great food and atmosphere. Mariah was a great waitress. The cheese curds were awesome.

Our waitress, Kari, made our night out fabulous. Very friendly, efficient and attentive. Great dinner on a gloomy Monday evening. read more

Appetizers took 45 mins Pizza took 1.5hrs Our visit 1hr 45 mins Pizza was not hot when it got to the table Seen 20+ pizza in boxes pass by our booth while we waited. Waitress kept us informed they were running behind. If that pizza was hot, could have got 1 more star but pizza night took too long to get food. Place was not even full for the long wait. 1st time at this place the ball was dropped... read more

Practically empty restaurant...waited about 10 minutes to be approached by the rude hostess...no apology for making us wait. Waited about 10 minutes for a waitress...drinks and food took forever to come out and waitress was basically non existent...several tables had garbage and dirty dishes on them...wings and fries came out cold...told waitress and she gave us our check and disappeared.. Horrible service...will never come back here again. read more

This place is located on the East side of Broadway (53) when heading down to Crown Point HS from Merrillville. It has the normal Rosatis menu. We were picking up food to go to a football game at the high school so we ate in the car. Sorry but the photos did not turn out well but it did look like the typical Rosatis pizza. We got the pepperoni and italian sausage. Slightly on the expensive side for 12" pizza but the toppings were decent and good quick meal on the go. read more

Last night, we took our two grandkids for dinner at Rosati's & it turned into a ridiculous ordeal. We were seated right away, server brought our drinks (granddaughter ordered Root Beer & she brings Dr. Pepper, then acted a little bent when she said she didn't want the Dr. Pepper & had to go back & get her Root Beer) & we ordered-nothing complicated, just a large pizza-easy, right....? Wrong-she came back after we'd sat there for about 20 minutes & informs us that she forgot to put our crust preference order in & it was going to be another 15 minutes or so for us to get our order. Great. After waiting over an hour to get our food & asking several times for silverware, napkins, etc., she finally brings it out & we thought everything was ok. Wrong again! First bite, I bite into a chunk of green pepper-which I cannot eat & then I see more on other slices. We ordered sausage on half/sausage, mushroom & onion on the other half-why was there green pepper on it???? I really wanted to 'have a fit' about it, but at this point, the kids were getting tired, very hungry & we basically just wanted to eat & get out of there. The server-Nicole-seemed very nonchalant about her messing up our order or how we had to wait over an hour, but did offer a 15% discount. Needless to say, we didn't feel the need to bestow a nice tip on her, which we normally would have, but if the service sucks, so does the tip. We have been going to this Rosati's for years-we live in Michigan City, but will make a special trip to Crown Point to go there & this, hands down was the absolute worst experience we've ever had there. Not happy & they're really lucky that I didn't raise hell over the green pepper-I have an allergy, but it's not severe & I did catch it right away, but what if it was severe & I had gone into anaphylactic shock over the negligence of putting green pepper on our order....??? read more

Visited Tosati's for a late lunch and even though there was not a customer in the place, we stayed because the aroma was enticing. We ordered three 14-in build your own pizzas which estimate to have 12 slices. The price starts at $14.99. The pizza was served piping hot, so hot it had to sit for a couple of minutes before we could try it. It is loaded with toppings and cheese and a thin crispy crust. We also had house salads with a variety of dressings which were very generous in portion. They serve cocktails, beers, wines, soft drinks, teas and coffees. Our server was busy with takeout, cashiering, the server, the order taker so she was busy. but she checked on us every couple of minutes. they have a lot more besides pizza. however. A full slate of appetizers, desserts, sandwiches, pastas. everything looked and smelled delicious so I will definitely go back and try something else. This pizza was very good and I enjoyed it. read more

The BEST pizza around! The waitress was very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is so nice, rustic and inviting, and it's also really clean. We had a garden salad and all of the ingredients were extremely fresh! Then the PIZZA...WOW. We did a Build Your Own so we were able to choose the ingredients we wanted. It was beyond good, it was the BEST! We highly recommend Rosati's Pizza in Crown Point, Indiana. You won't be disappointed. read more

Rosati's in Crown Point, it's not always about the food. It's also about the treatment in the restaurant and the service. The manager that runs this restaurant is an absolute jerk, fails to remember nobody has go to that restaurant just like I will never be back and I will tell everybody that I come in contact with.... there's too many other restaurants around no way I would go back and get the treatment the way this jerk treated us. read more

I liked the Chicago Deep Dish more than the Specialty Classic Combo, but I'm partial to that crust and the sausage under the tomatoes. I forgot photos of the 4-cheese ravioli and Caesar salad. Those were pretty standard - I was a bit disappointed that the Caesar dressing was pre-packaged, but I guess that's the nature of chain restaurants. I was visiting a friend and this is his favorite pizza. I'm giving 5-stars because it deserves more than the 3 average it has. Our server Stephanie was top-notch, checking our drinks and if we needed anything. Kudos for working a full shift on New Years Eve until 9pm. Unfortunately, I was too full to try the cannoli. I could see this being my regular place to watch games because it's quieter than a sports bar and has 3 tvs at the bar. Maybe some day if I move to Indiana! read more

On a trip with my dad and this was our first stop ... definitely worth a try! The dough bites were good but I could have skipped. The side salad was perfect! Fresh and just the right amount. The chicken wings were really good. I liked the sauce A LOT! The chicken could have been a tad more tender but overall I would definitely have again. The pizza .... Loved it! Super stretchy cheese, the sauce was kept nice and light ... the dough held up well and was extremely tasty. I would definitely return to this gem! read more

Great food and service! Easy to park. Clean and comfortable. Family friendly. Buffet is a great value.

I would usually order off the menu (Italian Beef and Meatball Sub are VERY good) but today I ate off the lunch buffet. Very reasonably priced for 5-6 various pizzas, two different pastas and a salad bar with 2 modest dessert options (banana pudding and Apple pizza on this day). The pies were very good, I really liked the Windy City (Italian Sausage, Fresh Garlic, Onion and Hot Giardiniera), the Fabulous Four (Italian Sausage, Mushroom, Onion and Green Pepper). The Baked Penne was well worth a second helping and I cannot forget to mention the Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing on a fresh bed of mixed Romaine lettuce, it was top level for any restaurant! By pizza buffet standards, this is a definite winner ! read more

Went to pick up pizza. Pizza wasn't ready. Had to wait additional 30 minutes in lobby for pizza to be made.

Grew up in the Chicago area and there were Rosati's restaurants in and around my home town. Never tried any them until today--here in San Diego County (Encinitas)! I had a mushroom deep dish, half pepperoni and half sausage. This was not my favorite deep dish, but definitely one of the best in San Diego area and I will be back. The crust was less like the cracker-like crust of a stuffed deep dish; I liked Rosati's better. The sauce tasted a bit too much like a spaghetti sauce in my opinion, but there was a good amount of it, which is important. Tomatoes are hearth healthy, right? Ample parking in a good ol' SoCal strip mall. read more

I would say Rosati's is a hidden gem here in Crown point. The deep dish pizza was delicious! The server was extremely nice and made sure we always had what we needed. The prices are good, specials are available as well. My husband ordered a mixed drink at the bar and says the bartender was very nice and made an excellent drink. read more

Was in town for work. 3rd time this year, each time i have tried a different pizza joint in Crown Point. It wasn't thin crest like dominos, but it has some substance to it. Good thing it did will all the toppings that came on it. I got the windy city and added sausage. It was on point. Fantastic amount of toppings, good amount of cheese and i usually order extra sauce but forgot on this one and it was the right amount of sauce also. Great choice. read more

I've been here a few times for kid's bday parties - talk about accomodating and great with handling crowds - they nail it time and time again. I also was here this summer with my better half. The manager and server spent a lot of time discussing photos on the walls with him , Rosati's in general and just being good people. Really appreciated the genuine niceness that was so obvious and yes the food was really good too :) Usually, kids bday parties we have pizza and appetizers. This last time I had the italian beef - big portion and well worth the small price. Service has been excellent every single time - from super crowded to almost empty - same quality service. read more

We were visiting from Columbus Ohio and were staying at the Hampton Inn. We decided to give it a try since we had passed it a couple of times. Absolutely the best pizza I have ever had. I don't know what's in the cheese but it's amazing. We also got the make your own pasta. I had four cheese ravioli with Italian sausage and baked mozzarella. Divine. Just divine. We go to Rosatis often on Thursdays because our favorite Rosatis bartender works Thursday. Today we got there at 6:00 and were told that all the bar tables were reserved for trivia night, which didn't start for over an hour, and all the tables were empty. The hostess looked surprised when we said 'no thanks, we'll go somewhere else'. I'm sure that the bartender is real happy about making no money until trivia starts. We are done with this Rosatis. read more

Not a Big Fan, went to a Christening there today. The food was just ok. I spoke with my Daughter who ordered a Chicken/Pasta package for 25-30 plus a pizza package for the same. The chicken was Wings and Drumsticks only. (Not what the package showed) 24 pieces of garlic bread so not everyone of the 30. People could have one. We were crammed like sardines. read more

We love it here! Our small group of about 6 have met up there in the bar several times over the last few months for lunch. It started off because it was easy for all of us to get to, plenty of parking, very clean, and we all love pizza. We soon realized that we all really like the decor, atmosphere, tv's so we can all watch our favorite sports, the service--which has always been friendly and attentive, and besides great pizza, fantastic wings and burgers! Yet it's never been crowded when we were there and none of us can figure out why not!?! I wish it were closer to where we live---we'd be there every week if we could. Looking forward to our next visit :) read more

So disappointed. Ordered a small cheese for my son and got sausage & mushroom, which he won't eat. Ordered a Chicago style pizza and got a thin cheese pizza cooked in a Chicago style crust with a ton of sauce piled on top. See pics. Yuck. And everything was lukewarm, which is odd because we had to wait for it upon pick up.. Called and without apologizing said they'd credit us. Not a lot of good that will do us with dinner in the garbage and no intentions to order for a good loooooooong time. Boo. read more

Ordered a pizza on the phone while in parking lot decided to go in and eat instead after hanging up the phone. Got inside explained I just ordered but want dine in so we can do appetizer was told there was a five minute wait for table. While waiting a Caucasian couple came in and was seated right away. There was no reservation being taken at this place so I'm not sure why they thought they should be seated before us. I will not support this business because of the disrespect against my husband and I. This was one of my favorite pizza places. read more
