It needed about another 5-8 minutes in the oven to finish it and firm up the base. Sauce was a bit bland and a bit sweet, might need a bit of garlic salt, oregano and maybe some thing to push it into the more tomato acidic profile. Once finished in the oven, and a bit of parm and red flakes it was good but not great in our opinion. If you are looking strong flavor profiles, New York/New Haven style pies...
