Located behind the Xfinity store on 3rd Street at the Golden Plaza in Williamsport since 2004, this establishment serves the ultimate treat any time of the year but especially during the holidays as a Christmas brunch or dessert. My partner and I came today for takeout. We first discovered Mr. Sticky's after a friend brought some sweet delights of sticky buns. Cinnamon rolls flipped once they came out of the oven. Brown sugar mixture on the bottom of the pan melts into a smooth and silky cap that coats and cascades down the finished batch of rolls. Baked from scratch daily, they only make five versions of buns/rolls: the regular Mr. Sticky, plain cinnamon roll, walnut sticky bun, peanut butter cinnamon roll, and cream cheese cinnamon roll. Beside the star of the show, they also serve homemade soups, salads, and sandwiches served on their homemade rolls. We decided and called this morning an order for a dozen each of the regular Mr. Sticky buns and walnut sticky buns. Greeted by the staff upon entering, our order was ready for pickup in two large cartons. They were still hot arriving at our final destination. After biting through chewy, sticky rolls, you taste a blast of mouth-watering cinnamon and crusty bits of brown sugar. These are very big and can easily be shared and/or eaten over a few days. The pricing was reasonable at $52. It's worthy of a close to 4-hour drive, which we can recommend. read more

Don't come to Mr. Sticky unless you're looking for a reason to break your fast. The house made sticky buns in this place are divine. We picked up a six-pack with two peanut butter iced (my personal favorite), one cream cheese, two original sticky buns (hub's favorite), and one walnut sticky bun. That peanut butter icing should be illegal. If you're grabbing them to go, they kindly put the icings in individual tubs. Make sure you refrigerate them or toss them in your cooler if you decide to grab some on your way out of town. We brought these down to our friends in Ohio. They're now also addicted to Mr. Sticky. These sticky buns are TO DIE FOR! They are the perfect blend of stick sweet syrup and soft chewy dough. I wish I knew how they made their dough the perfect texture! My friend and I shared the walnut sticky bun (definitely get this if you like candied nuts) and a cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting. Both were amazing, however we did like the sticky bun just the tiniest bit better. The buns themselves are quite large so I would recommend splitting them with a friend. The store itself has a drive-thru which makes it super easy to order and get your food, but I believe they also allow for ordering inside. I also had a buffalo chicken wrap and while the fried chicken was good, I found that the amount of buffalo sauce inside the wrap was a little overpowering. I was there at the end of October for my son's birthday. Was told about sticky buns so I went there and bought a half a dozen and brought them back to Chattanooga Tennessee. I took them out of the box and wrap them individually in wax paper and put them in the freezer. I take them out of the freezer let them thaw then put them in the microwave to heat them. They are absolutely delicious. I've never had anything like it before and I would recommend them to anyone who is in the Williamsport area to go by and try them if they haven't already. A business who has been running as long as they have should not have this happen. Prior to two nights ago, I had never heard of Mr. Sticky's, but I realize I was missing out! My husband's grandparents live in Williamsport and my in-laws go up to visit every month. They brought some sticky buns home and put them in their freezer. They offered me one, insisting they were better than Fleck's of Bucks Co. I didn't believe they could be better than a hometown favorite, but I would never turn down a sticky bun. After taking a bite, I was solddddd. Oh my gosh. The dough is so soft and light, not dense or dry. The gooey butter sugar mix perfectly coated every square inch of the bun. My MIL had microwaved the bun, which elevated the flavor and texture.
