Now here's the kicker the service was so good, i asked to speak with a manager or owner, I was told there wasn't a manager or owner present. They were self monitoring, that blew me away, these young ladies working like they were on their own, it screams volumes for their work ethics and management. Now for the food, presentation was just like the menu pics. I apologize i failed to take pics as it was served so it is pics from the menu. The was good, the breakfast i had was cooked, in my opinion, perfectly. There breakfast sausage was different than any other I've had. I've been to a lot of places. I highly recommend this place even the locals were really friendly with conversation they made me laugh, one of the locals went out to his truck and brought this spoon guy to me. I live over an hour away but i will say well worth the drive mainly for the experience. Now if i have to say anything that i would like to see different it would be the fly traps. I decided on the peanut butter burger since that seems to be the popular choice and I am all about unique burgers. Not really sure how to rate this burger. I think it is a good concept, but when I was there I feel like they overcooked it. The burger patty was pretty dry. You can see from the picture they do toast the buns, and it was almost charred. It could have used a little bit more peanut butter, less salt and definitely cooked to a medium vs well done. I also had the house fries and those were really good especially with their fry sauce. I would go back next time I am in town.

The Palak Paneer was rich and flavorful, the Garlic Naan was soft, fresh, and so tasty that we couldn't stop eating it, and the Biryani was perfectly cooked with authentic flavors. The service was outstanding. Our server checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect and asked if we needed anything else. Their attentiveness and hospitality made us feel very welcome. The restaurant was also very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere.
