They don't have many flavors to choose from. Parking is minimal. There was 3 ppl working and they had no sense of providing fast/efficient service. The employees knew the customers ahead of us personally so they felt it was appropriate to just chat with them and hold up the line. There was elderly people behind me so that irritated me a bit. The ice cream was mediocre at best. Not many topping options either.

I love Big Feeling! Today was my second visit, and it's quickly becoming a favorite. They have an amazing variety of ice cream and sorbet flavors, including seasonal options made with locally sourced Rhode Island ingredients. I can be a little hesitant to try new flavors, but the staff is so friendly and always happy to offer samples, which makes deciding a lot easier. This time, I went with the Dulce de Leche, and it was incredible--the caramel was sooo good. They offer both dairy and non-dairy options, so there's something for everyone. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

Such a small store front but I feel like it fits this business perfectly . This is where you go for a GOOD scoop of ice cream . Went in on a whim and was surprised at the interesting flavors they had such as mango sticky rice ( which was amazing ) and tamarind fish sauce . We did try some samples before deciding which was super nice of the staff . I had a half and half serving of Dulce de Leche and strawberry ice cream on a cone . They are not expensive for the size scoop you get . Just the cone or cup options . They have pints of ice cream to go which I regret not grabbing . I will try my best to come back for another scoop of the Dulce de Leche Ice cream .

This is one of the best ice cream spots in Providence. They have a great selection of dairy and non-diary options. Each flavor is terrific. Their menu changes constantly, but if you spot the Mango Sticky Rice flavor- try it!

I really appreciated the upbeat and friendly attitude of the team here. Great service and neighborhood vibe. I sampled a few flavors and ended up getting the smores.

This place is so new and I heard it from my partner's work friend~ already was a big fan of the name of this ice cream shop. First off, they do free samples to try out the flavor first before committing to the cone~ the non-dairy options are coconut base ice cream. I had had the Thai tea dairy options ice cream and it was amazing! It was very cream! There was many options of scoops and the staff let me know the about size of everything. Mini= golf ball Scoop = tennis ball I choose the scoop size on a cute cone! I was also told about the caffine in the ice cream because it has a black tea base flavoring~ I will definitely be coming back because staff were so kind and the ice cream flavors were so unique!

Rating: 4.3 Came to try after recommendation from my coworker. It's a newer small ice cream shop located in providence. Parking is street parking only. When we came it wasn't too busy so we order at the counter right away. They have dairy and non dairy options available and some interesting flavors. 4 sizes and with cups or cones. They also offer to try flavors which is nice deciding what you want. I ended up getting guava cheesecake flavor ice cream and my partner got Thai tea flavor. The ice creams were pretty good overall. Nice flavors and not too sweet or overwhelming They give you good amount of ice cream as well. Service was good as well and the staff was welcoming. Overall I did like the place and would come back again when I'm around the area.

Finally got that Big Feeling! I've been wanting to try Big Feeling for a while now but their ordering process was limited and difficult... but not anymore. Now I can drive to Westminster Street and just grab a pint or a scoop. They also have many more dairy and non daily options to choose from. I went with a scoop of their dulce de Leche and my wife went with the mint chip both were creamy and delicious. The inside had a cute scoop shop vibe and the staff were friendly.

Discovering a hidden gem on Westminster Street! I've had the pleasure of enjoying the big feeling ice creams at Ceremony Coffee Shop before, where I tried the matcha and loved it. So, I was thrilled to check out their new storefront when it opened! The shop is charming, featuring two tables and a few seats. It seems they frequently rotate their ice cream flavors, as everything is made from scratch and incorporates many local ingredients. Although I wasn't a fan of the dulce de leche ice cream--it was a bit too sweet for my taste--the matcha was just as delightful as I remembered! I can't wait to try more flavors soon.

Went with a friend for an afternoon treat. Cute place right across from Classical HS. The owner is great and has perfected his product. As a lactose intolerant person, I liked that there were 5 nondairy flavors (and 7 or 8 dairy.) I enjoyed the horchata ice cream and you could not tell it had no milk. My friend had miso butterscotch brownie. I would definitely go back-a hidden West Side gem.

I cannot express how happy I am that Big Feeling finally got a brick and mortar! This is the ice cream spot that Providence has much needed. I liked Big Feeling before when they would do the weekly pint drops, but the store takes it to another level. The fact that I frequent this place at least twice a week says enough. I love how they rotate their flavors constantly and there are always surprises on the menu. The ingredients are super fresh and the consistency is perfect. My favorite is the London Fog, which is almost always a constant on the menu. The staff are also awesome and passionate about the ice cream. They're always patient and allow customers to sample before choosing. Looking forward to going back again!

Big Feeling was so amazing that I felt inspired to write a review on the spot. Congratulations to them for opening a brick-and-mortar store. Firstly, the team at Big Feeling is really friendly and makes you feel welcome right away. The ambience is also cozy, stylish with a retro vibe. Secondly, their flavors are so complex and delicate. They succeeded in some savory hints to flavors in ways that other fancy spots (in the same vein as salt and straw) have not succeeded at. Their satsuma evoo is refreshing, only slightly sweet (the highest praise you can get from an Asian customer) and with incredibly creamy texture despite being a sorbet. The Thai tea is also slightly salty, with undertones of toasted spices, and so thick that it melts quite slowly. I loved the ice cream so much that I had to take a pint with me home afterwards. If I had to rank ice cream in my lifetime, this would be close to top for me!

Best chocolate scoop of my life. This is the mini size.

My fave ice cream in Providence! They have unique and really exceptionally yummy flavors but also their standards like chocolate are incredible. Vibes inside are cute too so would recommend for eating in or ice cream to go.

They were finally open on a Wednesday when I was in the area - really appreciating their new extended summer hours - so some friends and I walked over. This is located in an easily walkable part of the city where street parking is pretty doable, so it's a great stop to work in to a friend hang or date night since it's near breweries and restaurants. I had my heart set on the Ube, but the other flavors were awfully tempting - I'm dying to come back for the Fruity Pebbles taco and/or ice cream sandwich ASAP! I ordered the Ube ice cream sandwich, which came on coconut cookies, was dipped in white chocolate, and covered with coconut flakes, for $6.50. The ice cream color was bright purple as Ube often is, and the cookies were soft and perfectly melt in your mouth despite being frozen. I was advised by the owner to let it sit for a few minutes before eating as they start out very cold. I could only stand to wait a few minutes before diving in, which ended up being a fine amount of time. The flavors were decadent, the Ube was so sweet and indulgent, like an extreme vanilla as I always describe it, but with a root/woodsy note to it that's hard to explain. I was totally in heaven while eating this! My friends loved their options: Thai iced tea sandwich, Fruity Pebbles sandwich, and Banana sandwich. The pistachio sandwich was reportedly a little too mild for some tastes. My friend got their limited edition ** corn and blueberry!!** flavor sandwich - WHAT!? So unique! I had to steal a bite and was pleasantly surprised - I didn't get blueberry in my bite, but it was like frozen corn chowder - not savory, but still a distinctly 'corn' flavor, not corn flakes, but true, actual, corn. The cookies were thin and square shaped and seemed like a cross between cornbread and a sugar cookie, although I'm not exactly sure what it was. I'd go back here to try more things in a heartbeat, and the amazing and large plants on display in this little shop give such a fresh, unique, and fun vibe. There are some small tables to eat at while you're here which came in handy for us, and the owner even let us hang out a few minutes past close, stating he'd be there anyways cleaning, so we didn't have to go wait outside in the rain - so sweet on all levels!

Obsessed What incredible flavors / flavor combos! I got the Sweet summer corn & blueberry blondie bar and WHEWWW I was blown away. So flavorful- and these things are HUGE! For only $7 too? So worth it. We will absolutely be returning as it seems they have flavor drops weekly

They have a huge selection of flavors, and every time we go in I end up standing there longer than I planned because there are so many tempting choices. It's the kind of problem every ice cream shop should have. The ice cream itself is outstanding. It's fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor without feeling overly heavy. Every flavor we've tried has been excellent, and it's easy to see why this place has developed such a loyal following. In my opinion, it's the best ice cream on the East Side. Just be prepared to wait if you're stopping by on a nice evening. The shop is fairly small inside, and it's not uncommon for the line to stretch right out the front door. Thankfully, the staff keeps things moving, and the wait has always been worth it. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the ice cream and the generous portions. Parking can be a little hit or miss since it's mostly street parking, although there are a handful of spaces behind the building. Somehow we've been lucky the last few visits and managed to grab a spot right out front, even when there was a long line. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the small space and limited parking can make visiting during peak hours a little less convenient. Once you have your ice cream, though, it's hard to complain. If you're looking for fantastic homemade ice cream in Providence, Three Sisters absolutely deserves a visit. Just bring a little patience if you're going on a warm summer evening.

Eventbrite was easy to use to reserve the ticket and choose the mini ice cream cake flavors. I chose Milk & Cookies and Sweet Cream & Cookies. The class started about 10:50AM, because we were all waiting for 1 guest to arrive. The class had a total of 11 people. On the table, there were round decorating turntables, cups of frosting, frosting spreaders, mini M&Ms, and icing in piping bags. When the whole class was ready, the staff member gave us our first mini ice cream cake and showed us how to frost it and use the piping bag to create grass. Then, we decorated our second mini ice cream cake. I think my second mini ice cream cake was better, but we were pretty much left to decorate freely. I wish there was more instruction from the staff members. Unfortunately, the mini ice cream cakes started to melt while were decorating and it was messy. The staff members were wonderful and friendly though. They let us keep the mini ice cream cakes in the freezer for a bit while my friends and I grabbed a smoothie from Mia Cane nearby. I do not think the class was really worth $27.00, but I try to think of it as purchasing 2 mini ice cream cakes with toppings for $27.00. The mini ice cream cakes had good flavor.
