FAST Food: we split a Chicken Avocado sandwich, which was really good, but the straw fries were amazing! Atmosphere: large brewery, lots of seating. Great Indy Punk music in the background, TV's with football games all around. Service: our server Rachel was very nice. Tip: several Trivia & Dart nights!

Needed a place to kill time before heading back to the airport (bags and all) We were able to sit at the bar and had the most lovely afternoon thanks to the bartender Austin! Ordered an eggplant schnitzel sando w/ potato salad and the insane grilled cheese. Everything was delicious. Tried some beers, cocktails, and was able to play games for hours until boarding our flight.

Awesome place! Our waiter was incredibly friendly and had awesome recommendations. I ordered the Oklahoma burger and it was so good. The fries were decent imo. Ambience inside is the classic brewery vibe. Prices were very fair, there's a huge parking lot, and the beer selection is impressive. Definitely a spot I'd come back to!

For those who like short reviews: The place was good, but somewhere that asks for $3 to add cheese on the burger rubs me the wrong way Burgers were good, fries were awesome, pretzels were okay. Cider seemed to be good as well. Beware of homeless in the area. For those who like something more in depth: I have mixed feelings about this place. The building itself was pretty nice, had a great vibe, I loved the lighting and the look of everything. It was a generally enjoyable place to be. They have a fair amount of dart boards for groups to play with. They have a lot of options food wise, I ended up getting their bewilder burger(double burger), which costed $3 to add cheese. If I had known that they'd try to get that out of me beforehand I probably would've just brought my own slice. It wasn't my favorite thing to see a double cheeseburger being rung up for $20 but i understand that bar food is usually a little more pricey. It was good, and the fries were awesome(I really do mean awesome, like I just had to keep eating them) but I would say that this isn't the place I'd go out of my way to get a burger. Secondly I got the pretzels, which ran me up for $11 for 3 of them. They were good, they had the kind of cheese with them that hardens up fast so you have to eat and dip the pretzels as fast as you can. But they were good Honestly this place is just....a bar. It's no shining star of Salt Lake but you can come here and get a few drinks with some good food. If your favorite local bar is full and you need somewhere else to go this wouldn't be a bad replacement. Rating 3.75/5

What a great find! bewilder Brewing has been on my "to try" list for awhile and I'm glad I finally came. The beer and drinks were great, food was great, atmosphere was great, service was great! Will definitely be back! We ordered the a side order of pretzels, the good burger and the chicken and garlic brat. We liked everything - although the fries were way overdone.

I love a good currywurst. This was quite good, but if you want it to be traditional German style, you should warm the curry ketchup and put it over the sausage, not the fries. Otherwise, delicious!

Wow what a hidden gem this place is!! I drive by it daily and didn't know it was here... they seriously need to make some new signs because this place was fantastic and people will keep driving by without a clue. Cool interior, nice patio, tons of parking..... real dart boards, TVs with the games on across the space. Food was great too! Had a few different beers , burgers and grilled cheese and fries this time... next time the German sampler for sure. We are coming back for trivia or bingo nights.

Great industrial themed brewery in Salt Lake!! Good beer and good people!! Accidentally ordered a large amount of pretzels, so move aware "shareables" menu lol

Split a flight. Plenty of choices.

Cute spot. Plenty of parking in their lot. Their burger was pretty good. I ordered without onions and decided to upcharge to pretzels for my side. It was a good choice! The inside is pretty large with lots of seating.

Ok!! The beer was great!! Man, Utah has some great local beer and the scene is awesome!! Brats were fire!! and schnitzel was good, a little over cooked. Probably sitting there for sometime. The burger wasn't great, patty was frozen not fresh!! Ordered it protein style without bun!! They could have wrapped it in lettuce. Overall I'm giving this place a 3 , they need to work on the menu a bit more and focus on quality!! Beer was a 5 all around!!

Came here a few weeks ago while visiting SLC. A friend of ours recommended this brewery so we made it our very 1st stop, which unfortunately started our trip on a negative note. Coming from Vegas where it's always hot, we're used to bringing Hydroflasks full of water with us to breweries to keep hydrated. We had no idea this wasn't allowed in Utah. Upon entering Bewilder, one of the beertenders rudely told us we could not have our Hydroflask. When we asked why, she rolled her eyes and said, "You need to go put it in your car, then you can come back in". We informed her that we Ubered from our hotel so we could not leave it in our car. She rolled her eyes again, grabbed our Hydroflask and put it behind the bar on the complete opposite end from where we were sitting. We were so confused. A second beertender came to take our order. Also rude. We asked her why we couldn't have our water and in an irritated tone said, "You have to drink the water we provide" and when we asked why yet again she sighed heavily and said, "what beers do you want"? We wanted to just leave, but we already spent money to Uber here so we each got a flight since we were already there. Unfortunately the beer was about as good as the service. It wasn't so bad that we felt we couldn't drink it, but it also wasn't anything special. All 8 beers we tried were just kinda meh. Such a shame that the beer was meh and the service horrific, because they do have a cool space. The space isn't enough for us to return though. We'll never be back and we do not recommend to any friends traveling to SLC. So many other breweries in town that have superior service and fantastic beers. PS: Thanks to Kiitos Brewing for kindly explaining to us the outside beverage laws and why our Hydroflasks weren't allowed. Glad they informed us since Bewilder was too busy being rude to tell us.

A sour beer (can't recall the name)

Stopped in during my last visit to Salt Lake City, I love sour beers and I kept seeing them advertise theirs on Instagram. I enjoyed my beer and brat, it was quite good. The interior is chill but has a lot of seating options which is nice, and some dart boards if that's your game. Overall I enjoyed the low key experience and would definitely go back.

We tried this brewery based on the recommendation of some locals. They don't seem to have any beers on tap, but they're still all served cold from a can or bottle. I believe it is something to do with Utah's archaic alcohol laws, where you cannot serve draft beer over 5% ABV. In any case, it doesn't matter here because they have so many beer options and pretty much everything we bought a taster of was delicious! It was so good, we ended up with a rather large bill because we bought several beers to take back home and show our friends. We will definitely be back with the rest of our friend group! I highly recommend the S'mores beer, Coffee Stout (they have several kinds and I can't remember the exact name, but it was one of their most popular ones and it tasted like a cold brew coffee), and the Pumpkin Porter.

Ordering was kind of confusing because you had to wait in line instead of just walking up to the bar. One of the bartenders quickly explained it to us so we got in line. The line moved very quickly. Once we ordered our first beers, we sat at the bar and our bartender then took the rest of our orders while seated there. It seemed like once you ordered and established your seats, you could get waited on at your table but you had to order through the line first. There were 3 or 4 bartenders covering the bar and all the various seating areas. Our bartender was very attentive and we never had empty glasses before she was asking if we wanted another round. There was one time where she got side tracked and there was a very slight delay in bringing the next round for my wife and she profusely apologized and comped that round, but we didn't even notice the delay, to be honest. All the beers were great and the handmade pretzel from a place down the street was delicious. The tasting notes on their menu were spot on for the 5 or 6 beers we tried. They have a lot of seating in the main area and large patio in the back that were both pretty crowded, which is why we sat at the bar. We later found out about their "barrel room" that is in the back behind all the brewing equipment. One of the bar backs said it was a more laidback and quiet area. We peaked back there before we left and had we known about it, we would have sat back there because it's exactly like how it was described. Even with the large crowd we had a great time and it never seemed crowded with the speed of service we got.

The german beers here are one of the best and phenomenal. I can't get enough. The IPA is here are solid as well. Great vibes has TV with sports and a lot of seating and outdoors as well. The only issue I have unfortunately at this visit was I was trying to grab a glass to take home with me. However, there was a huge line for people to get carded so the front desk guy wanted to card them in first. That was understandable as that created a huge line and backed up the front door. However, someone came behind me with cans so he let them pay first and by the time they finish paying, more people were coming in to get carded. He decided to card them instead of letting me purchase a glass . So at that time I had just left instead of waiting for the continuous cycle of getting carded I'm having to further wait. Hopefully when things are busy, they will have someone to help out carting people in. Otherwise fantastic brewery.
