Back again for a pizza after the nearby movie. The small mushroom and bacon pizza was very good, as was the small salad. Just right for the two of us. To accompany this we had a Blue Mojito and a Maine Beer. The check came to $60. We added well deserved good tip. Our server, Sheila, was pleasant and attentive. We like the informality of the place and the good vibes. We will return.

The woodfired pizzas are amazing! We've tried the North Conway NH location and the Providence, RI location. Both places had great friendly service and I love the ambience. Best part is my daughter, who has a peanut & tree nut allergy can safety eat there. It's hard to find restaurants where she can eat anything she wants off the menu.

5/5 service 4/5 vibes inside 3/5 food been here a handful of times and servers are consistently helpful. came in most recently party of 8 and a high top chair for a kiddo, service was still 5/5. no complaints there. the vibe inside is good, it makes use of the awkwardly long space that it is. i like that you can see them cooking. the food is alright but keep in mind i dont eat gluten pizza. salads are pretty good but im coming here for a gluten free pizza, and usually leave wanting more. it's a thin hard store bought crust or store bought tasting crust. so i dont really like coming here for the food. usually its to make someone else happy and that person can have their dough, which they rave about. so do with that info what you will!

Daughters last day, moving out of school. Stopped in for lunch. Pizza is amazing! I got Mopsy's Kaluha pie with chicken. Really tasty. Daughter got the potato pie no bacon, one of her favorites. Husband got peperton also a great pie. Highly recommend stopping in when you're in the area. Our waiter John was very attentive, checked on us to make sure we were happy. Suggested a salad to start so glad he did was super fresh! Crispy and cold. Lettuce, carrots, celery.

First time here. THEY HAVE A PARKING LOT, right off of Thayer! If you know, you know. I LOVED that lots of the menu items are organic/ quality items. Pizza could've baked a little more, was a little flimsy. Really loved the dressed salad and chicken. I do wish there was a bigger piece of brownie for the brownie sundae. Other than that, good eats. The pizza is made right in front of you, from start to finish, which is cool. Very spacious inside, loved the aesthetic in here. Lots of different, size inclusive seating options.

Awesome return to Flatbed in support of RI Blue Star Moms. Fresh wood oven pizza along with the best service. Location is just off Thayer St and one can enjoy a full evening there or before another place you're set to visit!

Tried to order just a salad for lunch . Ordering when they open at 11:45 online still says 12:15 pick up so I go in to the store. Order salad takes. 25 minutes to come out and I only get 30 Minutes for lunch. Should have just left it there because now it will go to waste as I am unable to eat it on the power walk back from lunch. Needless to say won't be coming back for lunch again anytime soon

This was my first time at Flatbread in Providence. It is located off Thayer Street and there is a parking lot too. On a Friday evening, we were told it was going to be a 20 minute wait for a table for 2 people. However, there were some seats at the bar so we sat there. The bartender was very friendly. After a while, the bar area got crowded and then calmed down. There was also a party taking place in the back with a few tables. There are beers on tap and cocktails. I had the Downeast Winter Blend Cider and it was so great that I ordered two. We had the Jay's Heart which is their organic wood-fired cauldron organic tomato sauce, whole milk mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, homemade garlic oil and own blend of organic herbs. It was very tasty especially with added shredded parmesan cheese on top. For dessert, we had the Barbara's Homemade Brownie Sundae which was warmed in their wood-fired oven and served with ice cream, warm homemade chocolate sauce and whipped cream sweetened with maple syrup. We wished the brownie was warmer, but the outside was hard and the inside was a little soft so that was nice. There is an automatic addition of 2% kitchen appreciation fee to the food on the check. It was such a laid back, cool, and chill place to be at on a Friday night. I am looking forward to the next time I can visit Flatbread in Providence and try their other flatbreads.

    Open kitchen (peanut/treenut free).

We decimated 2 pizzas within 20 minutes. Private lot is a plus. Pizza is thin, crispy, hot and fresh. Servers are kind. Expect to pay $17-28 for a large pie.

The first time I came, it was a rainy weekday and this time it was a sunny weekend, so I was expecting an even larger crowd; and my prediction was correct. The line was just out the door but because of their awesome staff, the line was moving very quickly. While we waited in line, we could watch them making pastries through the glass, a couple feet in front of us. I admired that level of transparency. When we were third in line, the kindest lady asked us whether we'd be eating in or taking out and she took down our name to help us find a table when it came time. She did the same for the rest of the people in line. She also gave us some recommendations, including the cinnamon bun - apparently they're so good kids cry when they sell out. I didn't intend to order anything with my drink, but I couldn't get the cinnamon bun out of my head so I ordered it along with my iced spiced chai latte. The hen (I think it's their logo) on the aprons of the employees are super cute. We did secure a table. The tables are close together to maximize the number of people who can sit down but I didn't mind. I love their art all around, mostly of birds which I am obsessed with. I love that they have a lot of natural lighting coming through their tall windows. I also like the navy blue and white theme they have going on. The chai latte was perfect. It was the right color (a dark tan), meaning the ratio of tea and milk was good and I could taste a lot of the spices. The cinnamon bun blew my expectations away. The second my teeth made. contact with the icing, it was a magical feeling. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it tasted like, but the closest I got was dulce de leche. It is truly unlike any other cinnamon bun I have ever had. The dough is soft and there is a good amount of cinnamon. It's also $4 which is not bad. I had a bite of their canelé, which apparently requires a lot of work to make. It was very moist, with a great caramelized finish. I am super excited to try their new weekend dinner menu, but also more of their all day menu items.

Chomp is one of those Providence restaurants that I keep finding myself coming back to, even after…read moretelling myself I should probably try something else on the menu. I've eaten my way through quite a few things here over the years, and while there are plenty of good choices, I keep coming back to the Smokey and the Bandit smash burger. At this point, I probably know what I'm ordering before I even sit down. There's just something about that combination that keeps winning. The food here is consistently good. Everything I've had has been fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and the kitchen seems to have that part figured out without making a big production of it. The menu has enough variety that you can come in with different appetites and still find something you want, but it doesn't feel like one of those places with a menu the size of a small novel where you need twenty minutes just to decide what you're looking at. The beer selection is another reason I enjoy Chomp. There's enough variety to make choosing a beer part of the experience rather than simply grabbing whatever happens to be on tap. Prices are also pretty reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, which is increasingly something I notice because restaurant prices have a funny way of creeping upward when you're not paying attention. The location is another part of the appeal. Chomp sits in a great little part of Providence where you can easily make an evening out of being in the neighborhood. There are plenty of other restaurants, shops, and places to wander around nearby, so it doesn't feel like you're making a special trip just to eat and then immediately getting back in the car. Tonight, though, I have to give a special shout-out to Bella, who was our server. She was outstanding. Friendly, personable, attentive without hovering, and genuinely helpful. She suggested adding bacon to my Smokey and the Bandit, which I probably wouldn't have thought to do on my own. I'm very glad she mentioned it because it was an excellent call. Sometimes the best recommendations are the simple ones, and she nailed it. One piece of advice if you're planning on coming here: make a reservation if you can. Chomp can fill up quickly, and given how good the food is, that really shouldn't come as much of a surprise. It's the kind of restaurant where people come back because they already know they're going to have a good meal, and I'm certainly part of that group. Five stars from me. Great food, good beer, reasonable prices, a fantastic Providence location, and genuinely good service. I've tried enough of the menu over the years to know that Chomp has plenty of options, but apparently I'm still incapable of walking through the door without ordering that Smokey and the Bandit. Add Bella's bacon recommendation to the list of reasons I'm going to keep coming back.

That aside, we ordered several varieties of wings, a couple different burgers and sandwiches, and a salad. The wings were OK, but about as dry as could be, almost inedible. The burgers were just eh. Both the Smash Burger and House Burger were decently cooked but greasy with little flavor. The Smokey Melt was a little more flavorful but really heavy and greasy. The worst item by far was the Caesar Salad. Honestly it looked like someone sliced up lettuce like you would for a sub sandwich, or used a 1990s Salad Shooter, and threw it in a styrofoam dish. It didn't even resemble a salad I'd avoid this place.

This a local spot, if you know, you know, and if you don't, now you do :) Let me just say that if there is one thing to really focus in on, it's consistency. In today's economy with everything so expensive you sometimes feel like you don't get the best value for money spent. So let me tell you, these guys and girls nail it every single time. First off it's a super cozy spot, perfectly lit with a high end tavern type feel. Service is always prompt and friendly. Ask anyone working and they're happy to help you out. It felt like such a treat to have a quality dining spot just steps from my room, especially after long days exploring the expo. The restaurant has a warm and modern atmosphere, with a stylish interior featuring sleek wood finishes, cozy lighting, and an inviting open kitchen concept that lets you watch the chefs in action. It is spacious yet comfortable, making it perfect for both solo dining at the bar and gathering with friends at a table. One of the biggest highlights about 110 Grill is their dedication to accommodating dietary needs. They are known for having a completely gluten-free menu, right down to a separate fryer to avoid cross-contamination. As someone who appreciates when restaurants go the extra mile for their guests, I thought that was fantastic. I came in around noon on Sunday, and the place was surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful escape from the busy weekend crowds. The bartender was absolutely wonderful. Although she seemed to be the only person working the floor at the time, she managed everything with such grace and friendliness. She was attentive and so kind, and she mixed some amazing drinks. I enjoyed a couple of their signature 110 Margaritas, and they were both fantastic, perfectly balanced with fresh citrus flavors and just the right amount of tequila kick. For my meal, I ordered the Apricot Shrimp Risotto along with a side Caesar salad, and it completely blew me away. The risotto was creamy and rich without being heavy or mushy, and I was delighted that there were no diced onions hiding in it, since I usually find they overpower the dish. The shrimp were large and tender, and the hint of sweetness from the apricot created a beautiful harmony of flavors. It was one of those meals that stays with you long after you have left town because it was genuinely that delicious. Looking through the menu, I noticed that 110 Grill offers a great variety of dishes ranging from hearty steaks and burgers to creative seafood options and vibrant vegetarian plates. Their menu often features seasonal specials and locally inspired flavors, keeping things fresh and exciting. They also have an impressive cocktail list and a nice selection of wines and local craft beers, which makes it a great spot for both dinner and drinks. Service, even during quiet times, felt warm and personal, and I appreciated how attentive the staff were to details, especially when it comes to food allergies or dietary preferences. If you find yourself staying at the Residence Inn or anywhere nearby, or you simply want a delicious meal in a modern, comfortable setting, I highly recommend checking out 110 Grill. It was the perfect place to relax, indulge in a fantastic meal, and treat myself during my trip to Flight Sim Expo. I am already looking forward to coming back the next time I am in town.

Located downtown, you'd expect the food and drinks to be amazing, but unfortunately, most of what I…read moretried fell short. I walked in thinking it would be a quick and easy order since I came from right across the street. The young lady at the front counter was friendly and told me what she personally liked, but she didn't know much about several of the items on the menu. She repeatedly had to walk back to ask the manager--which was fine--but the manager wasn't as helpful as I expected either. The young lady mentioned that the barbecue nachos were her favorite, so I ordered the barbecue macaroni and cheese instead since I was walking and didn't want the chips to get soggy. I also ordered the boneless wings, which honestly surprised me--they were the size of tenders and ended up being the best thing I tried. They were flavorful, stayed crispy, and were the highlight of the meal. Everything else, however, was disappointing. The drink portion was the size of a kid's cup but priced like multiple adult drinks combined--and it was only lemonade. The barbecue on top of the macaroni and cheese was just okay, not great, but not terrible. The macaroni and cheese itself was the real problem: watery, flavorless, and far from creamy. It was so bad that I ended up throwing it away. For the amount I spent and what I received, I don't recommend coming here. It also took nearly an hour to prepare two food items and two drinks, and the restaurant wasn't even busy--only a few tables were occupied. I don't understand why the wait was so long. I don't think I'd return, unless I happened to be in the area and only wanted the chicken. But with the long wait times, high prices, and disappointing food quality, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

you really get what you pay for here. this is a "once a year if youre lucky" kind of establishment…read more the kind you default to when its your anniversary and you really love your spouse lol. points of interest: -2 drinks got me pleasantly drunk, but not hammered. the perfect balance. -the arancini was flawless. we both marveled over how it managed to maintain its structural integrity despite being a pile of wet rice in a breaded coating. -husband completely cleared his squid ink seafood dish, leaving only soupy remains. i should have asked to take it home so i could dip a loaf of bread in it. -my pasta was crazy good. ive had so many "just ok" pasta dishes in restaurants using the same damn sysco sauce that i forgot that you can get something novel and fresh. -we both split a cheesecake at the end. perfect meal. service was awesome, as it always is. everyone is so polite and (seemingly?) unstressed to work there despite being slammed for dinner. see you next year, hopefully, pan e vino!

We recently visited Pane e Vino in Providence Rhode Island to celebrate my fiancé's father's 85th…read morebirthday, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Our server, Dwight, seemed rushed and inattentive throughout the evening. From the start, we felt like an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. We asked if we could move to a nearby table that was already set for eight, as our current table was cramped and located in a very tight walkway where people constantly brushed past us. We were told the table was reserved, yet from the time we arrived just before 6:00 PM until we left at 8:45 PM, no one was ever seated there. It was frustrating, especially since the cramped space made our dining experience uncomfortable. Service overall was lacking. Dwight rarely checked on us, and when we tried to get his attention for drinks or assistance, he would quickly pass by before we had the chance to ask. It often felt like we were bothering him. We were not offered water, and getting additional beverages was unnecessarily difficult. The food itself was just okay, nothing memorable. When we ordered dessert and cappuccino, the cappuccino tasted like it was made with spoiled milk, but again, no one came back to check on us, so we had no opportunity to address it. The most disappointing moment was the birthday acknowledgment. We asked for a dessert with a candle to celebrate an 85th birthday, and instead received a plate with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate, a small amount of whipped cream, and a candle. It was underwhelming and, honestly, a bit embarrassing. We would have gladly paid for a proper dessert. Jacob the busser was the only attentive one there. We have come to Pane e Vino every year for family birthdays because we've always enjoyed the atmosphere, but after this experience, we will not be returning.
