If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. We came for the salad bar, which advertised about 15 different toppings. What we found was lettuce, a little shredded cheese, murky olive water, and the abandoned shells from what looked like chickpeas. Everything else was empty. When I asked about it, the manager actually told me that even if the salad bar only has lettuce, you still have to pay full price. Apparently "salad bar" is now just a suggestion. Then our waitress informed us that the ice machine was "really yucky and icky," so there was no ice. Warm water it was. We ordered a medium pan pizza with cheese and pepperoni. Instead, we were brought a flat garlic stuffed-crust pizza that wasn't even close to what we ordered. The waitress dropped it off and disappeared. No plates. Only two sets of silverware for our table. No pizza cutter. We literally couldn't serve ourselves or cut the pizza, and no one came back to check on us. The breadsticks were so dry they could have qualified as archaeological artifacts. The restaurant itself looked tired and neglected. It wasn't clean, and the atmosphere consisted of listening to what sounded like a vacuum cleaner running while staring at Christmas decorations that looked like they hadn't been taken down since 2020. This wasn't just a bad meal--it was an experience in how many things can go wrong during one visit. Empty salad bar, wrong pizza, warm drinks, dry breadsticks, missing tableware, poor service, and an overall lack of cleanliness. I left wondering how this location is still operating. Ordered a personal pan cheese pizza, cheesy breadsticks, and cinnabons through the app for pickup. I got there 5 minutes before the estimated pick up time and they had my food ready. However, when I checked the pizza, it had pepperoni, so I kindly asked for a new one to be made. The girl helping me apparently wasn't thrilled by my request and walked away. 25 minutes later, one of the 10 employees working FINALLY acknowledged my existence brought my pizza over. I always loved Pizza Hut pan pizza but I had the worst pizza from Pizza Hut in Williamsport Pa When I walked in the place it was a dirty mess although there was no dine in due to COVID. First of all, let me start by saying that if I could give this place zero stars I would. We arrived at approximately 12:50 PM and had to wait to be seated until almost 1:10 PM. Which is not good because I am hypoglycemic. After that our waitress didn't even have menus. She took out drink orders and brought us me is but by 1:20 we still had no drinks and had seen nothing of the woman but her serving drinks to a table who had done the buffet. Yes... This location does have the lunch buffet, but that I largely the problem we had. They prioritized those doing the buffet over those who wanted to order off the menu - such as us - to the point of outright ignoring our party. Also, while waiting 20 minutes for our table I counted eight which were empty of patrons but had yet to be cleaned off. The salad bar was also a mess and I would not have ft safe eating off of it. It's Pizza Hut - Resteraunt was probably built in the 80s and has not been updated since. The buffet is well worn but functional. The quality of the pizza is negligible - doesn't look anything like you will see on a commercial, toppings floated to center - but is still very edible. Being a buffet, no need to leave hungry. Service was great. Waitress (Mary) was quick to refill beverages and stopped by to check on us several times. I stopped in with my girlfriend and her daughter and we were the only ones in the restaurant and it still took us almost two hours to finish eating there. We ordered stuffed garlic knots, one pizza and cinnamon stick dunkers. Got the knots quickly, emptied our sodas and never received even an offer of a refill. Our pizza after ordered took an hour to come out but in the mean time they probably sent out 25 pickup pizzas while we waited. When we finally got our pizza it was over crispy and tasted bad. When we were finished eating and needed boxes I had to go up and request them... I had to go request my bill and got a snotty comment about the shirt I was wearing....And my desert which hadnt even been put in the oven at this point I had to ask for and then wait another 15 minutes. Horrible. Went here with some friends for wings and it took over two hours. We ordered regular/traditional bbq wings and after thirty minutes the waitress (Devan) brought out breaded boneless wings. We told her that was incorrect and gave her our original order for a second time. After waiting a long time for the new wings, Devan brings out the wrong kind of wings for a second time. We sent back our food for the second time and ordered our correct wings for a third time to go and waited half an hour more for our wings. Pizza Hut is probably my favorite pizza place in town. Their pizzas are very good as their made food but their is also wings as the "WingStreet" menu. If your a lover of wings and pizzas this is the place for your as my personal favorite is the Personal Pan Pizza. You can also eat at the buffet that has salad and toppings and more. Wow, I'm standing here with the mass amount of people waiting for our food to pick up. They're claiming to be "soo busy" that they're not putting in the orders for pickup until you come in. So you wait the amount of time you're told it will take to get your food and then come in and wait forever because the line is huge due to this method of customer service. Nothing much has changed since Kurt's review in 2010. We had coupons for the buffet but had to sit at separate tables (yes, we cheated a little). We did this twice before the coupons expired. Thursday - The buffet starts serving at 11:00 - the salad bar was full, but the pizzas, etc. did not come out til nearly 11:20. Pizzas were good, salad bar was good; I especially liked the Caesar salad - lots of dressing but not too salty. Waitress was terrific; she knew we were "together" and told us she would have let us sit together, except for the fine print on the offer. Still, she was right there with fill-ups and pleasantries. Monday - Second day - a few days later, of course, we waited until almost 11:30 to be sure the buffet was set up - no such luck. The salad bar was set, but still no pizzas, etc. I headed toward the Caesar salad - OMG - so salty I could hardly eat it. Pizzas finally came out - pretty much the same story. It was obvious that the cook was not the same as on Thursday. One pizza had lots of sauce; a second had little or none; one pizza had great tasting meat (sausage, I think). Another was dry and completely un-identifiable. The waitress was pleasant - not as good as Thursday's - but still attentive. However, there were several wait staff, counter staff, standing around doing absolutely nothing except talking amongst themselves and clowning around. Way too much staff for the number of customers and way too obvious that they had no idea what they were supposed to be doing, because they weren't doing it. Came away feeling like a stuffed turkey - loads of bread with a little topping. I left much of the pizza crust sitting on my plate. Guess that's what I get for "cheating"! Anyway, if you like inconsistency in your dining, this is the place - one day it's okay to good; next day it's blah to BAD! Went to buffet numerous times. They are always slow to get pizzas out and they never have enough of the traditional, regular pizzas people mostly want... like plain cheese or plain pepperoni or regular supreme. Instead, the buffet space is taken up by the spicy chicken and other odd flavors most people don't want so they just sit there and take up space and people wait for the others to come out. if you order your pizza separately or after buffet hours, it is usually pretty good. read more

This place is horrible!! We were there at 4:30 and were seated right away. Our server brought our drinks and immediately asked what we wanted to order. We hadn't even had time to open the menu!!! We asked for more time to read the menu and that was a mistake because she did not come back! We sat there for almost ten minutes and decided that the experience was not going to go well, so we were going to leave. We went to the counter to let the hostess know we would pay for our drinks and leave. Her response was uncaring as she only informed us we didn't owe for the drinks as we had not drank them.
