Last week I called and ordered 20 pizzas for a family party. The person who took the order was polite and helpful. Ordering was simple and on the day of the party, my pizzas were hot and ready to go. I would like to get a hot and ready pizza without a ten minute wait just once. I do not know if it is management with a policy not to have them ready to prevent waste or if it is the staff, but I have been here multiple times and never gotten a hot and ready pizza without a long wait. I guess the only way for this to change is to stop eating here. If you are going to advertise hot and ready pizza it should be HOT AND READY. Looking at the reviews here on Yelp and on Facebook it is clear I am not the only one with this problem. Man was an absolute DICK! I am not from Utah, I am from California and I was here for my daughters softball tournament. I was just trying to get my family dinner after a long day at the ball field and this man HARASSED ME at the window of the drive through while I was just trying to get my dinner. It was after 8 and I guess the inside of the restaurant is closed and you can only get your food through the drive-thru which I didn't not know since I do NOT live here and I accidentally went to the front at first and then realize that only the drive-thru was open, then this man harasses me at the window once I pull through and tells me and I quote "I guess I'll need to make the sign in front bigger, since you can't read or see that the inside is closed." I WAS APPALLED. I then explained that I am from California, and I did not know since I do not live here and he continued to harass and make fun of me. He told me I did not know how to read and didn't know how to use my own eyes. I sure hope this man gets FIRED, because that is no way to treat a paying customer. I can't give This Little Caesars a bad review but I will give their cooperate sponsors one. You have set your franchise up for failure. The Hot and ready was genius but in order for it to work it has to be simple. You've added to many pizzas to your hot and ready menu. Have them but make people order them in advance. I understand with cost changes you need pizzas that are more profitable so raise your classic 5 dollar hot and ready pepperoni to 6 bucks. People do come because of price but the main ingredient in your recent years is time. People will pay for time. read more

I have yet to get a hot and ready Pizza between 4 and 8 pm that is actually ready. Everytime I come its a 10 to 14 min wait. Currently sitting in the parking lot now waiting on them. If I didn't like the pizza as much I would have left BUT I guess it keeps me from eating here too much. I can get a pizza at Dominoes faster. If it only happened once in a while I would understand but I seriously dont think they make them till you order them. I ordered an online pizza and have had issues in the past with getting my order correct. It's a hit or miss each time. This time, I ordered a classic pepperoni and when I picked it up, the crust looked off. I thought they had messed up and accidentally gave me a thin crust. When my husband and I started eating it, we realized the crust was doughy and not all the way cooked. We couldn't finish the pizza. However, after taking a survey and explaining, the manager of the store personally reached out and gave us a few complimentary things and told me that he'd be going over my complaints in an upcoming training meeting. I don't know what the reason was I called in my order, was told when it would be ready for pickup AND waited in line for over 40 minutes!!! I mean really~~~ pizza was anything but hot!!!
