Awful customer service!!! Took over 2 hours to get our pizza and when I called and talked to the manager, he said "there is nothing he can do" and hung up! Looks like they can use some customer service training!!! Pizza was cold and mediocre at best! Stay away!!! read more

Pizza is great here! Staff is friendly. I have door dash here for over a year. Small restaurant so it's a grab and go but there are a few places you can sit outside to enjoy the weather and food. read more

Thought we'd give the place another chance. As we're still looking for deep dish that's good. Did not care for it. I know they put lots of cheese on the regular pizza, but the deep dish was kinda like a melted block of cheese on undercooked crust. Crust should not fold when you pick it up on a deep dish. With a few pieces of extra ingredients. Sauce was so-so. We'll keep looking, but I doubt we'll find anything around Cedar Lake. read more

Driving by you might think just keep movin,, but honestly their pizza is awesome,, we order sausage pizza and always order extra sausage,, great crust sauce and perfect amount of cheese. Tried this place for the first time last evening after seeing many positive comments on Facebook. We have lived in Cedar Lake for almost 25 years now and had never really paid attention to that pizza place. I have to admit, that I am quite embarrassed it took us so long to try them. The pizza was outstanding, very hot and I thought the people working were extremely polite and helpful. We will definitely be going back, as this has now become our families go to pizza place. I had heard several good things about their beef sandwiches so finally my husband & I tried it for ourselves. Major disappointment. We ordered the beef with cheese, the combo and an order of hot wings. My beef sandwich was so dry!! No au jus what so ever. The flavor was marginal at best. I just couldn't get over how dry the sandwich was. My husband's combo only had sausage on it, maybe he did read the description closely but in any restaurant that serves beef & sausage sandwiches a combo sandwich is beef & sausage. He wasn't impressed with the sandwich at all. The nail in the coffin for us were the wings. They had a terrible texture & were actually cold. Very gross. Not sure we would even venture back to try the pizza. read more

Ive lived in CL all my life and this place has always had good pzza and excellent beef sandwiches. If you dont like it its totally user preference but I know a lot and I mean a LOT of people who love their beef sandwiches and pizza. BEWARE ....a couple of months ago, I ordered pizza from here and I ended up with pizza so burnt it wasn't edible. They did give me a credit. The next week I got my credit pizza and it was good. Tonight I called and they answer the phone with just "hello". had to ask if it was pizza palace. So, pizza didn't come an hour and 20 minutes after I ordered it so I called and again I was greeted with "hello". Told her it was an hour and a half since I ordered, she said it was on the way. I live 5 minutes away, it got there 15 minutes later. The pizza was cold and undercooked but worse it had a taste like it was cooked in a dirty pizza oven with a lot of build-up. I should have just flushed $30 down the toilet. I guess I should have thought twice when they answered the phone "Hello". Also, when I called back I got a Verizon recording saying that their phone was busy. They don't even have a landline for their "business". Never again! Dirty, lazy, and unprofessional. read more

Just went here with my wife for the first time after several people raved about it. VERY disappointed.... First, we want there and ordered, were then told it would be a 35 minute wait. Huh? Ok, whatever not a big deal. It's nice out, so we waited out front... Once we finally got our food, the hot wings tasted like they were freezer burnt before the went into the fryer. The skin on the wings was almost slimy. Not crispy AT ALL. Nasty. Then, I ordered a combo sandwich - as in beef and sausage combination? There was no beef on my sandwich! Best pizza in Cedar Lake, for sure, and I have tried them all. The service isn't the best, takes a long time for delivery (hour and a half) even though they are 5 minutes away (yet when I ask if I pick it up how long, they still tell me an hour and a half). Maybe this is just because they are a small place and get so busy or they are understaffed, or both. They aren't very friendly on the phone either. I feel like I am a nuisance when I call, which is why I dropped them to a 4 rather than 5 (a lot of attitude and loud sighs) Yet I still order from them, because it IS the best. read more
