    Medium Turkey Bacon Ranch Combo

Firehouse subs used to hold sub/sandwich gold in my mind... it has been quite a bit since my last visit, and it looks like much has changed! The subs are smaller... And the price is larger! Firehouse has never been cheap, but the quantity/quality used to make up for the extra spend. I would not recommend a medium sub... It is absolutely tiny. I think they've changed their bread since the last time I ate here. Everything tasted great... But it was really not worth the cost

It was awful me and my friend mr Arbon agree that it was the worst experience. The unlimited soda machine was broken and we had to resort to Neanderthal like means for sustenance. I spent at least half of my waking hours at this restaurant. I now have panic attacks about this experience and need professional counseling. Every time I see a fireman a have to use an inhaler

This was the chip choices. Out of stock on many items. Told they didn't get supplies

Wow! Major disappointment. I have been to this location before and use to enjoy eating there. But not any more. There were 5 college kids working but only one on register and one making sandwiches. The dining room floor was very dirty with food under multiple tables. Many tables not wiped down. Even the counter where they put your sandwiches up on when calling your name needed a wipe down and Mac/cheese cleared away. Out of gluten free rolls, out of chips, out of ice tea. No cookies or brownies at the counter. Told they have brownies in freezer but "that's the best way to eat them". It was 2:18 on a Saturday. Order #20053. Even got one of the sandwiches wrong. We will not go back there unless the Franchise owner can retrain stuff. 3 workers standing around... pick up a broom and clean floors, wipe down tables. Jimmie John's definitely cleaner and better service. I'm sad... loved Firehouse sandwiches.

You walk in and walk the entire length of this counter to get to the cashier. It just seems rather inefficient if you ask me.

Hmm, I was really looking forward to my meal here! It was not nearly as good as everyone makes it out to be, my wait was long, and the efficiency of the service is not up to par. I wish I could've designed the whole "ordering" system for them. I'll walk you through the set up. My sister and I walked in and began looking at the menu, the employees decided to stop chatting with each other long enough to acknowledge us and give us their suggestions. As soon as we decided on our meals, we walked all the way to the corner of the room to place our order. They gave us HUGE cups, and I mean HUGE. It's cups like these that give America a bad wrap. I hoisted it off the counter and made my way over to the fancy pants coca-cola drink fountain. That was spiffy and although I really wanted water, I knew I had to try the soda pop dispenser at least once. I tried the Peach Fanta--absolute winner. We grabbed our bag of chips, and found some seats. Then we waited. And waited. I thought this was speedy quick service? A while later, we got our sandwiches. I ordered the BBQ Brisket and it was not my fave, I think the mayo messed it up. However, my sister got the Turkey Bacon sandwich and let me share with her. That was dang good. Then we left. No one said "goodbye", smiled at us, or acknowledged us in any way. TIPS & TRICKS: * They do play off of the whole "Firehouse" Theme. The decorations are fun and be sure to notice the tables and their Dalmatian spots. Also, if you or your kiddos want a fireman's hat, just ask, they give them out and it makes for a fun Instagram photo afterwards. * The do have other menu items, one woman next to me was eating a salad and it looked incredible. I almost asked for a bite. * Complimentary pickle spears. Yes.

Love Firehouse. They have started to pop up throughout Utah. So glad they made it to Logan. The subs are so flavorful. Haven't had one that I wouldn't get again. Especially like the Hook and Ladder. Try the house pepper sauce, way good to compliment the subs. Beats getting the same old burger. Service is great, very friendly and prompt.

The keto friendly menu was awesome, had the keto omelette and 2 chaffles (cheese and egg waffles) on the side. It was served with half a fresh avocado. Everything tasted very fresh, the server was cheerful and happy to help with our substitutions and changes, no problems! Portion sizes were generous, plenty to eat without being way too much or not nearly enough. All in all a great breakfast, chill and tasty!

About half the tables were full. The cashier greeted us cheerfully and offered help from the menu. From start to finish, he has friendly and attentive. The menu is large, and includes everything from reasonably priced (sub $10) sandwiches and wraps, to salads, burgers, fried sides, desserts, and even keto offerings! We ordered a Cobb salad and a Patty Melt and pickle fries. The pickle fries were the most lackluster. Nothing obviously bad that I can point out, they just weren't very good. My salad was very standard. Again, nothing wrong, just nothing I couldn't make at home out of a bag. My friend did really enjoy her patty melt and curly fries. Also, points for having both Pepsi and Coke options in the fountain! Another note, you won't buss your own table. Leave your food there.

I didn't think I would like the green one but it was my favorite. Chips were warm and just the right amount of salt. I always over order so I can have leftovers for lunch. I had a 3 item combo with a cheese enchilada no onion, ground beef taco, and a relleno. I always have to try a chile relleno when I go to a new state. I had to ask how they made it cause some places make it different than what I am used to. There was an option in the menu that read $2.99 for an authentic relleno. I had to ask. The server explained that what comes with the plate is like an omelette style with the chile cut up (that's what I understood). I was thinking, "Really! I have to pay $3 extra to get a traditional style item. That should be offered automatically if you are serving traditional food." I paid the extra cause I wasn't going to have the 'omelette' style. The taco was ok. The ground beef wasn't hitting me right but I ate it. The rice was good. The beans started out ok but then started to taste funny. I stopped eating them. The relleno started out really good. Nice flavor, easy to cut, lots of cheese. About a 1/3 way through I couldn't cut the chile with my fork and the flavor started to change. I couldn't eat anymore. I took the enchilada and rice with me and left the rest.
