Went here today really wanting KFC. We are from out of town. Ordered a 4 piece. They never asked what type of four piece we wanted so we asked for original recipe. So we got up to the window and paid for it, and asked where is our drink? And they said oh, I forgot to tell you that our CO2 machine is not working. Really? We said so can we get a discount? And they took two dollars off. We got home and they put no honey or butter for the biscuit. We definitely do not recommend this place. read more

We stopped here after Peach days. About 15-20 minutes prior to them closing. Should have went to the Wendy's down the street that was crowded. Nobody at KFC. There's your sign. WORST PLACE EVER. All they wanted to was close. They served my drink without a lid..... in the drive thru. All he could say after spilling it all over my son was "my bad". Yeah. Just don't. Whoever is running the place has no idea how to run the place, or how to take care of disgruntled customers after being served poorly cooked chicken that they knew about. After waiting 40 minutes for a mobile pickup, we went to the drive thru window because the doors were locked and no one would answer. Likewise, after waiting at drive thru order menu we asked for help three times & finally when I said I just have a mobile pick-up they decided to answer. They said they were short staffed and our pickup which said it was ready 20 minutes ago would not be ready for 40 more minutes. We asked for a refund and they said that we would need to do that ourselves by going through the app. The one star rating was not because you were short staffed, it was because of no communication. The doors were locked even when it was posted that mobile orders could come in. The employees were constantly avoiding people at the door and it took four times asking for help at the drive thru for them to acknowledge me. Very poor customer service for this location KFC. In our 40 minutes of waiting I did not see one order come out. read more

I don't understand how KFC in Brigham City could still be in business. The food is as expected. But you will be tested to see if you can wait long enough to get it. I rarely rate chain restaurants, but feel strongly about this visit. The men's bathroom was completely filthy, but what was worse was the visible areas behind the counter. I really question how our food could be safe looking at their work area. I took pictures, but for some reason, they are not uploading to Yelp. Our order arrived quickly. However, 2 other customers had requested a refund after waiting too long for their orders. Our food was OK, but didn't taste as good as usual. Lastly, although the staff were perfectly professional when waiting on us, they could be heard in the back talking about inappropriate subjects in a terribly juvenile manner. This is very dirty. I honestly dont know why I came back. There was a stain on the floor from a soda that was still there 10 days later. They dont seem to have enough staff either. The quaility has improved! The cleanliness is immaculate. The staff is really friendly we called an hour ahead and we had a tour bus of 45 people (kids from out of the country) they had set everything up and ready for us they were very welcoming! I hate to even give this establishment one star. The Brigham City KFC is an embarrassment to all KFCs. I have had some great KFC and used to really love it, but I will never go to any KFC's again because of the store in Brigham City. Because there are so few restaurants in the area, I always resort to going here and every, single time I am angry. But yesterday was the last time I will ever go this chain ever again. Usually they tell me they don't have any chicken and I will have to wait 25 minutes for some chicken. I have been to stores like Smith's or Kent's and they will tell you they can have hot chicken for you in about 10 minutes. Their staff is totally oblivious to what is happening in their store. Often they take your order and then tell you 10 minutes later that they don't have chicken. Yesterday, I actually did get chicken(shocking), but when I got home the biscuits were so stale I am sure they were cooked last week some time. The chicken was so dry that I couldn't swallow it. The potatoes tasted a little sour. I am not sure who the owner of this establishment is or who the manager is, but they might as well close this franchise. It is a total embarrassment to a brand that used to have a lot of pride in what they do. read more

Worst KFC I've ever been to.. we walked in and the cashier greeted us with a terrible attitude.. when we ordered our food, we couldn't find a spot to sit because every single chair and table was filthy! YOU ARE GETTING SCAMMED! Last summer they reopened KFC as new and gave the first 50 ppl in there door free chicken for a year. Which they advertised. Well I was one of them. Well actually it was a $5 fill up box once a week for a year still pretty good deal. But upon getting the deal they raised their prices on all but 3 of their $5 fill up boxes YES they charge you more for the $5 fill up boxes! Everyone is getting SCAMMED! So I can not just go through the drive through I have to get out of my car and order with the website in hand to show them that KFC.com still has all them listed as $5 fill ups. I get it that they are franchised out and they can set prices but this is not Las Vegas or lagoon. They are good at matching the prices once you show them but what a headache. Then they usually get the order wrong and often times they are out of chicken! And you got to Wait 20 mins. WTF I've never went to McDonald's and they've been out of Big Macs who runs out of their primary source of what they sell? And sometimes it is undercook and pink. Admittedly, this location used to be terrible. In February, we had a 1-star experience, and we let them know about everything that was wrong. They responded and told us they were under new management and planned to work on it. I didn't think they were serious, but over the next few months they remodeled the outside and almost all of the inside and eliminated the Taco Bell part of the menu. Last week, we cautiously decided to give them another chance and the experience was excellent! Food was hot, service was very fast, the bathrooms were clean, and the lobby has been brought into the 21st century. It's the epitome of an extreme makeover and we will be back. read more

This was the most disgusting KFC I've have ever eating at! I ordered the chicken bowl meal with one Taco Bell regular taco on the side. When I went back home to Riverside, CA that night I started throwing up reddish colored oil. I don't know if it was from the taco or from the chicken. Very nasty, never again!! Ordered a tender meal and a xl soda she gave us a large soda and then the soda machine wasn't working no ice and soda was flat, got our order went home and it was 10 peaces of chicken not 12 like i ordered and the mac and cheese was so nasty and the mash potato's was 1/3 empty. So I walk in on a Thursday at 4 PM and it takes three minutes for anyone to acknowledge me standing at the counter ready to order when someone does it knowledge me they are surprised. Then I order my food the young lady at the counter repeats back my order and I check out and then the process starts. As my food is being prepared I see three or four vehicles go in and out of the drive-through getting their large orders and leaving and I'm still waiting although the young lady at the counter is standing there not doing anything while everybody else is working with no other customers inside the restaurant. Finally my order is ready I get my order check my receipt and leave the store by the time I entered and exited for a couple of tacos and a burrito it takes 14 1/2 minutes. This by far is the longest time I've ever been inside of this Kentucky fried chicken/Taco Bell. I don't know the reasoning for this I sure hope that they get their "A" game back. If they don't most definitely go to the drive-through if you're wanting to get a hot fresh meal quickly and head home. The reason for a two star instead of a one is due to the waitress at the counter that smiled and was friendly when she finally got there. read more

I was unimpressed with the customer service! The bathrooms were dirty. The soda machine was broken. Our food came and the chicken tenders we ordered were very small, some broken pieces counted as full tenders. The way the staff stacked our tray caused the gravy to fall to the floor and spill. The staff watched as my 14 year old daughter cleaned it up with napkins not once offering to help. If o was the owner I would be embarrassed by this staff!!! read more

My Husband loves KFC and so I try and order him some chicken once a month or so ...Notice the word TRY they are out of chicken and it will be 14 to 20 Minute wait that is at 4:00 pm and I have went at Dinner time and they are out of Chicken. My son went there and they told him the person that made the chicken did not come in ??? Who ever owns this KFC must not live around Brigham City or they don't care about there business every time I go to KFC I have to wait or leave because no Chicken....I have gone to Logan several times and not once have they said any of these things. Every time I go home and complain what a pain it is to get my husband his Chicken my husband said to write and complain. So as I am looking at the complaints I am not the only one I know my son will never go to KFC because of the service... you want to support our local businesses but it is hard when they are so bad!
