    Fish taco

I thought that the atmosphere of this restaurant was actually pretty good. They had a nice set up in all the staff was very kind. I didn't think that the beers were actually very good. They had great taste and they had a large selection and there was a large variety, so definitely come back for the for the beers because I had a large variety. However, I felt like the food just wasn't on car with what I had expected the food specifically what I got, which was a fish tacos, just lacked flavor and a sense of spice. I felt like it was very bland and it needed more kicked to it. My friends also got the chicken burgers, and even those were very sweet and lacked sense of spice or extra flavor which was a bit disappointing. However, I would still go for the beers, but not the food.

My family in I stopped by OFBC after a hospital visit in the area. The ambiance is very lively , there was literally live music happening when we arrived and the open concept leaves the space feeling very welcoming. The service was okay at best, unfortunately our server wasn't extremely attentive, for example there were four of us and a app was ordered and we weren't given small plates and had to constantly ask for water refills. I must add it wasn't extremely busy in there if it were plenty of grace would have been given. Anyways, the stir fry and cauliflower were our favorite a must order. Suggestion for the main salmon dish, I think a mash instead of a wedge would not only elevate the dish but complement the salmon very well. All in all would suggest to anyone in the area.

Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat after a full morning of errands. Was greeted with a smile and the waitress was super attentive in all the right ways. Got us our drinks to start and made sure we had just the right time to review the menu. It wasn't very busy when we got there but the place filled up fast. The food was on point. The sweet potatoe fries were delicious and had a nice crispy to them with out getting to crunchy. The fried pickle chips were filled coated and had a wonderful amount of seasoning. Even though the restaurant has high ceilings and is very open it felt very warm and welcoming. It was easy to relax here. I highly recommend this place when you just need to sit down and relax a bit, even on short notice.

Had the steak tacos which were on special that night. Great local beer selection. Service was decent. Took a little long to get our check good atmosphere. Live music on the weekends. Nice bar. Good cheese curds and wings as well.

Shrimp tacos were delicious! (Except I ordered the tuna tacos). For real, the shrimp tacos with flour tortillas were tasty and full of flavor. It just wasn't what I ordered, even after a discussion with the bartender about which one she preferred. Didn't realize the error until I got home because I got it for takeout. Similarly, the wings we ordered were super dry. I'm chalking those 2 food faux pas up to it being a long day for the chef. Also, I came in about an hour before closing. The beer, however, is absolutely delicious!! The bartender was very agreeable to me sampling several of their brews. I had two American IPAs while I was there and took home a four packs of Fall Enigma and a Pumpkin Ale. I would definitely go back (just earlier in the day)!!

My companion and I ended a late afternoon Williamsport visit/pub crawl at Riepstine's on a recent Friday. Fortunately for the other pubs, it was our last stop. Had it been our first stop I'm nearly certain we wouldn't have bothered going anywhere else. The pub was surprisingly quiet when we arrived at around 6 PM on a Friday but we instantly felt right at home. The bartender, Jessica, was super cool and friendly as well as being very beer knowledgeable. Knowledgeable, but not snooty or pretentious about. It was fantastic to have a beee conversation without feeling talked down to. I really don't like beer snobs and they seem to have multiplied like rabbits I enjoyed a flight of five selections and all were excellent. I'd had Riepstine's beers at local beer bars and enjoyed the opportunity to sample at the source. They brew a variety of styles to suit everyone from a middle-of-the-roader (me) to more sophisticated tastes. These folks clearly know what they're doing. Riepstine's is a bit outside "downtown" Williamsport and the exterior is unremarkable EXCEPT they have a nice outdoor area. The interior is simple, leaning toward a modern style, and really charming . My companion's first reaction was "Whoa! This is NICE" (and she has high standards). We didn't try the food but most definitely will be back to try what looked a tasty and accessible menu. I can't say enough about the service, as well as the incredibly friendly other folks at the bar. I can't wait to go back.

I had a brisket sandwich, wife had a really immense chicken salad. My son had a ruben sandwich and I can't remember what my daughter had. However, all the food was really great and I really did enjoy myself. After lunch my daughter took me to the Rusty Rail store and I bought a nice T-shirt. If you do buy a T-shirt, I want to say, while the shirts are great, wash up nice and feel really comfortable, make sure you buy an upsized shirt. Normally I take a large but I decided on an XL and I am glad I did because after washing the XL fits perfectly. And I got to speak with (I think either the manager or owner) about the music they were playing. They were playing songs from my favorite singer, Bob Seger. I have every Bob Seger song he ever published on either, CD, Cassette Tape (yeah, still got one that works), or vinyl record. Told him he needs to check out the Bob Seger song Little Victories. I actually have a vinyl record with just that song. It is the large 78 version. That was a rare find and I actually found that in Germany in the mid 80's. The song says a lot. Anyway, after speaking with the man, my daughter said I could pick out and mix my own six pack of beer. Let me tell you, Rusty Rail makes some really, really fantastic beer. I would have to say my two faovrites are Wolf King, a stout with coffee & oatmeal and the other is Fool's Gold, Peanut Butter Hefeweizen. Oh my God, those two are absolutely great beers. I should be living in Mifflinburg because I would be making a weekly stop at the Rusty Rail. And for all you ex-military people, the Rusty Rail does give a discount to military. I hope my kids take me to the Rusty Rail again next year. Oh, in case I did not say it. The kids took mom and dad to the Rusty Rail and the Wild Animal Sanctuary as a gift for our birthday's and Mother's Day and Father's Day. It just so happens my wife was born on Mother's Day and I was born the day after Father's Day. The atmosphere of the Rusty Rail is great, it is simply a real nice place to socialize. And as a compliment to the Rusty Rail, I want to add this. When I go out to eat, one of the first things I do is use the restroom. Why? To see how clean the restrooms are. If a venu's restrooms are dirty, find another place because if they can't keep the restrooms clean, then they don't care about your food much either. The restrooms at the Rust Rail were immaculately clean. JUST TO BE CLEAR, THE RESTROOMS AT THE RUSTY RAIL ARE IMMACULATELY CLEAN. Thank You Rusty Rail for a wonderful time with my family.

If you're looking for a great brewery with good food, great beer, and a fun atmosphere, I would definitely recommend checking this place out!
