What a cool spot for some international flav! They're located just off of Main Street behind the Beehive Grill. They've got a little of everything-big burgers, Peruvian, Argentine, Indian, Puerto Rican, and Cuban all come to mind. The first thing you see is a clean, organized kitchen. You place your order and take a seat and wait for the goodies to arrive. Service was fast and friendly. The girl taking our order was happy to answer our questions. I had the Lomo Saltado - a Peruvian dish of steak and fries cooked with peppers and tomatoes. It was great! And the portions are quite generous. My daughter went for the yellow curry, as it is the milder of the 2 curry selections. It had a nice rich flavor. So many great options on this relatively small menu. I like small menus. They typically guarantee excellent execution and attention to detail. 'Tis better to be great at 12 dishes than average at 40 dishes! These guys nailed it. I will definitely be back. I went into Sabores today to celebrate my Aunts birthday and had the worst experience of customer service in my life. My mom asked for extra pineapple for her PINEAPPLE curry, that had 4 small pieces of pineapple in it. Instead of giving her some extra pineapple, the young female server argued with my mom saying "you have enough pineapple, we pre-portion it the same for everyone". Even had my mom count the number of pineapple pieces in her curry. And told my mom if she wanted more it was going to be fifty cents or so, after we just spent $50 on lunch. When I said this was terrible customer service, she left and with a few minutes a young male manager (we found out soon after that he was one of the owners) came out with a dish of pineapple. At first we thought he was going to give us the pineapple and apologize for the rudeness of the server, but to our amazement, he only brought it out to show us "how much" comes in the curry. When my aunt chimed in and said "are you seriously going to lose a customer over fifty cents?" He raised his voice back at her and said "who do you think you're talking to?" This outraged me because I am a manager of a customer service team. And if any of my representatives talked to a customer like this, they'd lose their job. And this was the OWNER speaking to us like this. I'm not sure where the disconnect is with their customer service, but when did it become okay to speak to customers that way? We didn't do anything wrong! Sure we got upset because of how we were being treated, and I don't feel like what we were asking for was unrealistic, but were treated disrespectfully! The sad thing is, that right now during the pandemic, you'd think that small businesses would appreciate their customers, but Sabores made it clear that they dont need our business. When they gave us our refund and I said I was going to write a review, the owner said, "ya whatever". We've gone to Sabores multiple times, have taken friends and family there and we have yet to be disappointed with the food. We love the coconut curry and the pad Thai. You can't go wrong ordering anything off the menu, even the kids menu surprised us. If you go during peak hours you might have a bit of a wait as the restaurant is small and has a small kitchen. Last time we went, they stopped taking orders so they would catch up for about 10 minutes. But I take it as a good sign for good food! read more

Busy on Friday at noon. The line was out the door but it moved quickly and there was plenty of seating. I had the house fries (herbs, parm, truffle butter) and chicken satay. Others in my party has grilled fruit salad, empanadas with chimichurri, and pastelitos. The food was solid. Service friendly. I love that each item on the menu includes in its description the country of origin as well as a good list of what the dish included. Prices are reasonable for lunch. Hope this place makes it. There is something Logan magical about this place. Would this make the grade in LA? No. Would it pass muster in Austin? Idk, never been there. All I know is that the flavorings are unique enough, the staff is friendly enough, and the tastes are consistent enough to encourage a regular rotation here in the Valley. Peanut butter burger is full five stars. Yum. Pho gets 3/5. Mexi burger 4/5. Banh Mi 4/5. Yellow curry 5/5. Pad Thai 4/5 I recommend Sabores deeply and with love. I am super excited that Logan has more international options. I was pleased with the options I just think they are are a little swamped right now given that they just opened. We had the Pho, Lomito Saltado, Arroz con Pollo and House Fries. The Pho was definitely the best Pho is Logan. Sweet and savory. Lomito Saltado is a simple cut of beef with grilled veggies on French fries and rice. I was happy with it. Arroz con Pollo flaunted a safron rice and I thought it had a decent level of safron flavor. House fries were topped with a little Parmesean and Truffle Oil. I expected a little more truffle flavor. Overall I am for sure coming back to try some more options. Go Logan! read more

The food is really good here. I order the clubhouse sandwich at least 3 times a week to go. They also serve pho and surprisingly it's very good. They only have 1 selection with slice beef but their broth is the bomb(in a good way.) I have no idea how they manage to make it because they make all kinds of different food, from burgers, pad thai, sandwiches, etc. The only bad thing is the cashier at the counter. She's very absent minded, will put you on hold and leave the phone off the hook and do something else. Or she'll forget something else.... happens all the time. But I like their food so I'll keep going back with some patience. read more

Generally we love Sabores, however tonight we had the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We ordered a very specific meal (and specified to them 3 times what we wanted) and it didn't come out correctly so we asked if they would mind remake it the way we ordered it. The manager on tonight was incredibly rude and would not accommodate and was very condescending. She was sending other workers--including a brand new worker (who made a mistake yes, but was so nice and respectful and tried to accommodate us however he could, he even offered to pay on his dime for another meal!)--to tell us they wouldn't accept the food back rather than her coming and talking it through herself. Eventually she came and spoke with our table and the first thing she did was argue with us that "it wasn't her fault," it was our fault because we didn't check our order. We explicitly specified our order 3 times. Another worker came and spoke with the manager in Spanish thinking we couldn't understand. We speak Spanish though and luckily that worker was actually trying to help us out. Eventually they brought us another order out after about 30 minutes. Such a bummer to have such a poor experience. This manager should not be in her position as her managerial and customer service skills were terrible to say the least. It is sad that one person can be so terrible that they can ruin a perfectly good meal and evening. Thank you to the two workers who stood up for us tonight! read more

Great variety of world dishes, really nice people. I like the pho especially in the winter--the fresh basil tastes like warm sunshine and heaven knows I need a little of that in the heart of a logan January. The Curry is good and the Cuban sandwich is my other go to. My wife likes that she can ask for vegetarian versions and so far they have accommodated everything. We just left Sabors. I will not be going back. We walked in and no greeting. That I can live with. What I can not handle is what they did with our food. They didnt give us a number (that is how they do things but we wouldn't know that) so our order evidently went to the next people in line. She refused my husband's mushroom burger but he kept the plate of food. She went to go get the lady her food so they could eat at the same time. As she was going back to the kitchen my husband noticed the waitress walk by with his burger and said, 'Oh is that my mushroom burger?" She was happy to figure out where it belonged. During my lunch My boyfriend and I waited in line and when we got to the counter and they were too far behind in orders so they refused to serve/take my order and they ended up taking the next persons order in line. I was totally denied service. Not ok. This place sucks. They also discriminate against students of the surrounding schools. They are also just super slow in general. Great place! I saw that the yelp reviews were favorable so I decided to give it a try for lunch. I had the Peanut Butter Burger because the cashier recommended it. I was a little nervous with ingredients like peanut butter, sriracha, pepper jack cheese, etc... but it was awesome! Great combo of flavors with really fresh ingredients. You can tell everything here is made when you order it. The price is what you would expect for a gourmet burger. I got half chips and half fries. Both are made there. This is my wife and I's favorite restaurant in Cache Valley. We try to make it a habit to try something new everytime we order, and we order at least twice a month, and I can say with full confidence that this menu is stellar across the board. Sabores did it again. Sooo good. Its our 2nd visit. My husband had the torta this time. I had the chicken curry from Thailand, and it was delicious. Portions are HUGE! Enough food to eat in and take home. I couldn't even finish it all, even though I really wanted to. Our toddler had chicken strips and fries. I "tested" a bite from the chicken strip and even they were good! We will keep coming back to this place. I wanna try everything on the menu. Restaurant is clean, and music is not too loud. Wanted to try this place for quite some time. We ordered the lomo Saltado and chicken curry. The chicken curry was good but the chicken pieces were huge and the rice was a little over cooked. I wasn't impressed with the Loma saltado. The beef was tough and there was too much sauce on it. I didn't think the sauce it came with was that great. We tried Sabores for the first time after hearing good things from friends. I was very happy we did! The menu is very descriptive and even lists the location from where the food comes. I tried the Curry Chicken and it was delicious! Not only is the food great, but the cost is very low. I paid $19 (including tip) for my fiancee and I to eat a nice fulfilling lunch. It's a shame not many people know about this place. It's hidden behind The Beehive for those interested. If you don't have time to sit down to eat a meal, they offer delivery. Three of us got the enchiladas and we couldn't stop raving about how these were the best we've ever had. Even the chicken tenders from the kids meal were AMAZING. The chicken was super tender and juicy. Everything we got tasted so fresh and had such a great variety of flavors. The best part about our experience though was how friendly the employees were, especially the chef/owner. They came over a few times to make sure we were enjoying our meal and gave us chocolate mints. They even asked us for and wrote down our recommendations for future dishes from different countries we've been. They change the menu every 6 months. This place is a hidden gem.
