Called ahead to make sure there was slices of pizza available. Guy said yes. I said I'll be there in 10 minutes for a slice. Got there and was told the he sold them to the people in front of me. Excellent glluten free pizza!!! I am Celiac and always hesitant to order gluten free pizza out and especially from a pizzeria, as I am always concerned about cross contamination. I spoke with them before ordering and was confident that the proper steps would be taken after discovering that the individual taking the order on the phone is also Celiac. Having grown up in Williamsport back in the 60s and 70s, my Pops favorite Cheesesteak and Pizza was from Bart's. The last time I had it was the early 80s before I moved out of state in late 80s. Fast forward nearly 35 years later (and now living in California) I came back home for T-Day weekend with my wife and daughter. I had a craving for a real billtown hoagie and pulled over as soon as i saw the Bart's sign at this new location. And I was not disappointed! After chatting with Shane who shared with me stories and photos of the old location, I had the best Turkey sub I've had in years. My daughter said it was the best pizza she'd ever had (we don't have great pizza back in Los Angeles) and my wife said it was her fave hoagie out of all the places I've taken her to when we come back home for visits. I have been eating Bart's Pizza for 35 years and it is by far the best. I love the thin crust and the seasoning in the sauce had no challengers. When I worked in Willamsport and ate there weekly I could walk in and the staff would ask if I wanted my usual and with a nod my order was in... even if there was a line at the counter. Whether I was eating in, taking it to go, or getting it delivered... the pizza is the best and staff are very close behind. read more

Best. Pizza. Ever! The cheeses and seasonings are so good that you don't even need toppings.

Always tastes good going down but then I get a raging case of heartburn. Too greasy but I haven't sworn off of it however.

I am disappointed in this establishment for the reason that when I call at 830 to order a pizza , I'm told " we close at 9 and are not making any more food. When I expressed my view I was hung up on. I have tried 3 times to get a pie from this place and each time to no avail. Very disappointed. I hope the owner knows that employees are turning people away. read more

Best pizza in town! Thin crust, great sauce, delicious cheese. At some places you pile on the extras to make up for a lack of flavor. Not at Bart's... a plain cheese pie is spectacular all on it's own. If, however, you want some toppings, (as I often do), they're top notch as well. They deliver pizza in the area, but nothing beats the experience of having it there... piping hot, right out of the oven... careful! But not to worry... Bart's is ready with a nice selection of cold beer to soothe that burnt tongue! Been buying pizza from Pete since the fall of '75 and have never, ever been disappointed. Long live Bart's! read more

Bart's used to be my most favorite pizza place ever until tonight. We got a party pizza to have with some family. Everyone loved the pizza until my son found a long hair in his. I called Bart's and the kid that was the manager tonight was very rude he acted like I was telling a lie. Now I have been getting my pizza from Bart's for 40 years and never had a bad thing happen ever until now. He said he would tell the owner/ manager and that he would call me at 8. Well he didn't so I called back and the kid who said he was manager for the night started getting very nasty and said he's busy and can't deal with my problem than hung up. That would of never happened with the original owners of Bart's. I'm very disappointed and will never get my pizza from them again. Very unprofessional!!! I think people should pass the word around that if you do get a pizza from there and have a problem well next time just throw your money out the window because they could care less. So admittedly I am a pizza snob, so I have to be tuff on all pizza places. There's the disclaimer. That being said, Bart's fell far short of the expectations I had since the only other review is 5 stars. First off the set up is wacky. As soon as you walk into this place they have a chip stand splitting the main walk way. So you pick a side & wait for someone behind the cash register to address you. Well while standing in line waiting to pick up my pie someone comes walking in and just starts barking about her order & they serve her first. How rude thinking that was just me, I dismissed it. Well while watching & waiting for my pie I saw that happen again, just poor set up & rude customer. Ok. But have a better system this day in age. It's not 1985 anymore. Alright onto the pie.
