We were there approximately 2 hours due to how long the food took, which I can see being the kitchen issue she referred to, but a little bit of personality, attentiveness, and keeping us informed on the delay would have saved this visit. The Potato was cooked perfectly with a cooked crunchy skin, soft potato goodness in the middle. Came with butter and sour cream, I would have liked some cheese, bacon and chives, but it was still good. Lots of food, didn't try dessert. My wife enjoyed her steak too but would have liked some other options, it was a lot of food for her. But lunch for me the next day.
