Food was great, service was great I little noisy but all in all very thing was great will definitely come back

It is something of a crapshoot. I have had excellent food here, but mixed in are times that are very disappointing. 10 days ago we had great meals for everyone, and returning 2 days ago my Dallas Filet, ordered medium rare, came out well done (dry and over cooked) without even a touch of pink. The waitress was not to be found until I was almost done, so ordering another would only make me stuffed with more food and uncomfortable. The other meals were good, but mine was a disaster. The cook should be embarrassed to send that one out. They are usually pretty good here, but this happens just often enough that we do not go here very often anymore. read more

The fried pickles are always great appetizer. This visit was a little different because our server was barely present. No worries because there were plenty of other staff members eager to make our visit a great one. The crowd was light despite it being a Friday night. Service was great! Sat immediately. We started with side salads (house for hubby, Caesar for me) and both were fresh and large. Really enjoyed the light & crispy croutons. Went in on a Sat around 6pm and it was busy but the wait was not long. I got the ribeye and grilled shrimp with a fully loaded baked potato. Everything was delicious. We also tried the fried pickles and they were crispy not soggy, their Cajun sauce pairs very well with the pickles. Definitely recommend. read more

My Visit last night to the Logan UT branch was a great experience, my waitress Emily did an outstanding job and at the end of my meal took time to chat and interact with her customer. If you want microwaved food and flat cocktails, this is your place. We came in for a birthday dinner. Just me, my wife and my son. I ordered a tequila with soda water and lime. I got water and a dash of tequila. I chose not to complain at this point. When I finished my drink I ordered a beer which came out fantastic. I ordered prime rib and rice and a salad. The rice came out cold in the middle. I told my server and she brought out a piping hot glob of "rice". I questioned the manager on the food and he told me most of their sides are pre made and then microwaved. "Made from scratch sides"? I call BS. These are pre made, refrigerated and reheated (regurgitated) sides. If cafe rio can make rice to order why can't Texas Roadhouse? Their method is how you get food poisoning. I've been coming to Texas Roadhouse since their first location opened in Ogden. After multiple bad experiences in a row, I will never come back. They should be ashamed about their culinary practices. It's obvious they don't care about the food they serve you. 2 stars because our server was very nice. -1million stars for the poor excuse of a restaurant. Texas roadhouse food is solid. The rolls everyone knows are delicious. I like their salads, fresh and tasty and the chicken critters are very good. I don't eat a lot of steak and they are known for that. It's also very reasonably priced compared to many good restaurants. Recently got 3 entrees w sides and extra rolls for about $50. read more

I do love a good TXRH! We went on a wednesday night and I signed in online just in case the wait was long. We got right in and it was great! I love the BBQ Chicken, mashed potatoes, house salad, ribs, loaded baked potatoes, or sweet potatoes are also a great option! The rolls are 5/5 by themselves! The last two times we went there our steaks were way over cooked. We were a group of six. Of course they got us new steaks but by the time they brought them to us everyone in our group was through eating and getting ready to go. Needless to say it was very unsatisfying. read more

Hi. I don't like giving bad reviews unless I feel like it's justified and also in hopes that it doesn't happen to someone else. We came to try them out yesterday as a takeout order. The young lady taking our order seemed to understand what we were saying when we put in our order. But after getting home, opening the food boxes, we saw she didn't understand. We ordered: - 2 Smokehouse burgers that came with bbq sauce, sautéed mushrooms. One with fries and one with a house salad that she said would be a basic with nothing extra. - Herb chicken with corn and sweet potato. What we got: - 2 cheeseburgers, with patty's that were burned, dry and flavorless. No ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce... or anything to make this easier to swallow. Soggy fries and a salad with crumpled egg ‍ - herb chicken that was inedible. The only good thing in this whole meal was the sweet potato. Everything was OVERLY salty, dry and nothing we finished eating. It went straight into the garbage. What a waste of $30+ dollars. We want a refund. read more

I am completely baffled that this establishment is still in business. The workers they have all seem very young and immature. The girls don't have their hair up and it makes me feel uncomfortable and that my food will have hair in it. I also overheard some servers talking about very inappropriate and explicit subjects. Our server seemed like a robot? every response was very calculated and rehearsed which we thought was weird and made it kind of an uncomfortable dining experience. I usually love texas roadhouse but the server paired with the line dancing... they were almost touching our table they were so close, it was hard to have a conversation and enjoy our food. SAW A MOUSE. We had just been seated around the middle of the day on a weekend, there weren't many people there. Apparently it was calm enough for a mouse to feel brave enough to scurry from the underside of one booth to another. We told the waiter when he came back to take our order, then throughout our entire meal (why did we stay there to eat?!?) we saw about a staff member per minute walking past our table trying to covertly spot this mouse. The whole staff must have been on alert or something. I'm going to have to say I don't recommend this place - where there is 1 mouse, there are 100 mice, and 10,000 little mice droppings. Cane here last night with my wife's family, and even though im not from the area, i doubt I'd ever come back. The food was okay. Service could have been better, our waiter didn't know about the items on the menu. There was also another server at the table next to us who was extremely unprofessional. She had on a black and white plaid shirt jacket over her unform. Im glad she wasn't serving us because she seemed pretty pissy. Also, the lady who wasn't our waiter, but brought out food, she ended up handing out the wrong food to the wrong people. Of all the big name places like this I can say that Texas Roadhouse is my favorite and this location in particular fuels that fire. Don't let the "chain" look fool you, the Logan, Utah Texas Roadhouse is locally owned and operated and does a lot to support our community. Our food is always awesome and the services is some of the best you will find. As a steak lover I find it hard to pass up a great sirloin or ribeye but sometimes I have to go with their pork chop because it is so dang good. Ribs, pulled pork, the bone in ribeye, amazing Caesar salad, loaded baked or mashed potato, sweet potatoes, rattle snake bites and chicken critters are all on my favorites list. read more

We have been here once or twice. Tonight we went and had a wonderful meal. The food was excellent and they give you HUGE portions. We literally had to bring home the main menu items because the rolls and appetizers filled us up. Boy am I gonna have an excellent lunch tomorrow. Never again! First I will say that the young lady who waited on all 13 of us was spectacular. Zero issues or concerns with the stellar service we received. I ordered Prime Rib, Medium Rare. What I got was not medium rare. Dry, dried out terrible tasting crust. Like they smoked it with a tire. Baked Potato was baked to death. Dried out completely through even with butter and sour cream. Inedible. Fried Pickles we're extremely over salted. Blooming Onion was dripping grease. This is the results of a cook not knowing their job and the oil/grease being far under temperature. The music was so extremely loud there was no possibility of carrying on a conversation. Ive eaten at other Texas Roadhouse locations across the country. I've not been at a Texas Roadhouse for several years. While driving by, the smell of steak on a flame drew me in! The restaurant was very busy but we were seated immediately. Our server (Shane) arrived in short order and a friendly discussion took place in regards to menu items. After browsing the menu and making a tough discussion, we were finally ready to order. Once the order was placed, drinks arrived and it was time to enjoy the can of whole peanuts on our table. I watched all the staff, who kept very busy with the crowd. The restaurant was close to full but to my surprise, our food arrived within short order. It was prepared exactly as ordered. Our server Shane kept the our pop glasses full and they never got near empty before he brought a refill. I had the 8oz Sirloin and Shrimp which was not too bad! My sides were well prepared and my spouse totally loved her Grilled Chicken BBQ and Sirloin combo, too. A super family friendly atmosphere and it was well staffed. Kudos to the management and staff for a job well done. By the time we left, there were folks standing at the front door waiting for a table. That speaks loudly about this restaurant. Special thanks to Shane for being so professional and nice and for doing a fantastic job. Working in a restaurant as a server (especially a busy restaurant) is not an easy job. Ok so I've been to this place 4 times after visiting the college with no problems but tonight will be the last .First was when we sat down to eat they gave us plates that Literally had wet food stuck on them. (yuck) Then to order a beer I'm in my 50s was ask to see license (I get it to ask younger people but Common sense goes a long way) plus to scan it that's not happening.Then Appetizers come 25 min while my dinner comes 5 min after.So while I was eating a piece of steak I bit down on it only to have what look like a piece of a plastic fork get stuck into my gum of my teeth.(we had no plastic of any kind anywhere on our table.So I told Waiter and he went and told the manager and came back and said the manager will Reduce the price of our meal ,so I said Ok .When we got are bill it only had $5 off (are you kidding me) Mine should of been free .Just plain garbage service and food . read more

UPDATE again.... I don't understand why every time I give this place a chance, i'm always treated with shit customer service. The hostess "Brooklyn" was just absolutely rude. We had called 1 minute before we even walked in, and when we got in, she asked us if we called in advance, I said "yes" and she gave me a disgusted look, and looked to my boyfriend for the answer. Also, the whole time she was there, 2 other hostess were right next to her talking to her. It's so unprofessional here that it's uncomfortable to even walk in and be served. The music gets extremely loud to the point where I can't even have a conversation with anyone or let alone talk to the waiters, and again I got dirty dishes for the bread. The food is also terrible. I never got my 2 sides (I only received one), my chicken strips were too soft and too soggy, and my boyfriends hamburger would not stop falling apart. It was incredibly soggy too. I truly tried to give this place a chance because of how good it was before, but it's absolutely terrible. Our server was also terribly awkward and quiet, but I didn't want to be rude and continuously ask them to repeat themselves. Drove 8 hours from CO to Logan. Ordered 16 oz ribeye to go. Found a new york strip in my to go box after drive back to hotel. And it is well done. Who eats the steak well done? Service was great, but, essentially I'm here to eat. Sorry for the three stars. read more

The online waitlist is a joke to begin. Didn't allow me to request dinner time. Call direct only to get the hostess who was unfriendly and literally cut me off the phone. I watched a family, parents and three kids not wearing mask. I followed them into restaurant and was mind blown, asked the same hostess probably why that family was seated without a mask. Was told it's not mandatory requirement. Okay, I read on their website didn't see this and did see that all staff both wear mask and gloves. I didn't see any gloves, no social distancing and seated with other diners. We ended up with a corner table. Be careful because obviously this is not acceptable.
