This location is vastly understaffed as a result of poor budgeting and ownership. The employees are incredible and hard-working; they are not at fault. The owners, on the other hand, can't staff sufficiently to prepare for a single employee sick day, leaving the store manned by a single employee multiple times. Are they disgustingly greedy or irresponsibly high? Perhaps they should be spending their drug money to buy more help. Every one of these employees are more qualified than them. read more

Consistency is the ticket here. I always order the pan pizza and the crust is always buttery, crispy, and cooked to perfection. There are also consistently great deals. Today it was a large pizza for $10. Last time it was two mediums for $14. I often order extra olives and extra sauce and they load the toppings on. Heavenly. Olive lover's delight. I order carry out online and the estimated time to ready is 13 minutes- so efficient! Conveniently located close to campus and also not a far drive from Providence. I get the buttery garlic crust flavoring and oh my does it make the good crust even better. The employees working are always extremely friendly. When calling in to place an order, they are always rushed and borderline rude in an effort to get you off the phone as soon as possible. I was a little hesitant to order for delivery because I read some of the reviews about the delivery being late, but I'm glad I didn't let them affect my final decision to order. I placed my order online, and the pizza guy came right at the expected delivery time presented at checkout. My order is absolutely perfect. I was worried about creating a custom pizza, but they hit the nail on the head. The pizza is great, sauce amount is perfect, no skimping, there are plenty of the toppings I requested. The pizza was amazing, cooked to absolute perfection! The service was amazing, they helped me out by getting me the best price possible with smiles on their faces all the while! The night shift employees are absolutely fantastic, always brighten my night. I usually don't order delivery, but they got it to me in under twenty minutes and I don't live close by any means! He offered me exact change, which coaxed me to tip him even more than initially (don't ever order delivery unless you're going to tip, their pay works the same as a waiter/waitress). 10/10 would recommend!!! read more

Look, The food is great. Yet, of the six times I've ordered Pizza from this location twice they have gotten my order wrong. (1 Pizza) The first time I picked up the pizza took it home and realized it was wrong. I called them up and the said they would re-make the pizza (fine). There was no apology and they told me I could come pick it up in 15-20 minutes. (why not deliver it to me since you made the mistake?) the second time I caught the mistake before walking out the door and same thing, no apology. Nothing. So I got my pizza but they didn't do anything to make right the inconvenience it was to me or the people I was with. They didn't even say "sorry." Sure, I get the pizza that they made wrong but I don't want two pizzas. If I did I would order two of them. Customer service here is not good (which is uncharacteristic of a Pizza Hut).
