This place is located on the East side of Broadway (53) when heading down to Crown Point HS from Merrillville. It has the normal Rosatis menu. We were picking up food to go to a football game at the high school so we ate in the car. Sorry but the photos did not turn out well but it did look like the typical Rosatis pizza. Visited Tosati's for a late lunch and even though there was not a customer in the place, we stayed because the aroma was enticing. We ordered three 14-in build your own pizzas which estimate to have 12 slices. The price starts at $14.99. The pizza was served piping hot, so hot it had to sit for a couple of minutes before we could try it. It is loaded with toppings and cheese and a thin crispy crust. We also had house salads with a variety of dressings which were very generous in portion. They serve cocktails, beers, wines, soft drinks, teas and coffees. Our server was busy with takeout, cashiering, the server, the order taker so she was busy. but she checked on us every couple of minutes. they have a lot more besides pizza. however. A full slate of appetizers, desserts, sandwiches, pastas. everything looked and smelled delicious so I will definitely go back and try something else. I liked the Chicago Deep Dish more than the Specialty Classic Combo, but I'm partial to that crust and the sausage under the tomatoes. I forgot photos of the 4-cheese ravioli and Caesar salad. Those were pretty standard - I was a bit disappointed that the Caesar dressing was pre-packaged, but I guess that's the nature of chain restaurants. I was visiting a friend and this is his favorite pizza. I'm giving 5-stars because it deserves more than the 3 average it has. Our server Stephanie was top-notch, checking our drinks and if we needed anything. Kudos for working a full shift on New Years Eve until 9pm. Unfortunately, I was too full to try the cannoli. On a trip with my dad and this was our first stop ... definitely worth a try! The dough bites were good but I could have skipped. The side salad was perfect! Fresh and just the right amount. The chicken wings were really good. I liked the sauce A LOT! The chicken could have been a tad more tender but overall I would definitely have again. The pizza .... Loved it! Super stretchy cheese, the sauce was kept nice and light ... the dough held up well and was extremely tasty. I would definitely return to this gem! read more

Very reasonably priced for 5-6 various pizzas, two different pastas and a salad bar with 2 modest dessert options (banana pudding and Apple pizza on this day). The pies were very good, I really liked the Windy City (Italian Sausage, Fresh Garlic, Onion and Hot Giardiniera), the Fabulous Four (Italian Sausage, Mushroom, Onion and Green Pepper). The Baked Penne was well worth a second helping and I cannot forget to mention the Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing on a fresh bed of mixed Romaine lettuce, it was top level for any restaurant! Was in town for work. 3rd time this year, each time i have tried a different pizza joint in Crown Point. It wasn't thin crest like dominos, but it has some substance to it. Good thing it did will all the toppings that came on it. I got the windy city and added sausage. It was on point. Grew up in the Chicago area and there were Rosati's restaurants in and around my home town. Never tried any them until today--here in San Diego County (Encinitas)! I had a mushroom deep dish, half pepperoni and half sausage. This was not my favorite deep dish, but definitely one of the best in San Diego area and I will be back. The crust was less like the cracker-like crust of a stuffed deep dish; I liked Rosati's better. The sauce tasted a bit too much like a spaghetti sauce in my opinion, but there was a good amount of it, which is important. Tomatoes are hearth healthy, right? I would say Rosati's is a hidden gem here in Crown point. The deep dish pizza was delicious! The server was extremely nice and made sure we always had what we needed. I've been here a few times for kid's bday parties - talk about accomodating and great with handling crowds - they nail it time and time again. I also was here this summer with my better half. The manager and server spent a lot of time discussing photos on the walls with him , Rosati's in general and just being good people. Really appreciated the genuine niceness that was so obvious and yes the food was really good too :) Usually, kids bday parties we have pizza and appetizers. This last time I had the italian beef - big portion and well worth the small price. We were visiting from Columbus Ohio and were staying at the Hampton Inn. We decided to give it a try since we had passed it a couple of times. Absolutely the best pizza I have ever had. Today we got there at 6:00 and were told that all the bar tables were reserved for trivia night, which didn't start for over an hour, and all the tables were empty. We love it here! Our small group of about 6 have met up there in the bar several times over the last few months for lunch. It started off because it was easy for all of us to get to, plenty of parking, very clean, and we all love pizza. We soon realized that we all really like the decor, atmosphere, tv's so we can all watch our favorite sports, the service--which has always been friendly and attentive, and besides great pizza, fantastic wings and burgers! Yet it's never been crowded when we were there and none of us can figure out why not!?! I wish it were closer to where we live---we'd be there every week if we could. Rosati's is back to their good food and service after rough patch during covid! Our last two visits were great

Ordered a pizza on the phone while in parking lot decided to go in and eat instead after hanging up the phone. Got inside explained I just ordered but want dine in so we can do appetizer was told there was a five minute wait for table. While waiting a Caucasian couple came in and was seated right away. There was no reservation being taken at this place so I'm not sure why they thought they should be seated before us. I will not support this business because of the disrespect against my husband and I. This was one of my favorite pizza places. read more

Sometimes it's good, but lately, not so much. My calzone this time was the best one yet but the chopped salad was the very worst ever! I asked for them to omit the onions and iceberg lettuce but they decided to omit the spinach and green peppers as well and cut back on the chicken, tomatoes and bacon but gave me a ton of olives - they dumped a bunch of those in the container for some reason. The romaine is supposed to be chopped (the menu description says 'finely chopped') but they do not do that here - instead, they give you huge pieces that you'll need to cut down to fit in your mouth (not what a 'chopped' salad is supposed to be). I believe they do this to make your salad look bigger than it is and to hide the lesser amounts of ingredients they now provide. I know some establishments are cutting back due to rising costs/inflation but to pay $12 for what I received today is ridiculous and downright disappointing as Rosati's is my fav pizza restaurant. I would have preferred to have the salad the way it is supposed to be made (and how it used to be made), but with this Rosati's you don't always get what you pay for, unfortunately. read more
