Ever since moving to Cefar Lake over 2 years ago, i have been a customer of Rosati's On 4/6/24, I ordered a gluten-free pizza for my wife, and a few hours after eating it, she was in the emergency room for severe food poisoning. I called the store, and General Manager Kieth Powers was extremely rude and accusatory. Will not be going back. I could hear him chuckling as we spoke to him. I asked for corporate numbers and was told that this was a franchise. I would rather by Frozen than deal with these issues. I have never dined in , I always get delivery, and have never had issues with my Order. Everything is great and fresh, delivery man is always friendly. I love their pizza, wings, harvest salad and garlic bread Italian beef, essentially everything I've tried from there. I highly recommend, and one of these days I might just dine in! read more

I will open by saying this is my GO TO place for pizza but I don't know what happened on Tuesday Sept 5th? National Cheese Pizza Day? I received a coupon code for a free small cheese pizza, the app didn't accept the code so I used a code I had for a Free 16 inch pizza and to balance it out I had them add pepperoni. And 12 jumbo wings. I picked it up at 7pm and went home. When I opened the box I was stunned? This pizza was so thin it only had one side? And I was going to say something here in the reviews but chose not to. The next day lunch I had a few slices cold and noticed? There wasn't a single sliver of pepperoni on those slices? $45.00 for 3 sandwiches Sunday. It was supposed to come with fries or salad on side. Received neither. Ordet taker in carry out didn't mention anything about it comes with fries or salad. Good pizza, little light on the additional chicken I paid for, but taste was good and customer service was solid.

Delicious pizza and the Anti pasta salad was very good. Service was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is very nice and clean.

I keep trying it, but it leaves me disappointed occasionally. The pizza seems to be dry. It just needs more ingredients. I'll try again in a month or two. read more

It's hit or miss here. Some good nights, but more often a negative experience. Parking is awful!!! example of off night-Placed carry out order. Did not receive all items. Called to get a resolution. Waiting in phone cycle for 7 minutes. Was told they could "remake" it since it was now cold & we could drive back to pick it up. Asked if they could just give us a refund and could only offer a store credit. If they couldn't put the food in the bag the 1st what assurance would we have to actually receive the credit. Then asked to have it delivered. Now just under 2 hours later & still have not received missing item. Called back again & was told the 1 & 1/2 hours is normal time for delivery. read more

Service was horrible! My husband and I decided to stop in and check out the bar area of the restaurant. We couldn't get the waitress/bartender to serve us. Another couple came in 25 minutes after us and appeared to be friends of the waitress/bartender were treated like royalty and sat down right next to us and were served, while we were still waiting for her to serve us. We normally sit at a table and tip extremely well! However after this experience we will take our money and tips elsewhere. Who cares about the blocked lake view! Let alone poor service!! read more

Amazingly fresh food, great service at a decent price! You can sit outside and look at the lake or the beach people. It is a relaxing family environment. Best deep dish pizza ever! It has the best sauce and layered with peppers and even more tomatoes! I also had there spaghetti and meatballs now don't even get me started!! The meatballs are gigantic and they are so rich and good. The spaghetti and the sauce they use is magical so good!!! Their hot wings are pretty good too, nice and spicy, but they don't put enough sauce on them. They are dry most of the time. read more

So.. I ordered a $50 order plus a 15% tip for a pizza and a sandwich to get delivered. After an hour, I didn't receive it. When I called, I was told they left the pizza outside because they couldn't get ahold of me. The fact is there were 3 cars in the driveway, every light in the house on, my son and I were literally less than 10 feet from the front door, there were two doors laying against the front door but the delivery driver said no one answered. I have a video Ring doorbell and it shows that the driver didn't even knock loud enough to even hear the sound on the video. I can hear a cat meow on the video from the bottom of my driveway and yet there was no sound of his knock. I have many dogs that bark if anyone even comes down the street to fast. As a result, they left $50 worth of food in 30 degree weather unattended. The manager was less than helpful. He said this I did a refund after 10 minutes of solid arguing with him but they lost a customer. He said their policy is to leave your food outside, I guess for anything to happen to it. My contention would be to take it back to the restaurant, if indeed you get no answer. If a long time customer orders $50 worth of food, they are going to call about it -- guaranteed. If the manager even said "sorry" or "I'll remind him to knock louder" or anything close to customerservice - I would've been fine with that but the sheer defiance and rudeness, I'll never go back. I'm just one person and the $600 I spend a year really doesn't matter to them but it is frustrating since their food used to be decent. Again -- who leaves food outside in the cold and weather and walks away???? Sad..The zoomers have absolutely no common sense. What is this world coming too? read more

Normally the food is good. But this time. Just no. I got a pineapple and Canadian bacon pizza with half jalapenos on it and each slice had 6 jalapenos to 8 per slice.
