is really great quality. Their dough and sauce are super flavorful as well. I also love that they're vegan friendly!

Their pizza is NY style thin crust (YUM) and though you can order a typical Margherita pizza, I highly suggest looking through the specialty pizza options. We got the G.O.A.T. Pizza which comes with mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, caramelized onions, herbs, and hot honey drizzle. It's even better than it sounds. This was the perfect combo of garlicky savory cheese and sweet honey with the tiniest kick. I could have eaten the entire large pizza on my own. I'm in RI for one more week and trust that I will order this again. I also got the 10 piece order of wings with BBQ sauce and was so pleasantly surprised to see it came on top of caramelized onions! It was there in the description, but I missed it. They were so good I was picking them out by hand and enjoying them. The wings were thick and full of meat. They had an option to get them extra well done, but I love exactly how they came regularly. I would definitely order these again. Overall, super impressed. Highly recommended!

If I had known this shop was open late, I would have been coming here more often. My friend and I…read morewere hungry around 11:30 pm on Friday night and this was one of the few open spots in the area with affordable good food. There was street parking and at the time, it was free. There were about 4 parties inside when we walked in, which gave us some time to think about which slices we wanted. We eventually went with the arugula, cranberry, balsamic drizzle, and I think feta along with the spicy sun dried tomato. The slices are pretty big and they do put them in the oven before handing them over. Each slice is about $4-$6, but you can also order whole pies. There was seating inside, but the air conditioning was too strong, so we found a table outside. Before stepping out, we poured ourselves cups of complimentary water. The crust is crispy and thin so you really get to taste all the toppings. The arugula one was really good. I enjoyed the different flavors: sweet, salty, creamy, acidic, and surprisingly, the arugula was not overly bitter. The sun-dried tomato one was also good. I am typically not a fan but this one was good since the tomato wasn't tough, or overly acidic. I would highly recommend Fellini's for great food at a good price. I would consider this location to be better for quick trips, or take out to eat the food at the Pedestrian bridge, but they do have another location in Cranston which is prettier and bigger for sit down, family style, and large groups.

We stopped in while spending time at Level99, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing…read more The service was subpar from start to finish. The bartender barely made eye contact, and when I ordered a spicy tequila soda, I was served with Tajín sprinkled on top--not exactly what I'd expect for a spicy drink. The food was equally underwhelming. The pepperoni pizza came out with the pepperoni completely burnt. When we mentioned it, we were told that's simply how they prepare it, so keep that in mind if you order pizza here. The wings were decent and had a good amount of meat on them, but that was about the only highlight. The nachos arrived swimming in grease, making them difficult to enjoy, and the toppings were just average. The French fries were another issue--they appeared to have been cooked in the same fryer as seafood. This wasn't disclosed, and the fries came out tasting noticeably fishy. Thankfully, I don't have a seafood allergy, but that could be a serious concern for someone who does. The ambiance was fine, but overall the food and service left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn't go out of my way to return.
