This is a fun, and loud place, and the place has character! We got toasted ravioli in red pepper sauce (which was basically the red pepper bisque). Delicious! I could easily eat the bisque alone. We ago got the garlic cheese curds, and the Mac n cheese which was phenomenal! Last time we came, the weekly appetizer was spinach artichoke dip, that was so good, I got a second serving as "dessert" (another day). Their regular menu is great, but I also love the rotation, to add a little more variety. We popped in on our way back to Park City from the Golden Spike National Park. Called 10 minutes ahead because we were a party of 7, and they were able to immediately seat us. Our server was super friendly. The food came out fast, fresh, and was all pretty good. Highlight apps were the pretzel bites with the beer cheese (there was waaayyyy too much cheese dip - a soup bowl full), the roasted brussels sprouts, and a Caesar salad. Around eh table, folks had the fried chicken, the Philly cheese steak, the salmon special, and some burgers. Everything was cooked nicely and served hot and fast. They have cool swag too! Free parking across the street in the parking garage. And it was a relief to find a brew pub where we could also have our 17 year old nephew join for a meal. I was visit Ogden and added this to the list of places to try. Officially, this brewery is also a resturant, meaning that you're required to order food in order to drink. Not too bad, considering the food I tried was still good. The atmosphere is definitely fun, with an industrial design and a killer patio that overlooks the ball field. The beers were decent, but I will absolutely return to try more of the beer that they have to offer, maybe pick up a "Drink beer, Pet dogs" shirt. read more

We checked in and the hostess said 10-15 minutes. After waiting 25 and watching people who arrived after us get sat we asked. Finally we were sat after waiting 30 minutes. While waiting to be sat, though, I inquired about their apparel. The general manager said she would let me know about several items----she never was too busy I guess. When we sat we noticed that there at least 10 tables that were open so they must've been shorthanded. Then we ordered a French dip and fried chicken sandwich. Food took almost 30 minutes but tasted pretty good (even though portions were much smaller compared to other local restaurants). The cider I ordered was NOT COLD and room temperature at best. Thank goodness our server, Bailey, was fantastic otherwise our "3" rating would have been lower. We will not be coming back to this place. read more

Always come here for a quick drink and a bite. Their fried pickles are to die for. They're extremely upfront and fast with service and will get you seated with a drink and food quick. Usually not too crowded here, and when we did get a peach cobbler with a little too much baking soda, we sent it back and our bartender had no problem taking it off our bill and was very kind. I can't say enough great things about UTOG. The local is central to all that is happening in Ogden. Sir on the patio and watch a game, go the farmers market and walk over for some lunch. My group of 4 stopped in after a morning of wedding dress shopping (at another wonderful local shop). We were seated right away, despite the lunch crowd starting to grow. The hostess had a warm inviting reception. The server was knowledgeable of the craft beers and happy to help with opinions. The food was amazing and plentiful. Absolutely delicious! I was staying at a hotel nearby and stopped in on a Tuesday to place a to-go order. I was greeted right away by a friendly staff member and offered a seat at a table or bar. The brewery is a large space with tons of high and low top wooden tables with tvs and beer brands lining the walls. I could see the brewing area in the back of the restaurant behind the bar. After I asked a few questions I opted for the mother cluckin chicken sandwich , grilled without the sauce and Cajun fries. The sandwich was monstrous but every bit of it was bursting with fresh flavors. The bacon was an extra special treat! The Cajun fries were my second best choice they were hot, well seasoned and a fantastic either way the chipotle aioli. UTOG is awesome! The patio backs up right to the baseball field where they also do twilight concerts which is way fun! We went on a Sunday where they have a brunch menu until 3 (I believe). We sat on the patio so the menu is a different but different but still great options. The brussel around were delicious and so crispy. The burrito looked big but it was a great size - added the steak on the inside and it was great. The steak salad was good, meat was a little fatty but wasn't a big deal. I really have to rave about the staff because I ate here on Pie & Beer day and they were slammed. The staff were all still so awesome even though you could tell they were worn out. I went with the son of a peach Hefeweizen to drink and it was delicious. For dinner I had the wing sandwich and it was perfect! The sauce was delicious and it was everything I hoped it would be. I had tots for my side and my husband had the sweet potato fries with his. Tots are tots so nothing too exciting there and the sweet potato fries were delicious and seasoned perfectly. For dessert we shared the special which was a peach cobbler. It was amazing! I'll definitely be back to try the Philly and another dessert. If you're from O-town, you've likely seen several people repping UTOG. Rightfully so. This establishment has raised the already towering bar of northern Utah breweries that double as restaurants. I recognize that this app is full of moms and wannabe food critics like myself. Stereotypically, Utah moms are facial aesthetics enthusiasts, so allow me to liken unto a chemical peel for my target audience. The bun is like your face five days after the salicylic acid does its work. Shiny, glowing, and beautiful. (you, the reader, were beautiful before your facial as well...) My wife ordered the cheesesteak, and I will admit that my photography skills on this plate faltered. It was actually a pretty good size. I'm still thanking her that she filled up on tater tots and Brussels sprouts so that I could have half of her sandwich. I ordered the Country Fried Chicken which was a salty, delicious meal. The chicken itself was cooked perfectly! Even though they were just chicken tender shaped (not what I usually think of when I think "Country Fried Chicken"), all the components of the meal were so good that I didn't even care lol. Drink of choice was the Tart Apple Sour with a caramel rim (10/10 would recommend WITH the rim). The sour beer was honestly really good on its own, but the caramel rim really tied it all together. I wish I could just take everything about this brewery and bring it back home with me. This was awesome! Will definitely have to try some more of their beers while I'm still in town... The food here definitely lives up to the hype. The wing sandwich was tender, and the buffalo sauce had the perfect amount of tang. The only improvement that could've been made on the sandwich is tossing the chicken in the buffalo sauce rather than drizzling it on top.
