This is our first time ordering delivery from this location and it's been yearsss since we had Pizza Hut pizzas so my daughter and I decided to have Pizza Hut and Netflix and just hang out. I ordered the melt for myself and she ordered the personal pan pizza with the side of fries- the total bill was about 34 some changed and that included my 8 some change tip. It is on the pricey side but I think it was worth it. My daughter loved it. She said the pizza was good, not greasy, the fries was good too and my melt was definitely delicious and you know what's the best part- the time it took for them to deliver it. It was quick, less than 30 mins. Apollo the delivery guy was also nice and respectful. All in all, 5-star for my first experience. read more

I called at 9:26 to place an order they said it would be ready in 15-20 min so I got there at 9:50 and the place was completely dark and locked up. I saw the kitchen light was still on. Ordered pan pizza online with the extra charge. Did not recieve pan pizza, assume they were vacant of the materials to make it like they were for all drinks, wings, pasta and calzones at the the time. Made for made formal complaint on website. Received form letter from 3rd party company they apparently pay to deal with complaints telling me to 'suck up' the extra money I paid but did not get. I have always enjoyed stuffed crust pizza and I haven't had it in years, so I thought, why not ? The restaurant was pretty empty. Not really anyone eat just plenty of people working. Our server took our order and we received our pizza . The pizza was greasy but not bad at all. We ordered marinara sauce as well which helped make the experience. I'm not a huge pizza fan but stuffed crust makes the decision easier. We didn't have a bad experience but we didn't really have a great one. We ate our food and left. I wouldn't come here unless I was getting stuffed crust again which I probably won't for a while but if you like pizza, I would suggest coming here. We ordered online tonight and got a holy mess. The order was for a lg supreme and a lg meat lovers plus soft drink. We got.....pizza divided into 4 med boxes, no coke. Here's what the pizza was....Pepproni on one and Supreme on the other, How ever the crust was so thin the topping soaked through crust. Edible only with a fork. PLUS....they use Door Dash....the driver obviously has nothing to do with how they messed up. Not the first time they did. once recently we ordered and paid online. Went for pickup. NO pizza!!! The Poplar St location usually in the past would send out decent online pizza deliveries but lately they've been slipping up badly. This time today it was really fuckin' underwhelming! I ordered 2 of the $7.99 large 2 topping pizza... added stuffed crust upcharge. Picked it up due to the fact that after years of delivery, Pizza Hut decides to revamp their delivery area and now my address is not serviced by any Pizza Hut. When I got home and opened the box, the crust was overdone and the rest of the dough looked like it was streamrolled! I have never seen a pizza that thin(flat). The pizza was horrible! This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. They've messed up my order twice. Occasion #1: I ordered a 6 piece BONE OUT and they gave me bone in. No big deal, it was 9pm and everyone makes mistakes. Occasion #2: I ordered an 8 piece BONE OUT and they gave me a 6 piece bone in. At this point I'm upset because they messed up twice. This Pizza Hut is pretty hit or miss on service. Every time we stop by, we dine in. Usually, the food is pretty good, but there have been times when they've forgotten about food that we ordered. I've had my appetizer come out AFTER my food because I had to remind my waitress that I had ordered the appetizer in the first place. Additionally, they're very stingy about the pizza sized boxes for leftovers. We've been told "It doesn't fit in everyone's fridges" as an excuse for why we can't have a medium box to take our leftovers home in. I wish i could give them no stars at all! They dont even deserve one star. Last week we called, placed an order, and they never even came! Therefore we called the next day and told them the situation and they said they would give us a coupon for a free pizza (after we were put on hold for over 20minutes) the pizza came an hour and 40minutes later! It was cold and dry! We didnt call to let them know because at that point we just gave up! 2 hours after placing an order, it came. It came in a rectangular box. The square pizza, the breadsticks, and those croissantoid abominations with cheese and pepperoni permeating their innards all arrived neatly in compartments as per some special promotion. The dough that encased everything tasted much like the cardboard it was shipped in. The cheese was almost rubber cement. The pepperoni might as well have been gaskets used for plumbing purposes. I could barely break the breadsticks with my teeth. Each food product would survive for 100 years if left in a landfill. Even scavengers would avoid them. Pizza Hut used to not be half-bad when they only did take-out and dine-in. In fact, it was often a special treat during my youth. Now, the cast iron pans and pitchers of soda appear to be close to extinct. Pizza Hut is dying of expediency. Our culture is dying from expediency. read more

I received a credit for $20 from this store's manager because there was a 2 1/2 hour delivery wait time the last time I attempted to order from here and I wasn't disclosed the terribly long wait time until after my order had been placed. Today I decided to use that credit and order a pizza for pick up after work. Big mistake. Happens twice...shame on me. The stuffed crust pizza had raw dough. The quality of the cheese on top was that of a frozen pizza. Tasted like $h@t! Slimy, doughy $h@t! It was pouring down rain and freezing outside. I wasn't going back there. It's a Pizza Hut. Service may be slow much of the time, but it's generally friendly. I've yet to have a BAD experience here, and that says much in my book. The dining room is almost always clean, and that means even more than speed of service! After a week of feeling like every public business experience has made me want to punch someone, it has been a delight to stop somewhere where I was acknowledged from the moment I walked in the door and when my meal took longer than expected, the server keep me updated. While I can dredge up reasons to complain, they are more than outweighed by being a pleasant way to start a new week. I am glad this has become my nearest Pizza Hut so it is the one I have most reason to frequent! read more

Only missing one star because sometimes when you eat in there they don't check on you as often as optimal, and that's coming from someone who doesn't need to be checked on very often. I don't give many reviews for Chain Restaurants, I figure everyone pretty much knows what to expect. However, with how bad my local Dominos is, I felt it would be helpful to give a counter review for my local Pizza Hut, as I believe it is a much better option. I only order from here once every few months, but in my experience it is always a quality choice. The food is always good, the service is friendly, they've never messed up my order and even though I don't live far from this location, delivery is always prompt. All in all, I don't think you can ask for much more from a chain pizza place. read more

Ordered online again like we learned. Every time we call and order our pizza with no onions we get onions. They truly make me sick. I even get the effect of the onions if pulled off. As you may have noticed in other reviews, I am not a Pizza Hut fan. The Pizza Hut that the website assigns to me is a Wing Street version of Pizza Hut. Which, I love. ha. 162 flavors, Wing Street touts. I get the Blazing Hot. So Hot, that I get the hiccups every time I eat one. I like the Pan Pizza that Pizza Hut made famous. My only real beef with Pizza Hut is exactly that: where's the beef? Topping portion is lacking. For the 2 bux a topping you should get nice coating. Very Hot, right out of the oven fresh. The workers where kind, it took a bit longer then expected to get out food but that's ok. The price is a bit expensive (30 dollars spent on 2 people) however you get what you pay for. The food was filling, and the marinara sauce was good. The hand tossed pepperoni pizza was amazing, but it's not just the pizza the crust is also another good part, however it was a bit small for its price (8 cut) The cheese sticks where also good, especially when dipped in marinara sauce. They also offered take out containers for us to take the food we didn't finish home, the re-heatabilty is okay, but it's better fresh in store. This is defiantly 5 stars and I will go back. Placed order and paid online, received order confirmation with estimated delivery time...order never arrived. I called the store about 8 minutes before they closed, after giving them an extra 10 minutes to arrive in case they were running late...no one answered the phone. While on the phone with the main customer service, the rep told me food could still arrive up to 30 minutes after they close. My order arrived 32 minutes late and was cold--REJECTED ORDER AT FRONT DOOR, and will go to store for refund.
