I paid extra to get the potato wedges. They looked dry and leftover from a prior order. I would have given one star but the boneless wings were good. The burgers are not cheap. It costs $17.00 so you want it made to order. I know employees think they just prepare same order for everyone and people can remove items. But this is not a fast food joint where you spend $5 or less for a burger. Do better!

We ordered four soft drinks without refills and our waitress checked on us once more during the hour. No food was ordered and we needed zero assistance. Absolute insanity that there is gratuity added to the games that are supposed to be part of the draw and environment and that you are already paying for. It's not like she was manually fixing the pins for us each roll or something. Mechanical Pins charged by the hour and even encouraged food to be brought in from the food court next door or from anywhere else or to order from their own bar. No gratuity was automatically added for the entertainment. This would have been fun for the $45 advertised but we walked out paying $80. We asked the two young ladies at the front as we were leaving if that was the norm for them to charge gratuity on the games and were told yes. However, their website states differently and says it is for parties of more than 8 people. We were a family of four and not there for a party.
