Making it really hard to set comfortable and eat when you're packed at a table like a can of sardines. Made a reservation for 10 but not all showed up so I told them we only had 6 coming, I wont do that again. I will keep the reservation 10 so we have elbow room to eat. 6 people 150 pounds each would have been ok but when 4-5 are 250 + way to tight. read more

It's Chili's. I've been to Chili's in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and now Utah. I applaud the company for maintaining a consistent presence in the restaurant market. Staff varies with personalities but overall they provide good service and the food is always good. Even when it's busy it's sort of quiet here. As they came in; asked for phone numbers as they weren't on the list and told 45 min then taken back in 5 min. Parties of 8,6,5,4,2,2,6,8. We are a party of 5. I checked again and told the table they were waiting for our size wasn't open. We all explaining we waited and counted the sizes they just took ahead without calling ahead. My son and I are regulars that drive 40 minutes to come here. Family out of town for a funeral. Couldn't have 6 people for a correct table according to them. My grandpa died! Nice one chilis and hostess. She was awful. Did not apologize or look at us at all after it happen. Nor did management come see us. Just had the waitress deal with us. After a long day of traveling... I got into town about 30 minutes prior to closing. I was starving and just need something to eat. Not knowing much about the options in the area, Chili's just made sense. We ordered the Chicken Quesadilla and the Chicken Strips meal... both plates were solid. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted pretty good. Our waitress was amazing. Her service was on point. She greeted us with a smile and was very welcoming even though they were getting ready to close. SShe made ssure to keep our drinks topped off and she checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The decor is exactly what you would expect from Chili's and the place was Immaculate. We had a pleasant experience and made it home, content, with full belly's. Overall I would return. FAST Food: salty, salty, salty. Everything we got was salty. We had the trio platter, ribs, sausage, crisps, fries & corn. Everything is lathered in salt. Wow! My family and I had a perfect Friday's dinner at this Chili's location. I believe our waitress name was Natalie, she was wonderful, in fact, she was one of the best waitress I've ever had in my LIFE! She greeted us with a smile and was extremely nice to my kiddos. She took our order for drinks and immediately brought them to the table, same with the appetizer. She was checking on us constantly, cleaning the unused plates from the table, and refilling our soda glasses when we asked. The food came only 10 minutes after ordering. My chicken sandwich, the one they are promoting this month is very good and huge. I thought is was going to be smaller than the Chicky Chicky Bleu Sandwich that I absolutely LOVE. Quiet opposite, the chicken piece was bigger, and came with lettuce, tomato and a special sauce. I could barely finish it. If I have to choose one of the two, I will probably stick to the Chicky Chicky Bleu Sandwich because I love the avocado, bacon and blue cheese in it. What can I say about this chain restaurant that people don't know already? It is your typical chili's, but if you've never been here or haven't come here for a while there is a machine on the table that you use to pay with. Make sure that is the only thing you're using it for. If you start playing games on it that's an additional $2 charge. There won't be any warning or anything except when you click on it it will automatically add it on your bill. The waitress or hostess doesn't even warn you about it. The food here will be the same as all the other chili's. I ordered chicken and beef fajitas and added guac for extra. The fajitas was good. The plate does come out piping hot. The service here is very mediocre. When you asked for something do expect a good 10 mins for it. I think there is a scavenger for those things. My utensil set (the thing in a paper bag) didn't have a fork, I had to wait 10 mins for it. Asked for a spoon, wait another 10 mins, and apparently they don't have a normal spoon, only those long tiny dessert spoon. Come on chili's! You earn so much money and couldn't afford normal spoons? Soggy wings and there was some kind of whitish pinkish sauce on them as if someone had spilled ranch and it got mixed up with the buffalo sauce maybe? This Chili's always seems to be packed with people; however, our wait was only about 2 minutes. We were seated right by the kitchen, where all of the hustle and bustle was happening. The waitress did get to us in a timely fashion and we were offered drinks and menus right away. They updated their restaurant with these computer/tablet things on every table. Allowing you to pay for games to play while you wait, and even pay for your meal--eliminating a paper check. The only downside is that it took up much of our small table, making it look congested and I had no room to put my napkin down once my food came out! My friend and I like to go especially when we receive an email offering us a free appetizer or dessert with the purchase of an entree (just be sure to go when it doesn't expire the day before--they didn't cut us one bit of slack with that one...).
