Truly an awful experience. After reading other reviews, paying for things to be put on your sandwich and not getting it is common here. You'd think they would work fast to fix it, but no, I spoke with them on the phone and she was extremely rude, didn't offer any solutions, wouldn't put the manager on. 0/10. Absolute last time I go here... had my order messed up once, go back again and give them another chance just to have the exact same thing happen. I was not asked if I wanted it, but my sandwich was toasted. I did not know it would be automatically toasted. I hate toasted sandwiches. There's nothing worse than hard bread. I was over toasted. It was so hard. Then to top it off, my ultimate Italian sandwich had so much oil on it, not only was the entire sandwich coated in, but there was a puddle of oil inside the wrapper. And then it gets worse. It dripped so much that my $40 blouse has oil all over now. I'm grateful I came home and changed out of my $80 work shirt; otherwise I'd be out $80 instead of $40. That was bar none the most disgusting sandwich I have eaten. Rock hard on the outside, and soggy on the inside. The lettuce and tomato were so slimy. I don't waste food, which is why I ate it anyway. I would have brought it back except that I live 30 minutes away from that location. I don't know what kind of training they received at that store, but I've never had a bad experience at a jimmy johns before. My husband wanted hot peppers on his gargantuan and there were barely any at all. I'm just glad we didn't pay extra for them. What that sandwich did have though, was probably a quarter cup of mayo. He said it wasn't that appetizing, but like me, doesn't like to waste food and ate it anyways. These sandwiches are too expensive to be as bad as they were. read more

I frequent Jimmy Johns a lot in the Utah, Colorado, Idaho and Nevada markets. I can state unequivocally that this is the fastest, cleanest, and friendliest locations I've been to in a long time. They are living up to the advertised hype. The staff is welcoming and engaging. The tables, chairs and counters are clean and accessible. The food is great and even the bathrooms sparkle. I would definitely recommend this location. They won't disappoint. read more

Jimmy needs to teach his employees a bit better. This afternoon there were 6 twenty somethings behind the counter. None of them had any interest in taking out orders. When we were able to order, both sandwiches were made wrong (we ordered direct off the menu no modifications) yet still missing somethings and added others. The guy taking orders (Ethan) was an absolute prick and essentially mocked us as we were walking out of the restaurant. Yep Jimmy, you guys can do better. read more

I rush to the phone, knowing I only have 12 minutes for my lunch break. With sweaty palms, I dial the numbers and hear the familiar, "Hi, Haley! Thanks for calling Jimmy Johns! We deliver!" Thank goodness, because now I'm down to 11 minutes. They also know me by name because of the phone I constantly use. "Hi! Yes, I would like to order a Gourmet Jimmy Johns (they're the fancy kind of sandwiches) #9--An Italian Night Club." "Anything else?" The voice asked. My mind races. I now have 10 minutes but I'm really craving chips and a cookie. I decide that yes, I have time. "A chocolate chunk cookie and jalapeño jimmy chips please!" I place the phone down and wait, hoping the delivery car hits every green light along the way. I hear the tick of the clock, counting down the precious minutes I'm losing. Just when I'm about to give up hope--a man in a black uniform and hat with the familiar red letters, "JJ" emerge from the shadows. He made it just in time, and if I had another minute I probably would've kissed him. I payed him with cash and a smile, and he left without even knowing how much he had made my afternoon. TIPS & TRICKS: * I have gotten my sandwich delivered in 7 minutes before, they really are incredibly fast and I appreciate their efficiency. * When you do go into the restaurant, the employees always greet you with a smile and the atmosphere is fun and upbeat, take a look at the signs that plaster every inch of the wall--they're hilarious. * Sometimes it's a little loud, so just prepare yourself for that. After arriving at the store, watching numerous people come in and leave with their sandwiches and waiting 20 minutes I finally approached the cashier and asked where my sandwich was. I really love this place! It's nothing fancy or out this world good but the simple and elegant food here leaves me wanting. I love Jimmy Johns but was extremely disappointed they don't deliver 4 miles from the location. Lived off Jimmy Johns in Salt Lake and they were 12-15 miles from us and were always there in no time. Unless they change this I won't be a patron anymore. read more

Consistently good and fast. I love the #14 bootlegger. Love their bread. Always good when in a rush or just hungry for a good sandwich. Chips are crispy and their own brand of kettle chip. Came in with my kiddo, who wanted roast beef, cheese, and mayo. The server rudely said it was "against their rules" to add mayo to the Plain Slim, and that we'd have to add it ourselves via a packet. While I can understand providing the packets with delivery to keep the sandwich from being soggy, why the hell can't they squeeze a 5quick line of mayo on my kid's order? When our sandwiches were ready, my partner asked for the mayo because he didn't see it. The employees snapped that it was rolled up in the sandwich. I've given Jimmy John's several tries and always have below par experiences. What's the point of being "freaky fast" if employees are rude and unaccommodating to customers? The Good: Jimmy John's is pretty delicious and their ingredients are high-quality. The relatively low rating has nothing to do with the taste of their food. It's also great that they deliver even if you order a single sandwich. The delivery people are always very polite, very friendly, and arrive very quickly. The Bad: The low rating for this location isn't about the food, but is unfortunately about the quality of service. Sometimes items(like chips) are missing. Furthermore, I feel like my sandwich is almost always made incorrectly and, since I usually order, I don't want to walk over to have a replacement made. In particular, the avocado is usually left out. When you order the vegetarian option and have to pay the same price as a sandwich regardless of lack of meat, no avocado is a bit upsetting. I decided to write this review today because, once again, my order was messed up. I ordered the same sandwich I order every time. Vegetarian. EZ tomato. Extra cucumber. My sandwich arrived with regular amount of cucumber, no avocado, and so stuffed with extra cheese (that I did not order) that I felt like there was nothing else in the sandwich. When I called Jimmy John's up to tell them that I was displeased that my sandwich was always incorrect (I did not ask them to make me a new sandwich or anything) I was not apologized to and instead told that they messed up because my sandwich order was "too complicated." I really don't feel like my sandwich is complicated and I don't understand why a basic ingredient always included in the vegetarian (avocado) is CONSTANTLY left out. TLDR version: Jimmy John's is delicious, but they always mess up my order. It's better to go to the south Logan Jimmy John's. read more

Terrible bread quality. If I wanted to get a good sandwich I would go to a real deli. They put on way too much sauce so my sandwich is drenched and all I can taste is the mayonnaise. Plus the inside of my sandwich was slipping so much I couldn't even finish it because it became so lopsided. This is about the same quality as a sandwich you get from a low budget camp or a school lunch. I don't understand why people like this place so much. read more

Freaky Fast is right! I had barely finished ordering my Club Lulu sandwich off of the extensive menu(SO MANY OPTIONS!!) when before I knew it is was biting into the freshly baked bread! It had the perfect combination of mayo and mustard the complimented the turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato wonderfully. The signature kettle cooked chips they sell are also pretty bomb too, its like biting into a super crisp envelope of flavor that goes great with their sandwiches. And it didn't hurt that they had my favorite chip of all time(sea salt & vinegar). My only complaint would be that it was a little pricey for the amount of food I got but at least it was didn't make me feel sick afterward. Which is more than I can say for other popular sandwich chains"cough, cough, subway, cough, cough." In addition to the food, the overall vibe of the place is super relaxing. Every single Jimmy John's I've been to has been immaculately clean and the whole store is decorated with hilarious quotes and signs that really created a perfect environment to just loosen up and enjoy yourself along with a delicious and healthy sandwich. Easily some of the best fast food service i've had in awhile. I mean really do these guys have to pass an awesome test during their interview. One of them complimented my polo I was wearing and I am pretty sure it was hideous. Anyway I left the store feeling both mentally and physically happier. read more
