I saw this place on Guy Fieri's diners drive-ins and dives. I visited Logan this week from out of town and the directions had me going across the street- which is an out of business building. I did have a hard time finding the restaurant until I realized it's close to the old cache Valley Mall. I don't know if they moved, but it did take me a while to find it. I decided on the peanut butter burger since that seems to be the popular choice and I am all about unique burgers. Not really sure how to rate this burger. I think it is a good concept, but when I was there I feel like they overcooked it. The burger patty was pretty dry. You can see from the picture they do toast the buns, and it was almost charred. It could have used a little bit more peanut butter, less salt and definitely cooked to a medium vs well done. I also had the house fries and those were really good especially with their fry sauce. I was excited to try this place while I was in town for an errand. When I walked in, I was greeted by Ariana, who had amazing customer service--she was friendly and welcoming! I ordered the Tom Yum Noodles, a side of fries, and a canned drink. The fries arrived first without me needing to ask, which was exactly what I'd hoped for. They were fresh, hand-cut, and delicious--just the kind of fries I love. Unfortunately, when the Tom Yum Noodles arrived, they weren't what I expected. After two bites, I realized I couldn't eat the whole meal; the flavor was lacking, and the shrimp didn't taste fresh. For $15.50, I had higher expectations. I went back up to the counter to ask if I could order something different, and Ariana called over the manager on duty. Right from the start, his attitude seemed off. I explained that I didn't enjoy the noodles and asked to replace them with a burger, which was $13.99--less than what I'd originally paid. However, he told me he couldn't refund the difference, though he'd be willing to remake the noodles or let me pick something else, effectively leaving me out the $2 difference. This felt unfair to me. What really bothered me was that he questioned why I didn't like the noodles, almost as if he thought I was trying to pull something. I'd only taken two bites! I responded, "I just didn't like it--is that a valid enough reason?" I suggested they give me a small dessert or something to balance out the price, and he eventually agreed, but it was clear he was annoyed. It felt like he was begrudgingly accommodating me, which left a bad impression. His customer service skills were seriously lacking. When I later asked two other employees for his name, they told me they weren't allowed to share it. I found that absurd--what restaurant hides the name of the manager on duty? To the manager with the yellow hat: It's your job to ensure every customer has a good experience. It shouldn't have been an argument to simply make things right, especially over a $2 difference. If I lived nearby, this experience alone would keep me from returning. This manager needs to work on his customer service skills, get more training, or find a new job-- Four thumbs down. read more

Looking for something different in Logan, we decided to try out Sabores. A variety menu. Spicy tomato Pho, curry, burgers and a few others. We settled on the yellow curry and a bowl of Pho. Counter service was reasonable, eating area is clean and industrial modern. Yellow curry was okay, not great but okay. Needed more seasoning/flavor. Pho bowl with tomato was the star of the meal. A bit light on the rice noodles but hot, spicy and good. Give it a try. read more

Superb food!!!! I was blown away with how amazing the food was. My family and I split several things so we could try everything. The lomo saltado, the French fries, the special- pesto pasta with steak, rice pudding, and tuxedo cake was over the top. I loved everything I tried. I'm excited for leftovers tomorrow! There fresh guacamole is really good. They have uniquely flavored sweet pork quesadillas that are good. The have coke and Pepsi. Often have a special on burritos each week. Love the setting in the converted old train station. Service has always been good. read more

Well once my last review sparked the owner into crying. this is how you know an unprofessional fella who can't hack the reality of a review. You screwed up the PHO...forgetaboutit. Maybe you'll do better next time...maybe. Coming forward to whine about my review which was very honest just shows you can't keep your panties in your pants. Do better, ignore the review if you don't like it and keep cooking. You have nothing to worry about since more people in Logan don't know what good Pho is (go to west valley and find out), so keep making your slop and serving the terrible sides to go with it. This was a VERY pleasant surprise! I had a Brazilian Quinoa salad than was perfectly done. It was very similar to the Mediterranean Bowl I love at another restaurant and about the same price. This one might have had slightly better seasoning. I enjoyed every night of a very healthy, large and tasty salad. They bring your food to your table and service to our group of 11 was quick and pleasant. The ambiance was good and the nice, larger tables in the back, right corner accommodated our group nicely. What a surprising find in Logan. Initially very hesitant to try a restaurant that's has a crazy odd assortment of different cuisines. However, the food was superb. The peanut butter burger was the best find, with the peanut butter adding a creamy texture to the burger that wasn't overwhelming. One of my new favorite hamburgers. The LOMO Saltado was also a good choice. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant has a great feel to it. Definitely a must try in Logan. read more

We had the great fortune of coming here the day diners, dives & drive-ins aired. So we got a special promotion and got to try the Lomos saltado (really good, what you would expect, the green sauce is the star) and peanut butter burger (AMAZING) get this!! Different than anything I've ever tasted in my life. Creamy peanut butter, spicy, kind of like a Thai peanut sauce. I dream of this and am thinking of ways to drive back to Logan for this. The chicken curry was good too, coconut milk gravy, pineapples, veggies, serve lots of rice, not spicy at all. Not the best ever but definitely yummy. Topped it all off with real glass Coca-Cola bottles what more could you ask for. We also got the special truffle oil Parmesan fries which were really yummy side. We came here while passing through Logan, and we loved it! I got the tallarines verdes with carne asada and really enjoyed it. The meat was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. Took us a minute to find this place, it's hidden behind the beehive restaurant in Logan. This is a quick order type Restaurant where are you order and then they bring the order to you. The menu has all varieties from burgers to pasta. They also have Asian and Latino foods. My wife ordered the fries and empanadas. The fries are 5 stars, you can't go wrong with fresh cut fries that are crisp to perfection then loaded with garlic, truffle butter, and herbs. The fry sauce was good as well. These are fries I will crave and have to take a drive just to get them. She also liked the empanadas and I tried some and they were good. I got the Tom yum noodles. They are rice noodles with chicken, shrimp, and a few other items in a peanut sauce. It was good but I'd definitely try something else next time. I was skeptical when I saw the menu, because usually when you see a menu with dishes that are mixed culture like pho, burgers, empanadas, Thai curry, they might not taste good or they'll all taste the same, but I was wrong! The peanut butter burger is so good! The burger itself is good already, and the peanut butter is such an interesting addition. I also had Lomo Saltado. I'm impressed. I like the rice and the sauce! I really like some of sabores dishes including the ceviche, chicken ropa vieja salad, the machete and the pad Thai. The quality has varied a lot with my most recent salad missing the cheese. Earlier My salad arrived without the chicken. A friend that likes the pad Thai said she got a bad order of it recently. Quality control is so important hopefully they can get that back! read more

Food was great! - it always is. We've eaten here for years and love supporting local places. They've grow over the years and lost some of the personal touch and customer service that set them apart in the beginning. We spent about $45 to feed 2 adults and 2 kids under 6. It was a busy night - the line took about 5-10 min and food was an additional 25-30 min (still comparable to waiting to be seated at another restaurant). Not bad. Displeased with the fact that after all that when we asked for an additional fry sauce when our meal was brought out we were told we need to go back up front and wait in line to purchase another. I don't blame them for wanting me to purchase it, seems a little petty, but my issue was with the service. Post it, mention it, or figure out a way to serve your customer, but don't ask me to go back in line 45 min later for a petty cup of fry sauce. We had 5 meals in this go. The famous peanut butter burger which was basic peanut butter on a bacon burger... it's not ideal but should have been mixed well. I was expecting more of a peanut tai or sweet flavor. The burger itself was well cooked though. Also, be prepared for them to fail you on your order and then not make changes. 2 turkey clubs ordered but they got the wrong order when asked not once but twice no onions or avocados on either sandwich. They don't do remakes or refunds... a bit surprised when it was their mistake. The yellow curry was tasty after adding salt. Lastly, the kids chicken tender with fruit. Be ware that it's a fruit cup sealed and soaking in corn syrup. The staff was friendly but obviously not accommodating. read more
