Ok I really have to be dissatisfied to complain and post a review, but here goes. I am a frequent customer of firehouse Subs. Usually the quality is great, but today? First .. the order taker. Totally not outgoing or helpful. She tried I guess. Then I wait for my to go order and some sleepy dude comes out and makes my favorite Italian Sandwich. I leave and when I get it home ( 10 mins ) open it up to find out it was heated! A soggy goey mess. They did not ask me if I wanted it heated. ! They just did it. A waste of over 10 dollars and now a I am former customer. Not going back. Epic fail!! read more

Our company ordered in a DoorDash order today at 11:00 AM, and our dasher sat at the store for over an hour messaging me that the food was still not ready. I heard of Firehouse Subs for a while and finally decided to give it a try. Sadly, I was not impressed by the 23 minute wait for a Firehouse Steak and Cheese. I thought the sandwich would be hot or even warm but it was not. I spoke with one of the employees about the cold sub and he explained that the cook dropped the meat and had to remake it. Wow! Major disappointment. I have been to this location before and use to enjoy eating there. But not any more. There were 5 college kids working but only one on register and one making sandwiches. The dining room floor was very dirty with food under multiple tables. Many tables not wiped down. Even the counter where they put your sandwiches up on when calling your name needed a wipe down and Mac/cheese cleared away. Out of gluten free rolls, out of chips, out of ice tea. No cookies or brownies at the counter. Told they have brownies in freezer but "that's the best way to eat them". It was 2:18 on a Saturday. Order #20053. Even got one of the sandwiches wrong. We will not go back there unless the Franchise owner can retrain stuff. 3 workers standing around... pick up a broom and clean floors, wipe down tables. Logan Firehouse Subs has gone down hill within the last few months. The wait time for sandwiches is usually 20-25 minutes and the restaurant is so dirty. It could use a nice deep clean and restock of the chips. read more

It's a decent sandwich... I got the club sub and whilst other members of my family tried other various sandwiches and we all agreed both the bread and meat tasted sweet? It was definitely out of the ordinary. Can tell it's not very fresh. Most of us agreed it's not really worth going back again there are just better sandwich places. Hmm, I was really looking forward to my meal here! It was not nearly as good as everyone makes it out to be, my wait was long, and the efficiency of the service is not up to par. I wish I could've designed the whole "ordering" system for them. I'll walk you through the set up. My sister and I walked in and began looking at the menu, the employees decided to stop chatting with each other long enough to acknowledge us and give us their suggestions. I hoisted it off the counter and made my way over to the fancy pants coca-cola drink fountain. That was spiffy and although I really wanted water, I knew I had to try the soda pop dispenser at least once. I tried the Peach Fanta--absolute winner. We grabbed our bag of chips, and found some seats. Then we waited. And waited. I thought this was speedy quick service? A while later, we got our sandwiches. I ordered the BBQ Brisket and it was not my fave, I think the mayo messed it up. However, my sister got the Turkey Bacon sandwich and let me share with her. That was dang good. Then we left. I had been cooped in the house and I wanted to get out for a nice drive. We ended up in Logan right in time for lunch. I had a small Hero, sandwich only. I had it on white with mustard, mayo, lettuce, NO tomato (add tomato juice residue on it, yuck) ham, turkey and provolone. It was ok. All 3.5 inches took a slight edge off my hunger. If I would have realized it was going to be heated I would have ordered it cold. I prefer my lunch meat not to be at room temperature. It's just weird to me. My husband got a medium Italian on white. It had mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone. He said he liked it. My daughter got a kids meal turkey sandwich. It was a quick, simple lunch. Nothing complicated. The bathroom floors, walls, soda machine, and tables were all clean. Plenty of seating with large tables. They had shaded seating outside. It was lunchtime but it wasn't really that busy. Service seemed a little slow, but I order was right so I'm not going to complain. The reason I only gave two stars is because when I asked them to toast my wife's sub a little more because she's pregnant and has to be careful about eating deli meats, the two employees at the cashier laughed at me. We had the best customer service tonight from Dayanara! We walked in a few minutes before closing and then several others came in behind us. I know how annoying it is when people come in while you are trying to close. I watched her treat every person that came in with kindness even though that meant she would be working later. She took everyone's orders and made everyone's sandwiches and did it all with a smile and apologizing for the wait. This a pretty standard sub shop with some creative sandwich options. I really enjoy the brisket, and the meatball is good as well. The place seems to be routinely understaffed and doesn't move to quick, so if you're after a fast sub, this probably isn't the best choice for you. I have had the brisket and club on a sub. When I got the club I was amazed how good it was and my wife had one bite and wanted to go back and get her one, which we did a couple days later. I got the brisket with no Mayo,I figured the BBQ and cheese would be enough for me. I thought it was good, but really could have used some lettuce in my opinion and was pretty pricey for the food comparatively, but BBQ like that is usually expensive. I think if you really like BBQ or brisket then that might be worth it to you. With the club I thought it was amazing and really filling. Both times the service has been fairly quick. Usually 5 minutes or less. I really like that they give you a free pickle on the side and that they offer some rewards similar to subway. The staff was also really friendly explaining the menu to me my first time. I wish I had tried the food here sooner. The also have great deals on hooked, which got me to finally try it. read more

If I go out, a sandwich is the last thing I want unless it's Firehouse subs. We first tried it a few months after it opened and kicked ourselves for waiting even that long. This is our #1 go to place as a family. I first liked the hook n ladder, then accidentally ordered the Italian & stuck with it for months. Today I ordered the turkey bacon ranch and I think it will now be hard to order anything else. These sandwiches are so flavorful and downright scrumptious. It is a little more than subway but it's worth it because of the quality and taste. They want to be sure your order is perfect & you are happy. If you try firehouse subs, be sure to head to logan. It was this or 5 Guys. I thought this would be easier to eat in the car. Sandwich here was ok, but not one of the better ones I've had. Meat did not go all the way to edge of the bread. I hate that. Layout was right proper shit and there were people bottlenecking everywhere. This tends to create messes and definitely did here. Staff on the line seemed to care about making the sandwiches, but that was not borne out by the execution on the sandwich. Brownie was also not very good...will need to test this at other locations. Should be a sure thing. Counter staff was not particularly interested or engaged. I get it, no big, but this was right on the border of being passable/acceptable. Not sure I would repeat the experience, but I have had worse...I generally always get the same thing and the ratio of ingredients on the NY Steamer was inconsistent to the better ones I've had in Salt Lake...not great. read more

This place is so slow! Went in there for one sub and waited for probably 20 min-them asked where my sub was. Got the excuse of them having big orders ahead of mine. They then rushed my order through totally screwing it up. I was so angry-I ended up taking it in and getting a refund and going to Kneaders which was a whole lot faster! Went here for the first time just last week! I'm a huge lover of sandwiches to eat at work. They made me a great turkey sub. The sizes are big and bigger lol. My only bad review is that the price is a bit much for s a sub sandwich. If I'm going to pay $9 I was expecting a little more taste wise. But the bread is pretty delicious. read more

I have gone to firehouse a couple times and had good experiences. The subs were pretty good nothing to complain about until a couple days ago when I ordered online which was fairly simple but my order never went all the way through so when I got there they didn't have the sub ready. So I decided just to order right then. All I ordered was the basic tuna sandwich and it took them probably a good 20 minutes to get my sandwich. I was the only one there and then probably 10 minutes later other customers came in and they got their sandwiches before me??? I understand things go wrong but I don't know what happened? Needless to say I got back to work couldn't eat my sandwich because I only have half hour time-slot for work and I had to eat it later. Wasn't a very happy customer!!! read more

Very slow service while it was not very busy and they did not change their gloves after stepping out into the dining room. My son has worked at a sandwich shop and told me that at that place, they make sure to change their gloves every time they leave the sandwich making line.
