"San Diego's Best Burritos" was the first thing my boyfriend noticed about this taco shop. Being that Im a San Diego native, he automatically knew I would want to find out what the buzz was about. We originally planned to make paella for the night but we just HAD to come and see if it really was San Diego's best burritos. I will say I've had other *bomb.com* burritos but I will definitely give Paco Taco their flowers! For starters the young cashier was very sweet and helpful. He even allowed my boyfriend and I to try the horchata and Piña before we bought the large agua frescas (im a horchata lover lol) So to what we ordered: * Bean and Cheese Burrito w/ sour cream 10/10 - I've been a bean and cheese burrito lover since I was like 4 years old so im picky with my beans but their beans were * Fish Taco 7/10 - The fish was well crisped and have flavor! - Im not a fan of Romaine Lettuce, I prefer the cabbage mix with cilantro & red onions * Texano Burrito 7/10 - My boyfriend prefers the chicken to be similar to "pollo adobado" style where the chicken is crispier/cooked more *Rolled Tacos (Steak) 10/10 - My boyfriend ate all 5 of them in a heart beat lol! * Mulita (Steak) - He's saving that for his late night snack so I'll update tomorrow lol * Fries 10/10 - we added our own seasoning besides the salt but they were just like any other fries (: * Horchata 10 out of TEN - Love me some horchataaaaa *Piña 10/10 - He LOVED IT * The salsa verde 10/10 All in all. Since I moved away from San Diego for two in a half years I've missed authentic Mexican food, so THANK YOU PACO TACO

Fresh ingredients! A great place for quality food and kind service. Their breakfast is also amazing.

Somewhat hit and miss but overall very good and fast service. I love their loaded fries, my favorite is the Adobada Fries. Shrimp and Utah burrito are excellent as well.

I love Paco's! The food is sooo good. I visit the Lehi location all of the time. Sadly, the drive thru cashier at this location needs to be reminded that she should be nice to customers. She got mad at my husband because he couldn't understand her. She speaks Spanish and my husband speak English, she needs to be more patient. I had to step in and order in Spanish. This cashier/place can not expect that everyone speaks Spanish to be able to order. What a shame!

Really good, authentic Mexican food! Awesome housemade hot sauce too. I got a fish taco and a carnitas taco and my partner got the Utah burrito--all was very good, the fish was crispy and hot, the carnitas could use a little more spice but their hot sauce makes up for it, and my partner's burrito was chock full of potatoes and steak. We also got a side of rice and beans and their beans are out of this world.

Loved the food... Lots and Lots of food... it seemed fresh, it was hot and the hot sauce was HOT, it was GREAT. Yes, the same cashier still works there... Maybe I went at the right time. Maybe management spoke to her but she was nice to me.... The dine-in is closed, so brings some extra napkins if you're eating in the car.

Food was just okay. Very light on the meat. Service was terrible. They seemed angry to have a customer. I won't go back.

I didn't think I would like the green one but it was my favorite. Chips were warm and just the right amount of salt. I always over order so I can have leftovers for lunch. I had a 3 item combo with a cheese enchilada no onion, ground beef taco, and a relleno. I always have to try a chile relleno when I go to a new state. I had to ask how they made it cause some places make it different than what I am used to. There was an option in the menu that read $2.99 for an authentic relleno. I had to ask. The server explained that what comes with the plate is like an omelette style with the chile cut up (that's what I understood). I was thinking, "Really! I have to pay $3 extra to get a traditional style item. That should be offered automatically if you are serving traditional food." I paid the extra cause I wasn't going to have the 'omelette' style. The taco was ok. The ground beef wasn't hitting me right but I ate it. The rice was good. The beans started out ok but then started to taste funny. I stopped eating them. The relleno started out really good. Nice flavor, easy to cut, lots of cheese. About a 1/3 way through I couldn't cut the chile with my fork and the flavor started to change. I couldn't eat anymore. I took the enchilada and rice with me and left the rest.
