That was completely inappropriate and raised serious concerns about how our table was being handled. At that point, we asked to speak with a manager. The manager was quick to remove the uneaten meals from our bill, which we appreciated, but there was no genuine apology or real acknowledgment of how poor the overall experience had been. Mistakes happen, and we understand that restaurants can have difficult or busy nights. But this went well beyond a single mistake. Between the forgotten requests, cold and dry food, incorrect check, and lack of a sincere response from management, we left extremely disappointed and unlikely to return.
