Unsanitary and unbelievably rude service. My son and I both ordered the Station 21 burger medium well. When our food arrived, I cut into mine and it was extremely rare--so undercooked that one side of the patty was still pink. My son's burger was cooked correctly, so I know mine clearly wasn't. When our waitress checked on us, I explained the issue, and she politely apologized and took the burger back. A few minutes later, the manager on duty brought the same burger back upstairs, slammed it down, and asked with an attitude, "What is the problem?" I explained that it was undercooked and that I had ordered medium well. She then asked, "What do you want me to do with this?" while just standing there staring at me. After acting irritated, she asked if I wanted a new burger or wanted "this one" recooked. The idea of them recooking a burger I had already cut into and handled felt completely unsanitary. Her attitude throughout the interaction was awful. I declined a replacement, and she huffed that she'd remove it from the bill. Unfortunately, it got even worse. Just minutes later, an earwig crawled out of my friend's salad. We were horrified. We took a picture, caught the bug, and asked another server to get the manager. When she returned, she walked up with her hand on her hip and said, "Now what?" We handed her the napkin with the bug, and instead of apologizing, she opened it right there on the table, let the bug crawl out, scoffed at us, and said, "Fine, I'll take that off the bill too." At that point, my friend was covering her mouth in disgust after realizing she had been eating a salad with a bug in it. Rather than showing concern or professionalism, the manager snapped, "What do you want?! I didn't put the bug in the salad." I have never experienced such unsanitary conditions combined with such shockingly hostile customer service. Mistakes can happen, but the manager's behavior was beyond unacceptable. We left disgusted and will absolutely never return. read more

Stopped in here recently, first time. Sat on the upper deck balcony, very pleasant. I had the seared ahi tuna salad, and I normally don't order salads but this was fantastic! We also tried the frito chip pie, also very good. Service was decent but a tad slow. She may have been working too many tables inside. read more

Great food and service! We were passing through the area while travelling to Chicago. The first place we stopped were out of food, the next two were considered bars and would not allow kids, so this was a last resource, but definitely a good choice in the long run! I had the Strawberry Spinach Salad, my partner had to Steak Garlic Aoli Hoagie, my eldest had the kids burger and youngest had tenders. Everyone's food was eaten and there were zero complaints. I would highly recommend! read more

Visited on a Saturday night and it was very busy! We were told about 20 min wait for our party of 2, but we were seated in about 5 mins. The atmosphere was lively. Loud music, lots of talking, and plenty of TVs showing sports. The service was friendly and efficient for hour busy they were. The food and drinks were tasty and the prices were pretty fair! We will be back read more

How did this place get 3÷ stars??? The did is terrible, and if anyone says they have good food. Your taste buds are broken. I've been her 4 times now. I didn't want to go today because I knew it was going to be bad, but that's what some people we were with from out of town wanted. Station 21 did not disappoint. Trash food. Beef sandwich was an onion sandwich with a couple slices of beef. The wife's perch was undercooked. The daughter furnace like her wings. Or guests didn't like the meatloaf or the salmon. Waitress was good. Food... not so much. Avoid at all costs! read more

Food was really good and the service was even better. Came in with a big group and food came to the table pretty quick.

We went on a whim and my goodness it was excellent. We got the pretzels with beer cheese and yum! The steak hoagie was delicious. Our waitress was a peach. We loved the atmosphere. Not too loud, nice to be able to hear and have a conversation. read more

Good food and inexpensive. Service is great , ambience it's nice, if you like sports on 20+ TVs or more, you will be in heaven, not so much this chick read more

I am not a big corn beef fan, but this place has the best Reuben I have ever had.. their other food is very good. Also, they're pot. Roast is very good. Ambience is good. Service was great. Have been seated upstairs, only negative is if you want a place to talk this is not the place there's TVs going on people are talking and having a good time volume level can go up so I don't suggest going there for if that is your reason to socialize privately. Other than that, I love the atmosphere and the food. read more

A very unique restaurant. We been there a few times last year. So after a bad experience waiting for dinner at Lucrezia Restaurant, I brought my out of town guests here on Friday evening. They were extremely busy. We asked how long the wait was and were advised 10-15 minutes! The hostess greeted us with a smile How refreshing Within less than 10 minutes we were seated. Our waitress was Liz. She welcomed our guests to the restaurant and to Indiana. How inviting that is. We ordered our entrees, drinks. Liz checked in on us several times and asked how everything was. She did so in NOT in an annoying way. She also made sure our drinks and water were full. The food was soooo tasty. It was a very enjoyable time at Station 21. We sat there for almost 45 minutes after we ate. Talking and catching up on old times. Liz smiled and hopefully got to know us. She was an awesome waitress. It's loud here, with TV's and patrons. Yet not overbearing where you could not hear who you were talking to. A great place to go for locals and visitors and tourists alike. The service, the food, and atmosphere is totally wonderful. Highly recommend Station 21 for it's service, food and ambiance. read more

Really nice bar inside! I ordered a steak and my boyfriend ordered a bacon cheese burger. Cheese burger was delicious. The steak was not very good. Ordered it medium rare and it wasn't very juicy and very tough to cut. The two young kids at the front were very nice. But we're joking around a lot and took them so long to process my card and I was the only one in the front. Overall will try again. read more

Placed an order quickly with Yelp, was ready on time. Food was delicious! I had a Reuben that comes with fries. The pickle was packaged separately, as well as the sauce. Everything was packaged very nice. I ended up eating it in my car because I was starving. I also like that they don't use Styrofoam and have a conscious effort with the packaging. read more

Lunch has been my most common visit here. They have a broad menu and I've never been disappointed. Whether it's the appetizers or the main course I've always been satisfied. The service has been prompt and very friendly. I'm sure I will return, probably multiple times. read more

If there was half stars I would give this a 4 1/2 stars the food is delicious I like the crown Point theme service is not the best but good they get your order wrong sometimes but not all the time even if they got it wrong it's still great food read more

Disappointing. From the outside it looks interesting. From the menu it looks promising and upper tier, but it did not deliver. The food was good... but nothing special. The atmosphere was loud and too much "sports bar" for steak or surf and turf. If you know you're walking into a Sports Bar, you probably won't mind. Service was good enough... although the menu said asparagus and choice of potato. I received broccoli and wasn't asked about a potato. This place was good, just not great. read more

I am not a resident of Indiana anymore, but my family lives here and I visit often. I've been here a few times and it's time to give this place a deserving review. The atmosphere is pleasant and the dining options are upstairs, downstairs and also they have an outdoor patio that wraps around the second floor. There are plenty of seating options (booths or tables) and they also have a small bar area but some areas are a bit cramped but certainly doable. I love the burgers and sandwiches here but they certainly have lots of other options such as perch, walleye, tuna, steaks, chicken and lots of appetizers. The menu is also kid friendly with lots of options to keep the youngins happy. The burgers are pretty big and really the portions are generous overall. The service was "good" and they keep the drinks filled and the food was served quick enough that you can come here, order, eat and get back to your local job in less than an hour. I'll certainly be back and if you've been driving by here and never came, give it a try, I doubt you'll be disappointed. Enjoy! read more

We frequent this restaurant often since it's commencement. Today was such a disappointment. My husband and son got chicken sandwiches and they changed their buns- and not to the better. It was like a pretzel bread before and now it's like a 3 week old generic bun. So incredibly disappointing - one would think if you have to up your prices on everything you'd at least keep the same products- not raise prices and decrease value. Needless to say, it'll be a long while before we visit this restaurant again- if ever. read more

Used to be good. Not so sure these days. Mahi tacos were ok... rice was awful. Fish n chips were not great. Had like a weird corn dog batter. Not crispy. Soggy fries. Way too expensive drinks and prices not listed. It's not that high end that they shouldn't have everything priced. read more

I've been coming to this place for several years - Highly versatile - from babies in tow to date night. Always has had excellent service and great food. I'm usually a fan of the ahi salad or ahi appetizer. Daughter's fave is always Italian beef. Went with better half - sat in bar area (versus family dining downstairs) wowed beyond wowed. We both had the steak with aoili - oh my gosh - it was amazing. I had Peach Sangria - a must try when you go. Service had always been good. Walking distance to my office makes it nice for lunch too. read more

I've been here twice, and both times, I thought the same: it's a fine restaurant with diner-style food that isn't bad, but is also nothing to write home about. The first time I went with my wife. We each got burgers--I think I got the Station 21 Burger--and I wasn't blown away, but it wasn't bad. My wife felt the same. I came back with a friend who really enjoyed their food, and I thought my burger was okay again. Very run-of-the-mill. I would come back, but I wouldn't be dying to. read more

What has happened to this place??? When they first opened the food was pretty good, in fact, one of the few places we'd eat at. I started to notice the quality was not what it once was about a year ago and the food would be hit-or-miss. Last time we dined inside we were very disappointed and left most of the food on the plate. We ordered take out last weekend and it was disgusting...bland, no flavor at all. These are entrees we've had many times before so we knew what they should taste like and this was nothing more than cheap, Chef Mic(rowave) meals. If they keep this up, their doors won't stay open much longer and that would be a shame since they started with so much potential. As for service, the staff is always friendly but way too much chatter between them about their personal lives which casts a very unprofessional light upon them...I see this far too often these days. read more

The food was outstanding, GET THE POTATO SOUP! It's a must. Pretzel bites were very soft and food came out warm and stayed warm for a while. Nothing piping hot to burn your mouth. Drinks were amazing. Will be coming back. Upset at ourselves for taking this long to try this place out. 10/10 read more

When ordering for pickup this place is good. Food is hot and ready in time but when inside it's a different story. Long wait for food. Servers don't care. We are always taken upstairs which is not fun because I have a bad knee. read more

We came here for a quick meal while waiting between events at my brother's track meet (he was running only the first and last event of the meet). We were sat down quickly. It was our server's first day on the job, but you wouldn't have known it. The food was good but not great. It's bar food, so that is to be expected. My favorite part about Station 21 is that it's a local business. Local sports teams are represented throughout. It's as good as if not better than any chains that are similar types of places, so head out and support your local business. read more

Service is great Food is good Drinks are moderately priced. Would recommend have been there several times.

After a short brisk walk a few days after Christmas, we stopped here for a late dinner. We enjoyed the pretzel bites with beer cheese. They were little round pretzel balls that were lightly salted. The cheese sauce was really well blended and spiced delicately. For dinner I had a burger with fries while my husband enjoyed the philly beef sandwich. My burger came with tomato, onion and cheese. I added onion straws. The brioche bun was sturdy but soft. It was the exact right size for my burger. My husband said the beef was sliced a little thicker than your usual philly beef meat but was very tasty. read more
