They do have some nice drink specials. Food is OK, about what you'd expect from a national sports bar chain and the service is solid. They keep the place pretty clean. Utah actually has a pretty solid craft brewing scene and they have a few local brews, not nearly enough in my opinion, but I do like to sample local brews from the area when I'm in town. read more

It took so long to order and get our food we tried to order another round of drinks and were advised the drink limit was 2 drinks per person. Our appetizers were crusty and room temperature. Terrible experience at this location. Ordered drinks from the bar as soon as we sat down, and after 45 minutes they still hadn't come. There were only 15 other people in the entire restaurant, and it was clear the people that sat down at the bar after we sat at our table and ordered our drinks, were served their drinks first. We had to ask the waitress to bring us waters because the thought hadn't crossed her mine. We were never offered refills on any of the normal drinks that were received. We never received one of my kids meals after everyone else received their food, and we had to bring it to our waitress's attention that we hadn't received it yet. I would give zero stars if i could. Cheese burger and mushroom swiss burgers were way overcooked unless you like your meat crunchy. Tater tots were burned as well. The restaurant was very cold upon entry. I was seated and was shivering-in Summer! I ask the kind server about it and she agreed that she was also cold and was glad that she could walk around to stay warm. I asked her if her manager could adjust the thermostat and she thought it might be automatically set to that temperature. I ordered my wings and an iced tea but was told that they didn't have ice since the ice machine was broken. Most restaurants would just get an ice delivery to make sure they can serve their customers. Their bar was even closed probably because of the lack of ice. That's a big money loss. Came in with a large group at 9:25 pm on Friday night (2-10-2023) and told manager we could split up as needed. There were probably 15 open tables. The manager complained that he only had 3 servers. While waiting to be seated (40 minutes), numerous groups were seated - far exceeding the number in our group. While waiting and asking to be seated, both the manager and hostess rolled their eyes at us. The manager is a complete joke. They were open till 2am that night. I've been here a few other times over the years, this time wasn't anything different. I have never had good service at a B-dubs. On this occasion we just wanted something other than a pizza or burgers and opted for wings. We ordered online a half traditional and half boneless. With medium and then Parmesan garlic. Veggies and ranch on the side. When we arrived we stood for 3-5 minutes minimum without as much as a hello. I saw a waitress and a waiter tending their tables, but not a soul up front. After a little more waiting time a girl came out of what I assume to be the kitchen area and had a shocked expression on her face like she was surprised to see us. We then were given our order. Maybe it's just me, but if I knew I had an online pick up order in cue, I would be out waiting for them... Not much for presentation. I wished they were in separate boxes as to not mix the flavors. The Parmesan garlic wasn't fantastic, it was good souses in ranch, but I wouldn't get it again. The medium was good although I am a wimp and probably couldn't handle a whole order of them on my own. It fed us pretty okay, but kind of get more like a snack. I did enjoy the vegetables, but the carrots didn't seem very fresh. Overall I wouldn't rank this as a go to spot. More like a late night out of options kind of place. It's not terrible, but I think a lot of improvements could be made from the service to the food quality and presentation. read more

Thursday's are my favorite day of the week. $0.70 boneless wings! You have to order at least 4 in a flavor. But I always get 5 of each with a side of ranch & carrots. -BWWS has upped their game! They got new menus & serve everything on metal tins/trays instead of paper boats. Getting fancy up in here! They were out of forks (washing more) but we sat there & asked a few different people to help us because no one told us they were out. I guess wings are finger food, but I would rather have a fork?? Yes, I love wings and I love people--both of which are something you can get at Buffalo Wind Wings. There are always tons of people at this location; however, the wait is never long and I feel the waiter/waitress gets to my table quickly every time I go. We had Mason was our waiter tonight, and he did a fabulous job. One thing that makes a waiter great is the ability to keep glasses filled, it may seem like a small task, but honestly, it is awesome to always have a cool beverage right at your fingertips instead of trying to rinse the spicy wing sauce off with ice and the back of your hand. Again, there are loads of people there. I would not recommend it as a date restaurant, simply because it is very loud and it's hard to have a nice conversation. On top of that, ALL of the televisions are on, which easily distracts the people you are with. But I guess if you don't feel like entertaining that date, go for it. On the flip side, it's a great restaurant to attend if you want an evening out with the girls you've known for so long they can understand what you're saying by the way you twitch your eye. TIPS & TRICKS: * Thursday is $0.60 wings. They are incredible and even more tasty when they are that cheap. I usually choose to get Honey BBQ because I'm pretty sure that sauce has been made with the tears of angels. And of course the carrots and celery to top it all off. * Try the cheesecake bites for dessert, those are a nice way to end your night. Seriously though, purchase some right now. * The best spot to sit is right in the middle of the room, on a table. The booths always seem to have air conditioning that shoot you with an arctic wind, and if you sit too close to the door, you really feel that arctic wind blasting in from outside.
