I love Brewski's so much. If I lived in Ogden, I would be a regular here! It's a dive bar for sure, and it's huge with multiple different rooms. They have a good food menu - and it's extensive! Pizzas, appetizers, soups, sandwiches (hot & cold). One time I ordered their cold veggie plate that comes with veggies and ranch and I felt like a weirdo but it was exactly what I wanted at the time! I've gotten their pizza and garlic cheese bread too - everything here is good bar food. This is always my stop whenever I go to the Ogden Twilight concerts. It's right on historic 25th street, it's a big space that fits a lot of people, the service is quick, and it's really reasonably priced! One time I bought a round of tequila shots for a group of friends and regretted it almost immediately because I was worried about the cost, but when I got the check, it didn't do much damage at all to my wallet! The drinks and shots are cheap. Cory the bartender is here almost every time I visit and he's wonderful. Great vibes, fun place, great service, good food, cheap drinks. Jake was an amazing bartender! Everyone including the security Zo was super friendly and willing to serve! I Had the suprime pizza (recommended by Zo) and it was so good. Was in Ogden for a weekend and wanted to check out the night life. I sit next to a seemingly random guy at the bar and he asks for my ID, it's from a different state (CO) and I couldn't remember the address on it, because I'm 22 and I've moved around a lot during college. He takes my ID and runs behind the bar. My friends and I make a bit of a scene trying to recover my legitimate ID back and the manager tells us to "shut up" and "quit freaking out." I get it, big fines for serving underage people but the response afterwards was so disrespectful, killed the entire vibe of the night. + watered down beers read more

I think they can be very " dicks last resortish " I assure you that you are not a bother and that you will not be disappointed with service, the food ( order the wings from city club ). Simple old school bar. A lot of history and firefighter friendly. Had the food and pizza and wasn't disappointed.

I don't know but I like this bar. Very big, three rooms and two bars. Service is fast and efficient. People are nice and drinks are cheap. $4 Hennessy shots. My fave. They also do have two pool tables. Two restroom and an eating room. I wasn't a fan of the pizza lol. I would definitely return. read more

If I could give no stars I would. The bartender was an A******!! I ordered a whisky ginger. When I got it, it tasted like there was no alcohol, just ginger ale. So I asked the bartender if I could have a shot of whiskey. He told me "no." And asked "really?" He then said "yeah, really. You can have a shot of anything else, just not whisky." Then he just walked away. How does that even make sense? You can't give me a shot of whisky but I can have a shot of something else? What a F****! My cousins invited me for beer and pizza at Brewski's. It is a great place to drink beer and enjoy conversation and pizza. We were able to sit at a large table at the top of the podium but told we had to eat fast because the table was reserved for eventing entertainment. Brewski's has been in business of the location has been in place for 50-years. It looks as if 3 similar shaped bars were cleaned up and are open for people to stream from one to another bar. Brewski's has tasty pizza and mixed drinks. I understand local music comes through to create a good time for customers. read more

It's hard to admit, but I have been coming to this bar for 25 years. Back when you needed a "membership" to get into a bar in this state! Well, we're still coming here and still loving it... Most of the bartenders (Cory, Rich, Delanie) have been working here as long as we've have been coming in and there are some great new 'tenders and waitresses too. I'm lookin at you Maren and Jenn! Live music on different nights throughout the week. On Friday and Sat nights there can be so many people that its all asses and elbows. They pack em in tighter than a bowling ball in a garden hose! Bartender was a piece of work. Turned away a 72 year old marine Vietnam war veteran (my dad) and was extremely rude to us. And also turned away a US army veteran as well. The cherry on top was that they had a dog on top of the bar table!!!! I love dogs so much and own two but never would I imagine they'd let a dog with its paws on top of a bar counter where people eat and drink! It was disgusting and the dog was drinking out of something on the bar top. Worst service and absolutely rude people. I will never be back and now I know why this bar had such bad reviews. UPDATE: I realized I didn't mention that I had brought my friends here for their first ever bar experience. No drink menus or signs, which is why we didn't know exactly what we wanted right away while being bitched out. First things first: I have lived in Las Vegas for nearly 10 years, so I have been to a lot of bars, and I can honestly say this was by far my worst bar experience in my entire life. Ladies get in for free, $5 cover for guys. Super lame vibe right off the bat. First time coming to this bar, and this bartender Bradley or Brandon or something was an ASS. HOLE. Instead of being friendly and helpful, he cussed me and my friends out for not knowing exactly what we wanted. He said he wasn't here to "answer our stupid fucking questions." In the time he spent yelling at us he could have been helping us out. Turns out there's not much to choose from anyway. One star for rude tenders who clearly don't care about their customers and only want the quickest buck. I'd give zero stars if I could. Brewskis in Ogden Utah is an absolute must. This is the true gem of downtown Ogden. The atmosphere was electric mostly due to the live band Metal Dogs. They were fantastic. They are one of the best cover bands I've ever personally seen, I can't say enough about how awesome they are. I'd gladly pay the $5 cover charge just to rock out to some 80's metal any night with them rocking. The bar itself was a good, service is good. Good people, good crowd. Rock on. read more

My husband and I ended up in Ogden due to rioting in SLC, still hoping to be able to celebrate our anniversary. After trying a couple of the bars along 25th, we ended up at Brewski's and it was great! The drinks were good, incredibly reasonable priced compared to most other bars we've been to, and there was a good energy in the atmosphere. Perhaps I was a little bummed that our reservation at an upscale SLC bar didn't work out (I was slightly dressed up) but I'd happily go to Brewski's again. I have been dropping by this place a few times a year for years now, & I must say, for Ogden, UT.... This place rocks!! Good drinks, good food, and overall a good staff. I came in right when they opened because hey.. who doesn't want to start Day drinking with tequila shots on a Saturday morning? No, I don't need to go to AA (yet) but friends thought my Saturday morning needed to start off with a kick in the face. Right outside the bar is the Farmers market that goes on every Saturday during the summer in Ogden which is a lovely new discovery for me. The bartender serving me was named Rich and he is a really nice guy who makes you feel like you've been a regular and doesn't judge you when you ask for 8 shots of tequila before noon. They serve peanuts in the afternoon and I wasn't aware that you are suppose to throw your shells on the ground until my friends took my pile of peanut shells and made a big mess. I was panicked and looking for a broom while apologizing to the workers only to have them smile and say it's normal and they'd be offended if I didn't grow them on the ground. I'm sorry for whoever has to clean up after after closing. I would definitely come back here if in Ogden again. I'm from SLC and the drive to Ogden can be a hassle (call me lazy) but for here and the awesome people and atmosphere- maybe I'll start coming to Ogden more frequently. read more

Was here on business from CA staying at Courtyard Marriott just behind Brewski's. Great bar to watch sports and hang out. Mixed drinks are weak!! Utah alcohol laws ruin it for those used to good pours. Food looked really good but didn't get chance to eat. Fun kind of dive bar for groups or barflys just looking to relax and have a few. Ugh! Ogden really needs a new "it" bar. Brewski's is a totally dive with no vibe and arrogant bartenders (really, you're a bartender, not a friggin' celebrity). You would think that with Brewski's history and the cover charge they have the audacity to charge sometimes, they'd spruce the place up a bit. Nope. Why should they? People come here, because it's the only place to be seen in Ogden after 10pm. Here's a few tips, if anyone is listening: 1. The servers are usually dolls, but the bartenders need to get a life and an attitude adjustment. 2. Love your Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Frank Zappa, etc. posters, why don't you play some good music once in a while? 3. Clean that sh*t hole up! 4. Fire your prevert karaoke dude. the waitress started bringing us drinks we didn't ask for. oh and its not allowed to stick tables (they will threaten to make you leave) a friend of somebody who was know by the staff laid hands a woman. mind you it was do to a chair being to close to his table. he stayed and we were threaten. there when the music started the waitress never came back not even to clean up glasses and bottles. I don't particularly like this place although some people love it. I like when they have live music. Their karaoke SUCKS. I think they own The City Club two doors down and it's way better. I like the atmosphere there. This place isn't my cup of tea. read more
