Ordered a pizza on the phone while in parking lot decided to go in and eat instead after hanging up the phone. Got inside explained I just ordered but want dine in so we can do appetizer was told there was a five minute wait for table. While waiting a Caucasian couple came in and was seated right away. There was no reservation being taken at this place so I'm not sure why they thought they should be seated before us. I will not support this business because of the disrespect against my husband and I. This was one of my favorite pizza places. read more

Rosati's is back to their good food and service after rough patch during covid! Our last two visits were great

Their food is always so good. Their loyalty program is awesome and the employees are always so friendly

Sometimes it's good, but lately, not so much. My calzone this time was the best one yet but the chopped salad was the very worst ever! I asked for them to omit the onions and iceberg lettuce but they decided to omit the spinach and green peppers as well and cut back on the chicken, tomatoes and bacon but gave me a ton of olives - they dumped a bunch of those in the container for some reason. The romaine is supposed to be chopped (the menu description says 'finely chopped') but they do not do that here - instead, they give you huge pieces that you'll need to cut down to fit in your mouth (not what a 'chopped' salad is supposed to be). I believe they do this to make your salad look bigger than it is and to hide the lesser amounts of ingredients they now provide. I know some establishments are cutting back due to rising costs/inflation but to pay $12 for what I received today is ridiculous and downright disappointing as Rosati's is my fav pizza restaurant. I would have preferred to have the salad the way it is supposed to be made (and how it used to be made), but with this Rosati's you don't always get what you pay for, unfortunately. read more

Rosati's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Crown Point, Indiana

Very cozy, and warm atmosphere. We sat in the bar and had wonderful service. I always love a server that knows how to be sociable with a table and Caitlin, the bartender, killed it. Food was great and our Moscow mules were perfect! Definitely will come back soon! read more

We ordered online for pick up. Order was ready on arrival. Luckily I checked my order. One pizza was completely wrong. It should have been sausage and pepperoni. This one had black olives and green peppers. Immediately took it back in and explained it was wrong. The ticket attached to the pizza was correct, but it took a few minutes for the staff to understand the pizza inside did not match the ticket. They were very apologetic. My options were refund or wait while they made it correctly. I opted for waiting. They did put my order in front of all others, I appreciated that. However, I had another pizza and cheesy bread sitting in the car cooling and family at home waiting to eat. I live close so I ran the food home and drove back to finish waiting for my order. It was an inconvenience. I could have stayed and waited but then 2/3 of my order would have been cold. It was a mistake, I realize those happen. In my opinion there should have been a discount or some sort of compensation for my inconvenience. I don't have any complaints about the food, it was fine. The customer service is lacking. We have many pizza places in town that are just as good, if not better. read more

I don't understand how food can be produced with absolutely no flavor. Even if no spices were added, food has flavors of its own. Somehow this restaurant produces thin crust pizza that looks great but we were unable to detect any flavors at all. Carefully tried searching for some, trying the crust where sauce only was on it. Was unable to taste any tomato based sauce. Moving inboard the pizza is saturated with cheese. But I could detect no flavor there. The mushrooms and green peppers seemed to be very fresh and offered a welcome burst of flavor where none other existed. The crust seemed to be rather pasty-based, as in only a flour/water taste rather than a true crust. We felt that virtually any frozen grocery pizza would have satisfied us more, especially the local ones. Regarding the lasagna, there is nothing more to say beyond the comments of the pizza. It too provided mouthfuls of flavorless bulk. The lasagna however was extra pretty. read more

We have just recently relocated to the area. Therefore there are many opportunities that are afforded to us when it comes to choosing a place to eat. Prior to entering this establishment, my girlfriend and I sat in the parking lot and reviewed the comments left at several establishments nearby in order to aide us making our decision. Upon entering the establishment we were greeted well and seated promptly. We placed our drink orders and Reviewed the menu. We checked in on the Yelp page and presented with a free donut appetizer. They arrived and I must say The portion was rather large. Did I mention how good these things were!!?? While waiting for our main course, I finished reading the remaining comments/reviews and found them to be quite brutal. It became evident that this location is still within its infancy, only being open for nine months. It was now clear to me why comments and reviews reflected the way they did. Any new establishment is going to experience growing pains until the right team is in place. I did enjoy seeing a representative from this organization respond rapidly to some of the more not so positive responses. That certainly shows that they are watching and that they care . During this time My harvest salad arrived, I was blown away!!! This thing was large and in charge!! The appearance was amazing blue cheese crumbles were awesome, everything together produce an amazing flavor. The salad alone could have been a main course. We consumed as much as we could before the main course arrived. Once again we were astounded by the portion size. The flavors were good but the marinara seemed watery. We managed to consume a small portion before asking to have the remainders boxed up. We were the last ones to leave the establishment that evening and left rather pleased. Other than a slight communication bumble, It appeared the staff was prompt and attentive. In my humble opinion I believe this place with the right team will grow exponentially. read more

My wife and I have enjoyed Rosati's since they opened in Crown Point until 2 nights this month. The first evening after having driven 13 hours we decided on a 3-topping pizza. Besides mediocre in taste the pizza was almost $32! Maybe they are trying to make up for lost COVID business??? The following night, still recovering from our drive, we decided to give them another chance with a hamburger for my wife and meatball sub for myself. My wife's hamburger was excellent. However, the meatball sub appeared to have been dropped (it looked like the sandwich had blown up inside its carton) and was missing all of its toppings. This was a pickup order and didn't discover this until arriving home so after calling them, I headed back over to pick up a new sub and asked to speak to the manager. She was barely apologetic and offered no compensation for our trouble/their mistake. I ended up asking her to comp the sandwich or at least give us a credit on our account. Her response was that she had no authority to and the GM would call me when they opened the next day. Of course, that appeared to be just lip service to get me to leave and confirmed by him never calling. Unfortunately, we are now done with Rosati's and based on the number of patrons that were there the 2nd night (zero), I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't long for this world especially if they are treating other longtime customers this way. For pizza in the area, I highly recommend Bronko's in Hebron. It's take out only but well worth the drive. read more

I ordered a 12 inch fabulous four pizza in Crown Point. I am use to the vegetables and other items being layered under the melted cheese. This pizza, the vegetables and other items were layered on top of the pizza and not melted with the cheese. The manager didn't seem to understand what I was saying and contradicted herself in the same breath. She stated the layering should be the sauce, then the vegetables and then the cheese should have been melted over the items. I stated to her that it was not layered correctly. It was layered with the sauce, then melted cheese and the vegetables and items were loosely put on top of the pizza. When picking pizza up, the items were falling apart in the box, due to them not being cooked within the cheese as it should have been. Then the manager stated we don't cook it with the cheese. I told her ok and got off the phone. I will not be back there, even though she stated I could have brought the pizza back and got a fresh one done. I don't trust getting another pizza from there after making a complaint. read more

The pizza was absolutely great we ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza it was ready early ahead of time and this is absolutely the best pizza in the area. We stopped in Crownpoint on our way to Chicago and Rosati's pizza did not disappoint read more

I have ordered from Rosati's for quite awhile now and my family loves their food. Normally I have had no issues but yesterday was different. I ordered two pizzas and the amazing dough nuggets. I arrived at the store to pick up my food and they didn't have it. The staff said that someone else picked up my food and asked me over and over again if I picked it up. After several minutes they determined that my food was given to another customer with the same first name as me. So i had to wait as they remade my food. The staff was good at fixing the issue, but my quick trip to pick up my pizza turned into an hour trip. All in all it's frustrating, but the food was still good. read more

It's a bit of a drive for me but when in the area, I love coming to Rossati's! The pizza is great, the atmosphere is fun and inviting and the staff is amazing! Last visit I tried the calzone and it was outstanding. Great beer selection for the grown ups and my boys love coming out as well. Our server Yolanda was on top of all our needs and very cheerful even when interacting with the kids. I can get good pizza anywhere but we travel a little further for the food and the great service the staff always provides! Great job from the management the kitchen and the service staff! We will keep coming! read more

Ate here with family while I was visiting from out of state and I have to say, I was very impressed with the food! The lunch specials get you a lot of food for a really awesome price! We all left very full. I personally enjoyed the cheese ravioli. We came on a slow afternoon and had good service. Definitely plan on visiting again next time I'm in town! read more

Well if love to be able to tell you about this place and how their food is. But my 1st call I got disconnected. They picked up and hung up. So I decided to call back because I know sometimes accidents happen. Well after 2min on hold I hear "s of crown point. Pl" and back on hold. Dang. They couldn't even give me one full sentence over the phone. Well I put the phone on speaker and waited. And when after over 18min (and using the gf's cell to order elsewhere when I was at the 15min mark) they finally answered. To anyone reading this. If on a Wednesday they can't get to a call until after 18min, don't even bother trying to order anything on a Friday or Saturday. Oh well. I hold grudges when it comes to bad service. Maybe I'll try again in a few months. But who knows. And if any friends ask me about this place, my response to them will be "don't even bother". read more

Rosati's Pizza - Way toooo much Italian seasonings! It's wasn't even good. - Pizza Near Me - Crown Point, Indiana

Had dinner here last night with our free pizza from a welcome to Crown point coupon. We've had Rosati's, moving here from Chicago and all, but this was just that good. Maybe it was just different somehow, in a good way, mind you, maybe it was just that the atmosphere in the restaurant was welcoming like that, whatever. It was a great meal, with a definite chance for a return! read more

Ordered through the phone and the person who picked up were very nice and friendly! After a few minutes I needed to add something to my order in which they let me add something with no attitude! However the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the 2nd time I called to add something i got put on hold and it took a bit for them to get me off of hold! Otherwise it was very good service! Food was decent.... read more

It takes forever for food to arrive at table - and we only ordered appetizers! On a Saturday night it wasn't overly crowded but steady. There were a lot of staff walking around trying to look busy while doing NOTHING! We asked for a booth. The hostess took us to a table instead. We passed by an open booth. Hostess said "We don't have any booths available." When I inquired about the open booth we just passed, she said very condescendingly "I guess if you REALLY want a booth I can check." Our servers were much better than our hostess (who probably needs to be taught that it is OK to smile once in a while) but all in all this place isn't worth the time or money. read more

Seated Sunday at 12:00pm, ordered appetizers right away for our table. Had to find server at 12:25 just to place the rest of our order. Received food finally at 1:30. Great spot for pizza and great looking inside! Try the Antipasto salad and Godfather pizza!

I only recently found that this location offers gluten free deep dish pizza. I have been gluten free for 12 years and couldn't tell you the last time I was able to eat a deep dish pizza. That being said, the crust is delicious and tastes even better than I can remember. My fiance also has tried it and he does not eat gluten free but also agrees it tastes of delicious (non-gluten free) pizza. My only suggestion would be to order extra toppings because it looks like it could use more cheese, but then again, when it extra cheese a bad thing?! Have patience when calling to order... Every time there has been issues with waiting on hold for a long amount of time but it's definitely worth the wait! read more

First time here. Great service and the monster pizza was very good. The crust was perfect and they don't skimp on the toppings!

You guys have great food, but the place looks closed all the time. We are local and just drove by again and not one single light on in the parking lot and barely any lights on front of the business. I gotta imagine you're losing a ton of drive by business! read more

I first have to start with the fact that my family has eaten at Rosati's for years. The Hobart location, schererville and St. John .., The location in Crown point is no where near the wonderful Rosati's that we are used to. Placed an order for the extra large and it was not only burnt but smaller than the cardboard it came on. I called and expressed my disappointment I was told I could receive a credit. Within a few minutes later I was called back to ask if I could send them a photo of my pizza as if I were lying about it... we will never eat there again... read more

I've reviewed the one in Schererville on 41 for their amazing customer service, I'm starting to think the entire franchise is making this their big thing and I love it. The customer service is outstanding. I'm not even exaggerating, you call to make a order and they are always so so so nice, they don't forget the total, and it's just really clear. We order here frequently and it's our go to place now, I also love the customer appreciation coupons for ordering so much but I would recommend this place. I highly recommend their boneless mango habanero wings too, better than any other wing place and more affordable. Win win. Love this place. read more

Pretty good regular gluten free pizza. Not my favorite but good. They actually have a gluten free deep dish pizza which came out a little crisp but it was good and free. They put my order in wrong the first time so they gave me the deep dish on the house. The service was good but slow. Just as a suggestion it would be nice if they had more gluten free choices on the menu besides the pizza and salad such as bread to do their sandwiches or gluten free noodles for pasta selections. read more
