She was friendly and attentive in answering our questions and taking our order. Lots of choices for pizzas, pasta, hot sandwiches, salads and calzones. We started with the Focaccia Bread at Klaire's suggestion and it was delicious. It's baked with garlic butter and cheese and is so savory. It comes with a garlic alfredo sauce and a garlic tomato sauce for dipping and it elevates the bread even more. For my meal I had the Cordon Bleu Pasta and it was so good! The perfect baked combination of chicken, ham, bacon and mushrooms in an Alfredo sauce with Swiss Cheese. I can see why it's so popular. It also came with a salad, all for $11.75 which is a great deal. The restaurant is decorated in sports memorabilia which seemed to be local sports. I highly recommend the focaccia bread and chicken cordon blue. When I order the focaccia bread, I always get double Alfredo sauce for dipping and no marinara. I usually don't like Alfredo sauce and prefer marinara, but Firehouse Pizza has the best Alfredo sauce. Do yourself a favor and order a full order of focaccia bread. You won't regret it. Used to be a favorite but things have changed. We usually order take-out and in the past has been very good. However, the past few years the quality has really dropped. Case in point, tonight (8/23/25)., ordered for take out roasted chicken pasta, small pizza, 1/2 order of focaccia bread and 1/2 order of salad. Never received the salad or dressing. I went to firehouse and ordered lunch from online pick up. When I arrived - I naturally looked at my order to make sure it is correct, due to previous orders not being correct. I refused one part of the order because it was burnt and looked like it was just thrown into the Styrofoam container. The other part of the order. I said it looks burnt, but I took it home for my husband's lunch and I said as I left it better not be burnt! Or I will never do order pick up again, as I walked out. They did express that this is the way it is cook on the burner. So I take meal home hoping at least my my husband will have a good lunch. Below is a picture of what the sandwich looked like after my husband attempted to eat it. It was the Philly steak sandwich. My husband said it was full on onions and peppers and maybe 2 bites of meat, along with it being dry and burnt. So naturally I did a review on it on Google, and after a process of trying to find business on FB to leave a post there. I find they chose not to let people post on site. So I sent message and yes I got prompt reply and they refunded the meal to us. Then they asked me to delete my review. I did not respond until much later that night AFTER I got a text from another person in relation to the review. Then I responded NO I would not remove my review. Retaliation because of a review came from this business and that just doesn't sit well in my book of ethics. So Below is a picture of the food my husband got after he attempted to ear it. I gave 2 star on other review but now I have to do 1 star because of the lack of professionalism of Retaliation in regards to poor food quality. Stopped here on our way to go snowmobiling. This area didn't have much outside of fast food restaurants so we decided to check this place out. We were genuinely impressed! I ordered their shrimp salad, which came with garlic bread and their amazing dipping sauces. Everyone in my family also enjoyed their food very much. It tasted pretty good; lots of veggies & chicken; needed more salt. Be sure to grab napkins on your way out because when they hand you the pizza for takeout they don't include napkins. The place seemed alive and busy and judging from all of the posters and pictures is very centered on being a part of the local community and culture. All in all, would I go back again? 5 stars from me is saying something. I am a pretty negative person in general and a total foodie and very critical when I go out to eat. So let's talk about firehouse! When you go there (not if) it's going to ruin you. You'll never want cheese breadsticks anywhere else, the way they make the pizza is different than any place in northern Utah and we have been to them all. Their jalapeños are fresh on their pizza vs pickled, the devil is in the details, their sauces are all unique and hand made. They've got an Alfredo that once you have, it'll be hard to want Alfredo anywhere else and they'll quickly over take your go to for pizza cravings and also pasta cravings. They have unique fusion pizzas that we were skeptical about, like their brisket one, absolutely wonderful, the care put into the menu and each individual ingredient is something you don't see as much nowadays. LET ALONE AT THEIR PRICE POINT. Seldom are my reviews gratuitous like this one; but I couldn't find anything negative there at all. The value for the price makes you feel like you came out ahead, the taste and quality in the ingredients also does. You must have the cheesy breadsticks. You must have the Alfredo sauce, you must have the pizza. The owners of the restaurant were there, there's 3 generations of family working to ensure you're happy and they're such humble and kind people. I've ordered out from here a few times now but last week was my first time eating inside. I got the 10 inch Montana, with the gluten free crust. My husband got the medium Cajun Chicken pizza, which I've had before as well. We both love the pizza, and even he loves eating the cheese bread on the Gluten free crust.
