I like this place, food was great the first time we visited. Went last night to order food with my mother, but something told me something seem kind of odd our take out came in a plastic bag rather than a paper bag like everybody else. We always go for Tuesday night "wing night" when in the area! We are busy business owners and enjoy a night out! We only had one disappointing meal there on our second visit. One day we decided to give it another try and now we always go back! One bad night in the kitchen there with overcooked wings almost ruined it for us, but I'm so thankful we went back for a second chance! Everything has been great since including service and the wings are covered in sauce and have great flavor! Highly suggest the Mango Habanero wings! Called 4 days ago to ask for a reservation for a large party. Was told that that was okay. Called again today, and was told to call later to make sure they had room. Called again prior to our original time and was told they were "extremely busy" and there would be a wait. I came in to try to get a table for us, and waited at least 10 minutes. Staff told people that they don't do reservations and that they take people on a first come first serve basis. Totally fine, however, would've been nice to know prior to the time that we were planning on having our group eat. I am only giving two stars because I love Jarrod or Jarrett or however you spell his name. He's the best server I have ever had, and I am certain he would've saved the night if he was working this evening. read more

We had 4 adults and one child, we were offered a high top table which we said yes to. The hostess said she was going to clean the table for us. She also cleaned three booth tables. Then she came back and said it would be a 20 minute wait as the kitchen was backed up. She didn't offer to seat us, and asked if we were willing to stay. At the bare minimum she should have seated us. Will not go to this restaurant ever again. read more

A smaller Buffalo Wild Wings that we hit up on the way home for lunch. I had my fiancé and mom with me and was looking for a place we could all find something to enjoy plus watch some football and this fit perfectly. My team was on a bye week but I got to see a lot of out of market games. The staff is friendly and quick. We were sat immediately and our server was awesome. She kept our drinks coming/filled and even let us know the kitchen was slightly behind and it would be a few minutes extra. These are the little things that make an experience great. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the wings were delicious. This is one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings I've experienced. Little tip if the parking lot is full there is still seating available because the lot is very small. read more

Did a take order of $115 worth of food and had a discount card that couldn't be applied online so when we got the restaurant we asked if it could be used.(a $5 off discount) We were told no. Waitress tried to steal from me. I authorized $26 for the total and was charged $29.10. I went back to the restaurant and after 10 minutes the manager said they would refund the difference. Five days later after I went back to the store, still no refund on my Amex card. They showed me the copy of the receipt they had and it was clear as day saying 26.00 for a total after a tip. I shouldn't have to drive to the store to fix what their issues and not get anything in return. I was at this restaurant almost every week and I will not return again after this. By far the worst BWW I've ever been to. I went last night for a beer and it wasn't bad but today it absolutely sucked. The lady at the front told me they were short handed when I walked in and I didn't have a problem with that but it's 3 live Bowl Games on and they had one playing and re runs of goat roping and skiing on the others. Jeez, where do I start? I guess with the only semi-positive aspect I experienced. The wings were fairly decent. The sauces on the wings were fairly robust with flavor, but definitely not the best I have experienced. The atmosphere in the place is nothing less than a very loud sports bar; definitely not a place to take the family for a nice quiet dinner. It is almost impossible to have a conversation within the establishment. Definitely not for me and my family. Our waitress was one of the worst I have experienced in years. After bringing our drinks and food, she did not bother to check on us to see if we needed anything. My wife asked for a sweetened tea, but was brought a non-sweetened tea instead. But with no waitress around, we were unable to correct her mistake. The waitress only left us three small napkins, and anyone knows that when you eat saucy wings, it gets messy. Once again, no waitress to bring us more when we needed them. I also needed my drink refilled but was unable to, due to our lacking of any help from the waitress. Although she eventually did come around to give us the check, while still not asking if we needed anything else. It just seemed to me that we were a burden to her and she wanted us out of there ASAP. So i wasn't burdened with leaving her a tip as well. While the food quality was decent, the price you pay for the food is ludicrous at best. $16 for an appetizer? Come on! It's clear to me this establishment cares about one thing only......maximum profit. Having no plates to eat on (we were left with small cardboard boxes) was another disastrous decision this company has made. I guess they figure no need to pay for a dishwasher equates to maximum profit once again. Well I have a little business advice for you Buffalo Wild Wings. To get maximum profits from a business, you must have returning customers. From what I have experienced, in addition to some of the other reviews I have read on here, don't plan on getting many returning customers. So say adios to that maximum profit. ;) read more

I have never had a bad experience here. I always sit at the bar so I cannot comment on the true "dining" experience. The bartenders are very friendly and attentive. The food is decent and is priced alright. Surprisingly the burgers are pretty good. Good variety of beers on tap and also are priced decent. Service is fast and have never had a bad food experience. Lots of TV's to watch all the current teams playing. Eagles games are put on the speakers. Fun place to watch the games. Doesn't get to rowdy for games, but neither does any of Williamsport so not to much to comment on that aspect of it. Overall fun place to come with friends with decent food and a fun sports atmosphere. Only has been up and running for one football season and I did have fun coming here to watch the games. Another plus is that their kitchen is open until last call. read more

What is my Problem? I figure go to BWW and get a good burger and wings, .. But no, You get a mediocre Burger, dense, not hard but can knock someone out cold dense bun, and wings that honestly are, marginal. the burger, you get them they way they want to cook them, forget about a medium rare, it comes out the way it comes out and they won't even let you order it pink in the middle. Ordered a beer, and was asked if I wanted the gigantic size - two pint I guess? Said no thanks I just want a pint,. Bartender looked confounded, but it is happy hour and it is only 5$ (or whatever it was) Said thank you, but I just want t a pint well that will be a little more for less beer. Yes I know but I just want a pint. Got to give the bartender credit she was really trying to help me save money, but I don't drink fast nor do I drink more than two beers at any time, so a great big beer would just get warm and wasted, I think, pretty much I am done with the entire BWW chain, disappointed again and again, but they are consistent so it shows they really are doing their job right, my standards are not their failings, and that is why they didn't get a one star review. read more

Service was wonderful and food was delicious. My only downside was watching the blonde manager interact with her waitresses. She seemed to demean them and treat them like they were incompetent even though they clearly are very competent and most excel in this restaurant. During our meal (which had only taken us about 45 minutes), I had witnessed her yell at the one blonde waitress from both across the room and right in front of her a total of five times for things that weren't that waitress's fault. The manager seemed to view this employee like nothing and didn't care how her words and actions made the waitress feel. She would then treat another waitress amazingly that didn't have any tables cleaned and barely helped the other girl. The manager obviously does not care about the majority of her workers, the moral of the employees, or a calming atmosphere for the customers. I miss coming in when Chad was there. He always had every employee happy and it was an amazing atmosphere. It has gone downhill since this new manager has been hired and it's taking its toll on the staff. I came here at lunch time with four coworkers. We were immediately seated and service throughout the meal was excellent. On my left, Ricky was telling me his chicken sandwich was delicious- with the perfect touch of avocado. On my right, Joaquin was pouting about how mediocre his wings were. "Sub par" is the description he used. The rest of our party was pretty satisfied. Considering a weighted average of satisfaction amongst the 5 of us, I'm giving this bww 4 stars. If you have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings it has a Pretty good atmosphere for a sports bar. Very loud, so if you are just going there for the food and watch sports, this is the place.
