Food is okay. Taco Bell food. Sitting in the drive thru for 45 mins on multiple occasions is not okay. Someone save us.

Taco Bell in Lock Haven Pa and the newest store around here. Went through drive thru approximately an hour ago. Ordered a bean burrito supreme and large strawberry dream freeze. No waiting in drive thru, menu board to leaving pickup window was great time. Order taker and order delivery was met with a great attitude. Food was the best i've had since they opened. Great tasting, proportion of beans and condiments was perfect. Presentation of both the burrito and dream freeze was perfect. If this type of food and service can be replicated daily! Food is normally really good, but most times the food is sloppily packaged. The workers aren't normally very happy, but they get the job done. At the end of the day it's just a fast food place, and I would eat there again. read more

Taco Bell in Lock Haven needs some serious help. This is a new restaurant and I have waited over an hour twice (never again) and had my order missing items. The lobby is closed so I call before leaving the restaurant and am told I will have to wait in the drive through line again, already spent 35 min there the first time. 50 min later I get to the window to get my missing items and the very nice lady hands me my bag of missing items and it is still missing an item. I don't know what is going on there but the food is thrown together, barely wrapped and not good. I gave them a 2nd chance but will not be going there ever again. Sad because everyone was so excited to get a Taco Bell in town and it is a nightmare and probably a food poisoning waiting to happen. read more

This location might be my new home... never leaving ever again bro their chicken tacos?? So good. Life changing food. The service there is amazing, the workers treat everyone amazing and especially the weekday staff. Ambiance is amazing, definitely a great place to eat with friends or family. Bathrooms are clean, I've never smelled anything stinky and even after DESTROYING their toilets it still doesn't stink! P.S: if you're in the area looking for food this is the #1 spot. I always come here. And the food is never bad, that I can see obviously, the food never fails but the customer service always does. The attitude of if not all, most of the employees at this location is horrendous, they never fail at making me not want to eat my food! The attitude is literally so horrible, don't come here if you want to leave with an appetite. it's very understaffed. the managers purposely do this so they don't have to pay as many people. i waited for almost an hour at taco bell after placing an order for pick up 30 minutes before. i was fine with waiting but multiple people had ordered and got their food before me and once i asked about my order they had said they cleared it off and never even started it. cinnamon twist also tasted old and that made me cry. read more

Went through the drive-thru and ordered two stackers. They told me the total would be $3.37. I told them that they should be $1 each as they were advertised on T.V. and Taco Bell's website. The girl yelled back through the intercom that they are $1.59 each. So apparently the owner of this establishment doesn't honor advertised sale prices. Well, the employee yelling back at me didn't help matters either. So i will never return to this establishment again. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

Went through the drive through and they gave me the wrong order. Went back and the drive thru was packed. Went inside and they yelled at me for being inside, took them ten minutes to get my order, and forgot my crunch wrap. Took me five minutes to get their attention again. Don't come here if you want fast food. The drive thru is always slower than a snail. Waiting 20 minutes for a non grilled burrito is way too long. Inside its slow as well. Sometimes the cashier has no clue how to add/substitute things. If you want your food made correctly- this is not the place. More times than any, my food has been made incorrectly. Or missing something. I've even had to wait while they re made my food 6 times! read more

Most of the employees here are very friendly. They offer student discounts which is a huge plus. For the past few times I've been coming my order is always wrong.
