I will NEVER ORDER Pizza Hut again. I ordered my pizza to be delivered. I got a text message from the driver saying he was there and there was no order to be picked up. I called the store and the managers told me there was nothing he could do once the pizza left the store. It was out of his hands. I did not order the pizza through DoorDash or GrubHub. I ordered it directly through Pizza Hut. Then when I called to get my money back they told me the only way to get it back was to come down to the store. read more

We ordered carry out. Drive to the location, marked ourselves at the location and no one ever came out. We could see several workers standing inside and just chatting. Went inside and asked for our pizzas, mentioned we were expecting carry out. We were told they specifically hire someone to do the carry out orders, but they wouldn't bring ours out because they didn't like that we didn't tip. Indicated they have a minimum that they'll bring the food out for. Food was also pretty disappointing. We haven't eaten Pizza Hut in years and now I remember why! Very bland pizza. read more

The Problem With Tipping Before Service ​There's a growing trend of businesses asking for a tip before the service is even provided, and it's frustrating. The experience I had last night with Pizza Hut is a perfect example of why this is a terrible policy. ​Half of my order was completely left out. When I called the manager, his response was a masterclass in indifference. He blamed it on not having enough drivers, saying, "well, that's what you get when they take half my driver's away." His excuse-ridden attitude continued with a nonchalant "oh well," and "I can't have no way of getting it to you." ​The manager's complete lack of accountability and empathy was infuriating. I was left with half an order and a feeling of being ripped off, especially since I'm expected to tip for this kind of service before it's delivered. ​My New Tipping Policy ​I believe the only way to push back against this practice is with our wallets. From now on, if a business asks for a tip before I've received my food or service, I'm canceling the order and walking out. I will not give my business to companies that expect a tip for a service they haven't even provided yet, especially when they can't be bothered to fix a mistake when something goes wrong. Called in for carry-out for 2 p'zones. When I called in the looked me up by my phone number. I went to pick-up 20 minutes later & a woman who seemed to not be an employee or to really care, wouldn't take our cash & while waiting we realized the boxes on the counter were not large enough to be p'zones, they were 2 personal pan pizzas. We asked, the reply we got were "we were out". We asked the woman why we didn't get a phone call... she shrugged her shoulders, told us the manager was in the phone, we waited for the manager, until the woman asked why we were still there. Pizza Hut in North Ogden is a take out location. This location is mainly a cooking facility designed to accommodate the people who need take out and delivery. When we have ordered pizza here they have been fast and accurate with the order. We may go here once a year and that is about it. I would try and order out here. It is not the best place for pick up with the traffic in the evening on 2700 N. read more

Takes way to long!!! Dominos is much faster! Called before 5:00 and was told 90 minutes. We prefer Pizza Hut over Dominos but rarely order it for this exact reason. Now I have to add when the pizza (along with breadsticks and wings) it was all cold. We had to reheat everything! read more

This is the worst Pizza Hut in the world. They never have staff on Sundays. We put an order in on an early Sunday evening at around five, which had a ridiculous delivery time of 90 minutes. 110 minutes later we called to see where it was. We were told it would be another 3-4 HOURS before it would get to us. Nobody called. Had they called, I would have been disappointed but understanding. Do not order from them. Been a long time costumer at this store have only had a few problem, but this last time was the worst. I tried their new phone app thinking it would a better way to order. I was wrong ordered the 3 topping special when it came it was missing the main topping. called the store the night manager would not help what so ever said since it was the app that made a mistake he could not do anything about it and then hung up on me. Took forever to find this site and probably won't matter anyway. I used the Pizzahut website to order 4 pizzas for New Years Eve the day before and told them to deliver by 7:00 pm. They have a commercial stating how convenient it is to do it this way. I called them at 6:00 pm New Years Eve to make sure they got order and all is good for 7:00 pm and was told yep we got it. So New Years Eve 7:00 pm and no pizzas. I get a call at 7:20 and asked if I still wanted the pizza what the .. I tell them yes, the driver shows up and has 2 of the 4 pizzas and tells me they gave me free cheese sticks because of the problem with order I told them no I want the pizzas I ordered a day early and also called to verify why would I want only 2 of the 4 that were ordered. I called the so called manager and tell him I know he gave my pizzas away and am not allowing payment on credit card until I get the pizzas so he says I've got them right here, right!! The driver went back and got them and brought them back and tells me they gave me a $24 credit which has to be used within like 2 weeks what a joke I bet if I was to order the credit would not be there. It will be a while if I ever order from them again since can't get it right even with 24 hour notice. Very dissappointed especially for our New Years Eve party. read more
