Worst experience with this place ever. I ordered two pizza's, one of them wasn't even sliced the other one didn't have cheese or pepperoni on most of the pizza. We also ordered 2 cheese bread with 2 sauces. The sauces weren't included. It was also cold when we got it. This is pathetic and sad. Won't be going here anymore. read more

Normally this place is good, but tonight, it was meh. The crazy bread was amazing, but the Italian cheese bread was cold and hard. It said it was a new make, but I highly doubt it. I appreciate honesty. Probably go again because it's the closest location to my house. I just hope they do better next time. read more

Waited for 30 minutes to get a pepperoni pizza and some crazy bread. 20 mins I to my wait, a customer went up, ordered a pizza with crazy bread and got it right then. Super unorganized. The staff in the back was messing around the whole time I was waiting, hardly even working. I saw one of them throwing dough at a co worker and a guy itching his head then touching food. Super gross. I'm pretty sure if food inspectors were there more often, this place would be shut down or Little Caesar's would need to hire competent people. Sucks that this is the only one in logan read more

The reviews say enough about this location. I waited 20 minutes in line with only two cars in front of me. The line started getting so bad that cars behind me started honking. When I finally made it up to the window, they said it would be another 10 minute wait for any pizza. Very poorly managed. They should have had someone go up the line in drive thru and notify the cars. Highly do not recommend this location. Unfortunately there's only one other in the valley. read more

I had a truckload of teenagers to feed (no really, an entire massive van full of them) and these guys were nearby and got me copious amounts of pizza, and fast. I called ahead to make sure they'd be ready, and so they put them in special. I know sometimes with that whole "Hot N' Ready" thing they may sit in the warmer for a while, but for me, it was piping hot and ready out of the oven after I waited for just a few minutes. They teenagers were satisfied, happy, full of food, and ready to get back to adventuring. That's a win, in my book. Is it the best pizza? Not by a longshot. But it's utility pizza. It fills the lunch void. Note that the location here is actually more like 1430 N 140 E. There's a massive strip mall/shopping complex here, and this is one of the buildings. It's not part of the main strip, but located along the road near 1430 N on the north side of the street (the south end of the parking lot). For bonus, it does offer a drive-thru, which most of the locations around me in the Salt Lake Valley don't have, so that's a bonus. There's plenty of parking to the east of the building--all around really. Logan is just starting to blossom with some amazing eats and ethnic flavors, so unless you've got a boat, truck, bus, or van full of teens I'm not sure I'd say you should stop here first. But if you do have a barge, ski lift, shipping container, or stadium full of hungry teen mouths, you'll get lots of bang for your pizza buck. read more

Get to the window to catch her hiding the sauces I wanted behind some napkins didn't say anything because I was so confused why she would lie about that. Used to love little Caesars. The last 4-5 times we've been it's been nothing but a disappointment. Either they don't have anything hot and ready, or if they do it's very under cooked and doughy. Haven't had a good experience here in over a year and it's sad. read more

Listen, I love Little Caesar's and my family comes here a lot, but this location specifically has been going down hill and this night made me realize that the owners/upper management may need to have a retraining with some employees. This was on May 6th for the 7-8pm shift. I ordered my food for pick-up through the app to make sure it would be ready when we were headed back home after running some errands. I get the notification from the app that my order is ready. When I get into the store I realize my order is not ready and that they just manually got my food from the portal and handed my order to the person in front of me because they thought it was their order, when that person was actually above mine in the portal. I ask about it and they tell me my order will be ready in another 10 minutes now. In that time frame, I watched them mess up on 4/6 customer orders that came in during that duration. The employees were also screaming and making loud obnoxious noises back and forth to each other and not being professional. Longer than 10 minutes go by and I ask them again when they think my order will be ready. They quickly hurry and grabbed the rest of the items I was waiting on and handed me my order. There was no compensation or remorse on their end for mine or any of their customers faulty orders. Except for one person who the employee was friends with who was handed a couple extra free items. I just would like to see this location do better and take care of their customers in a more professional and organized style again. read more

We got in line I was 4th in line my whole experience took 30 min and I waited for a crazy bread that I finally left behind. I called to ask for a refund for the crazy bread. They told me I could get a free one my next time. That makes no sense since I paid for it. So it's not free. Worst experience for a fast food joint. read more

Cheap. Fast. Tasty. This is the only pizza my grandkids will eat. The hot and ready pizzas are super handy and the price is right.

Very poor customer service! Waited in line patiently and when I got up to the register the lady refused service because I didn't have a mask on even though I had already been in the store for about 7 minutes without one. Then after explaining that due to health reasons I could not wear a mask the employee still refused to take my order. The last two times we have been to this location they have messed up our order (gave our hawaiian deep dish to a customer that just barely walked through the door after we had already waited 10+ minutes) causing us to wait 25-35 minutes. When our order was finally ready they give a cheap smile and a free crazy bread. read more

I stop in this location to buy pizzas for my employees several times a week. Unfortunately it is hit and miss as to if they will have any "Hot and ready" pizzas available. If your companies business model is based on a "Hot and ready" pizza being ready anytime between 4-8 PM then you should make sure that pizzas are available. It is frustrating to say the least when you have a limited amount of time to pick up food and there is a 15-20 minute wait. If I have to wait then I will go to one of the many other pizza places nearby. Get your act together!! read more

I drove up to order there was a car waiting at the window. The employee said they would be with me in a minute as I sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to get back to me and waiting for the car in front of me to get what they ordered, an employee walks out in front of the waiting car at the window with 4 bags of crazy bread gets in his car and leaves, obviously finished for the night but definitely should have been inside helping the coworker that couldn't do two things at once. Finally the car at the window gets their one pizza, then and only then was I asked what I wanted of course just a hot and ready is all. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes that doesn't sound hot and ready to me at all. I get that it was getting close to shutting down for the night but the owner of this joint is losing money if the young adults are closing early and not having pizza ready for those last minute drive ups, unless they are informing their staff not to have hot and ready, ready up until close for fear of losing money, but guess what you are anyway! read more
