Elements is probably a better meal choice for the $30-40/person base range of their menu offerings-- and will obviously push higher with alcohol service. (The $15 Empress gin and Chambord Bartender's Roulette cocktail we ordered was pretty well prepared.) Perhaps even better a destination when the elements of weather suit sitting outside near the river overlook -- would help make up for zero table bread service offered; very odd for a "near fine dining" restaurant and menu.
