The manager is the only reason I give this location any stars at all. They fixed one of the bigger issues I've had at this particular Qdoba. every time I go, they're out of Vegetarian meat meaning I turn around and walk out. One time I went for lunch and the young woman put ground beef on my burrito after I asked for the V protein, she later told me at the register that they had run out (Didn't think to let me know before trying to run my card?). I will say that this location deals with (hospital) lunch rush really well and the wait always feels appropriate. I generally have a pleasant time talking to the employees, they all have great attitudes for the most part. The biggest problem I (and my friends) have with this Qdoba, is that EVERY Time I go the price is different. The only problem is, I get the same order every time, in fact, I read it out of the notes app on my phone (I always forget what toppings I like). So why is it that no matter who makes my burrito, on any weekday, the price always changes? I wondered if this was an exclusive burrito-problem, but after going there many times with my friends who get either tacos or bowls they share the same issue. I have asked about this a few times (but it's usually too busy and I don't like to annoy the already exploited wage-workers) and each time I am assured that "This is the correct price." But you would think that when the cashier finds out I paid an extra $4 last week that she would either discount the meal or find a manager with the authority to partially refund me or find another solution, but nope. As I said, the manager is pretty great. I talked to them and they explained why the V 'meat' is always in stock, and let me know that employees will sometimes say they've run out when actuality they don't want to thaw/cook the frozen Veat in the back. Since our talk, there is consistently Veat in stock when I go for lunch, which certainly makes me happy. I hope the rest of the kinks get worked out because I will start actually going here for lunch again! : ) I suggest giving it a try dispute my poor review, maybe just another location if you run into the pricing issues I have. read more

I ate there a couple weeks ago, love the chains food, but the crew here was more interested in getting the restaurant ready to close in 2 hours than serving customers. I got a qyesadilla and the burrito bowl/soup mix. Everything was ice cold except the guacamole, it was room temp and the only thing you could taste was onions. read more

I went in today at 415ish. After waiting for at least 15 minutes because the customer in front of me ordered 3 items. The employee finally came back and said she would be with me as soon as possible as she began starting on what I can assume to be door dash orders. Another employee was dealing with filling cheese containers and another doing grill. I don't understand what's so hard to stop what your doing when your literally sorting out cheese from a bag into the containers. That you will instead make a customer that actually came to your store , flesh and blood but prioritize the door dash people And sorting out cheese. Annoyed. I've eaten there several times and always seem short staffed or staff not prioritizing customer. read more

We arrived at the peak of lunch hour, and the line was long. I could tell they were short staffed. When we got to the front of the line, the manager was working the line, taking orders and making food. One of her staff had been in a car accident and wasn't able to make it to work. Despite being overwhelmed, she not only made our meals, but was pleasant and engaging the entire time. The food was excellent and the service was phenomenal! The staff handled the pressure well, and the manager displayed solid leadership in a tough situation. I'm definitely a permanent customer! read more

I always get the same thing and it is consistently great, so the food is not an issue for me. However, I have a serious problem with the employees' tendency to scoop certain ingredients (cheese, lettuce) with their hands rather than tongs. On a couple occasions I've had to explicitly tell them to use the tongs as they attempted to scoop ingredients into my food with their hand. Regardless if you put on a brand new pair of gloves, touching someone's food with your hands is completely disgusting and unsanitary. They have the tongs in each of the ingredients for a reason, they need to be used EVERY TIME. There will never be a time when putting your strange hand in someone's food is acceptable. Management needs to either do some training or reminders of this because this is gross and a reason I've considered no longer eating from here. read more

We've all been to Qdoba, Moe's, Chipotle etc... Some are good, some not so good, and some like the Moe's in Buckhorn are downright disgusting. The Qdoba in Williamsport is always outstanding. The food is fresh, cooked perfectly, good portions, good service. My wife and I love this place, we eat here at least once a week and are never disappointed. Great job guys keep it up! read more

So after almost a year we returned to see how things were, ordered a burrito and had less stuff than I used to get because I didn't want to eat too much. Over all not bad but not really good either. I'm glad I didn't get the normal stuffing cause the roller dude would have had serious issue. I guess the days of the double wrap are over. In what seems to be a common theme on these reviews it seems Taco Bell May be a better choice and Moe's has a much cleaner flavor. read more

This Mexican fast food restaurant is OK. But it contributes to the obesity of Americans, particularly since there's only one size which is large at practically eight dollars a serving, so if you're interested in getting a small portion for a little less money forget about it. They don't put a heck of a lot of meat in the burritos, tacos, or quesadillas, but tons of filler. Lunch for two people came to $22. The shape of the burritos are like a big turd. My son when trying to eat it, it just broke apart. The food is not terrible but after you filled up on it, you sort of wish you didn't eat it. There is another restaurant similar in the area called Moes. Prices are the same, I think they make the quesadillas better at Moes however, as when I ordered mine here, before I had a chance to say I wanted some beans and rice with it, she just threw a ton of cheese on it, folded it over and threw it on the grill as if it wasn't supposed to come with that, although I've had it that way at Moes, so I may just go back to Moes next time. I'm thinking about dropping these types of restaurants altogether and just going back to Subway-better prices, more variety, smaller portions if you like, and healthier food. this restaurant is beyond disgusting. i will never eat here again. all the tables are filthy including windows. the counter top above the food is very dusty and cruddy with splatter. my edible taco bowl was stale. this is all a reflection of poor management. if you can't keep your windows and tables clean then i'm afraid of the crud in your kitchen. read more

Management is not good. They were understaffed each of my four visits, or when it got busy, employees were doing tasks which were not necessary to serve the customers who were there. The first two times I visited, this could be understood, as they just opened, but the manager was present and did not have efficient processes. read more

So my friend and I joined Qdoba's rewards club and he got a buy one get one free entree for his birthday. Neither one of us had been in any Qdoba's so this was a first. And most likely the last. This place is set up somewhat like Subway; you order what you want and then pick your toppings. My friend went with a burrito - it was loaded, with beans and rice and lettuce and salsa, but very little meat went onto it. I had a taco salad; sorry, I opted for no rice and no beans on my salad; I got some ground meat, cheese sauce, salsa, sour cream and guacamole, then it was topped with lettuce. The bowl was edible but very greasy. I just have to say this - it is a good thing that one of those meals was free because neither one of them was worth $8.00 - I'm going back to Taco Bell or skipping Mexican food altogether. read more

This place is great! On top of fresh, non overly-seasoned ingredients, you can get as much of whatever you want in your burrito. I've been there 3 times, and have gotten speedy, direct service each time. The management is professional, and works with the other employees in making your food. The most recent time I visited, an employee named Danny walked my girlfriend and I through each part of making a custom burrito(they were slow at the time), explaining what types of flavors each item had, coming up with taste synonyms(since some ingredients are Mexican), and making sure we didn't miss anything that we wanted. That was great, as the other times I was there, I was more so asked what I wanted instead of being offered each item. I've been to Qdoba 4 or 5 times, and my experience improves every time I go because I'm learning how to order and what to add and leave off. This place is always nearly empty when I've gone - I've never had to wait in line. The location is not good - I think people forget it's back there or aren't sure where to turn off the Golden Strip to get there. It's pricey, but that happens when you allow people to add as many toppings as they want. In addition to the price, my big issues are 1). The quality of the chicken could be better -- it just doesn't look that good; and 2). Nothing is labeled or described - and this is a big one for me. For instance, there are no descriptions of the dressings, I'm apparently just supposed to know what these dressings are by their names. And I tried to research online, and their website isn't helpful. Label and describe everything, please. Incidentally, I just visited Moe's for the first time, and I think Qdoba is definitely better. I will return to Qdoba, but I'm not likely to go back to Moe's. read more
