Woody IPA and Halloween drink special

We were so hungry after our 3.5 drive, that we didn't take any pictures of our food! But we very much enjoyed our meals - wings, mac and cheese, a burger, and Cobb salad. Everything was well prepared and tasty. Our server was very friendly and informative about all of the specials. There's plenty of tables and bar seats and the ambiance is very clean and cozy. The beer is AWESOME! And the best part is that you can have any beer and any amount of beer canned to take home. We got 4 different drafts - two IPAs and two sours that were very well balanced! We wish they sold Jackass near where we live in NJ :( would definitely come back when in the area!

Very good gastropub with excellent food and service. The only downside is that parking could be an issue during the warm season due to limited parking next to the restaurant

My companion and I visited Jackass' Williamsport PA location on a whim while in town running errands. We were duly impressed by this addition to Williamsport's healthy beer scene. The brewery is a nicely rehabbed industrial space with lots of exposed brick and other details that make this a well-designed and welcoming space. Despite the industrial vibe the noise level was not overwhelming. The brewery leans into their puckish "jackass" theme with cleverly named beers and menu items. As a first-timer I tried a flight of beers with a couple of IPAs, a Pilsner, and a porter. All were solid selections (definitely liked the Wilpo 1 IPA) and a range of styles. For food, we ordered the "Just the Fries" appetizer (included in my photos) which was a big honking' bowl of well-prepared fries with salt and white pepper. We also ordered queso dipping sauce, which was tasty but mild--little of the queso zip we anticipated. The rest of the menu looked decent with many of the usual American pub favorites which we'll explore on a future visit. We sat at the bar and our bartender (Destiny) was friendly and efficient. Topic switch: the bathrooms were modern and IMMACULATE. Jackass is a great stop if you're in Williamsport and (if you're a beer fan) walking distance from a couple of local brewpubs which I also recommend and have reviewed on Yelp.

Food and service was on point! We arrived around 7:00 pm and chose to sit at the bar. Destiny and Sam were our servers and did an amazing job. We skipped right past the appetizers and dug straight into the entree's. The Mac-n-cheese with jerk chicken was delicious. The dry rub chicken wings with mild sauce was one of the best I've had. The Old Man Winter cocktail was a delight and there were several beers to choose from. Both of us finished the night off with a local rye whisky, Big Springs Spirits. If we're ever back in this neck of the woods, we will be back! Definitely recommended 15/10!

First off my server was amazing! She was very polite and had a great personality (amaris) great job. Food was ok. $6 nachos (not much to the pico) and dinner items same. Two had burgers (very salty) and one had the fish tacos (he liked), I had the waffle chicken bites. (Ok as well). Not a fan of frozen bag fry's that are over cooked, suggestion for the new establishment: if you're bringing new flavor to the city, bring it all the way. Serve fresh fry's (fresh cut) and don't o er season with salt.

The fries and the chips were extremely stale. Our server was passive aggressive when our order was made wrong. The restaurant was inside.

Despite being one of the few patrons in the restaurant, my order took quite some time to come out. Drinks were made instantly, but I finished two before my entree arrived. The bathroom was strangely the only sticky element of the establishment. *Ribeye: huge 18 ounce ribeye served with sweet potato fries and creamed corn. Although I asked for medium rare, the edges leaned closer to medium well. That said, the steak was thoroughly seasoned and tender throughout. The sweet potato fries were heavily seasoned with sea salt, though the potatoes themselves were sweet enough to balance it out. The creamed corn was the most pungent and watery component. I wished the sauce had been thickened more, as it pooled underneath the steak and softened the bottom crust. Overall, this dish was hefty and a steal for the price. *Frost Bite: one of the seasonal mixed drinks. The Malibu and pineapple juice gave this a pina colada style profile. The blue curacao added a striking snowy appearance, though the drink itself leaned quite sweet. *Jingle Juice: another seasonal option, though this one packed a stronger alcohol punch. The tequila was more prominent, while the peach schnapps helped soften the edge. However, the cranberry and orange juices were barely noticeable, so it did not quite deliver the spiked fruit punch profile I was expecting. I loved the generous portions and strong flavors. While the execution was not perfect, the large sizes and heavy pours still made this a jolly experience.

Great food and service would recommend will be back soon !!! Place was busy too that says a lotread more

One time I went for lunch and the young woman put ground beef on my burrito after I asked for the V protein, she later told me at the register that they had run out (Didn't think to let me know before trying to run my card?). I will say that this location deals with (hospital) lunch rush really well and the wait always feels appropriate. I generally have a pleasant time talking to the employees, they all have great attitudes for the most part. The biggest problem I (and my friends) have with this Qdoba, is that EVERY Time I go the price is different. The only problem is, I get the same order every time, in fact, I read it out of the notes app on my phone (I always forget what toppings I like). So why is it that no matter who makes my burrito, on any weekday, the price always changes? I wondered if this was an exclusive burrito-problem, but after going there many times with my friends who get either tacos or bowls they share the same issue. I have asked about this a few times (but it's usually too busy and I don't like to annoy the already exploited wage-workers) and each time I am assured that "This is the correct price." But you would think that when the cashier finds out I paid an extra $4 last week that she would either discount the meal or find a manager with the authority to partially refund me or find another solution, but nope. As I said, the manager is pretty great. I talked to them and they explained why the V 'meat' is always in stock, and let me know that employees will sometimes say they've run out when actuality they don't want to thaw/cook the frozen Veat in the back. Since our talk, there is consistently Veat in stock when I go for lunch, which certainly makes me happy. I hope the rest of the kinks get worked out because I will start actually going here for lunch again! : ) I suggest giving it a try dispute my poor review, maybe just another location if you run into the pricing issues I have.

We received service rather quickly and the ones who sat then served us were some very nice people. The food ordered came out in a great amount of time and was absolutely fabulous. I can actually say this the big bear burger captured my taste buds in a way that hasn't been seen in a good 10 or 15 years. My wife absolutely devoured her steak and the smile on her face this whole experience just made it so much more. The big serving of home cut fries, down to the big tossed salad, I really felt that my money was worth what I received. My wife has social problems and she absolutely felt so welcome and comfortable here, we have already claimed it to me our most favorite place for food in Williamsport. Thank you again for the great experience.

The fries we awesome the could've been a bit crispier but they were definitely fresh right out of the oil. The wings however were dry and tasted like they were pre fried but fried too long the second time. They were dry all the way through then drowned in barbecue sauce that wasn't really flavorful at all. I would have much preferred less sauce and a juicier wing. It was in a small town so not much to the ambiance. A basic tavern type of vibe. We went for lunch and barely anyone was there but I'm assuming it was better for dinner. Either way, I don't think I would be returning.
