I've just left Pizza Hut and I really wanted to take a minute to shoutout the service. I wish I got his name, but he was working 05/06/25 at 3pm, going with brown hair and blue eyes---he was incredibly friendly and kind, and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. The pizza was fresh out of the oven, with crispy, buttery bottoms, and perfectly cheesy tops. The store was very clean and so were the bathrooms. read more

This Pizza Hut has great options for pizza and pasta. I feel like too many people complain about food they were too lazy to make themselves...this Pizza Hut has never screwed up my orders, and it's handy to order online and pick it up through the drive through. I try and base my reviews off of several experiences because we're human and everyone has an off day every once in a while. I love the pizza; the pasta and other things aren't my game so I'm not going to rate them for that. The staff is friendly and the pizza only takes about 15-20 min from ordering to taking it home to eat; unless it's a busy Friday or Saturday night, then you'll need to plan ahead and order earlier. read more

This place has the usual Pizza Hut menu I order delivery and I think salads they delivered were not great as they were delivered in pie tins and not very appealing especially if you want to refrigerate them for later.the pizza and chicken is always great here tho. I did have points that I wasn't able to use for the free breadsticks because they were out of bread sticks and choices for other items were limited for my last few orders like they were out of most sodas and only had 2choices available for chicken. They no longer offer that Parmesan salty hut seasoning on the crust either but I don't mind making it at home. I'm guessing Supply chain issues are affecting them as most area fast food places have had to limit their menus. Delivery is always fast and friendly, pizza is great and this place is a my favorite area pizza delivery place. read more

It was very average. They just remodeled so the place itself is nice and new however, I came in to get what they advertise a lot which is their $7 lunch deal and they did not have salad, excuse being there is an "epidemic" going around (which I haven't heard of). They are also very unorganized you can feel the atmosphere of the employees not being the most professional. read more

If you like quality customer service, do not even consider the Brigham City Pizza Hut. They routinely would mess up orders and take an abnormally long time. They fix the issues with a simple "sorry". The last time they delivered the forgot all of the wings and told us they would deliver them on the next run or give us a refund... not even a sorry on that go around. Give your service to the nearby Firehouse Pizza, good customer service and amazing pizza. read more

How many rejects doe's it take to make 2 pizzas, Ordered 2 pizzas and couldn't even get them right. Tried to use their online order-site rejected then, tried to order off the deals menu and they don't honor them. Now I can see why I only go 1 every 6 mths. At least McDonald's tries!! I ordered a pizza at 5:15 PM to be delivered at 6:45 PM. At 7:10 I called to find where the pizza was and was informed it is on its way. At 7:25 I called to ask again because no pizza arrived. At 7:35, we finally got our pizza that was over cooked. Ugh. After 20 minutes, another pizza deliver arrived, which I informed the confused driver that we got the pizza. Who is running the place? Wake up and manage properly. This was Brigham City Pizza Hut. We use to love Pizza Hut but not trying this again! read more

We ordered delivery twice in about 2.5 weeks. I always order extra sauce on my pizza. The first order was just before Christmas so when our pizzas arrived with very little if any sauce I gave them a pass trying to consider they may have been busy and overlooked the extra sauce part. Fast forward to 12/26, my daughter pregnant and craving pizza ordered again. Same order with extra sauce on my pizza. Again! 3 medium pizzas all with no sauce or very little. I called to find out what is going on and got passed around to people who couldn't help and then put on hold for a long time. I eventually hung up and no one even bothered to call back! I realize in the grand scheme of things losing our business is not a big deal to the company. But, considering a portion of our monthly budget has went to pizza delivery I won't be wasting it on Pizza Hut ever again. read more

I went to Pizza Hut in Brigham City Utah tonight to indulge myself with their "Two medium pizza's any way you like for $6.99 each" deal, which is advertised on their marquee. I ordered 1 Canadian Bacon and 1 Combination Pizza(s). I paid $1 for extra cheese, and $1 for extra Canadian Bacon. The combination pizza was left unaltered. I got home and opened the boxes. BOTH pizza's were no more than 1/4 inch thick overall! The size and taste were comparable to a thrifty Tony's or Totino's pizza, from the freezer at the local supermarket. Old school "sit down" pizza hut, we have lost to many of these pizza huts and there are AWESOME. This one has a great jukebox with tons of music to choose from, good pizza at fair prices and friendly staff, fun place to bring the family on a Saturday night. I really hope this sit down pizza hut lasts for a lot longer for my family to enjoy it for years to come. read more

I was excited to see the remodel and hoped the new digs would improve the pizza and service. Place is new but the pizza is sloppy, and undercooked. Everything is greasy, tables, silverware, salt & pepper shakers. Worse yet, is you can watch them make the pizza and the toppings rack is a mess. Been there three times now and thought the first two times were due to training issues but the third time was disgusting. read more
