The wings are very good. I like the BBQ, original hot and the Hawaiian one. The fries are ok and the Garlic Parmesan is nothing to get excited about. The Hawaiian chicken sandwich is very good. It also comes out very fast. Very impressed! read more

Like 12 people in the back all laughing and messing around. Took 30ish minutes to get our food and it was only us and one other person waiting. Fries were cold and soggy, almost raw. Wings were juicy, but the sauce was so thin and tasteless it felt like it was watered it down. It wouldn't stick to the wings so they had no flavor, but were sitting in a pool of tasteless watery sauce. Atmosphere was awkward, quiet, and customer service was non-existent. Way over priced completely shit wings. I never write reviews, especially not bad ones, but this was REALLY bad. We had super high hopes, but it was absolute trash. 0/10 read more

Currently waiting in the store and I am bored so I thought I'd leave a review. I ordered in store 55 minutes ago. Just a simple 6 wing meal ($15.11 with tax which I think is outrageous). They told me when ordering that it would be 18-20 minutes. It got decently busy and I get that it's a new store. My friend just said "I feel I'm being held hostage." The crew seems to be very young and I didn't see a crew member who looked like they were managing. While sitting next to the pick up window I have seen at least five people ask where their food is. (And they all got here after me). At this point I would rather just get a refund and go somewhere else! Until I hear they've figured something out I will not be coming back. No matter how good the food might be if I ever get it. Not posting this to be a jerk, just wanting to help. Update: after an an hour and a half we went up and asked and they didn't even have our order in the kitchen. Ended up just getting a refund at the cash register. I always try to avoid leaving bad reviews and try to get my issues resolved but all of the workers continually refused to help with out issues. My wings had several hairs on it and when I asked them about it, they said it was my fault. The workers the entire time were very angry and were very impatient with my group. Another one of our orders came with half the wings we ordered and when we asked where the other wings were they got very annoyed and refused to make the rest. It took multiple people to stand up for them to finally listen. Overall the employees were incredibly rude, impatient, and made the environment feel extremely unsafe. I Know it can be hard to have a big group come in, but you should NEVER get angry at your customers who only wanted to get what they paid for. read more

Horrible store and technology. Order a chicken sandwich meal and 20 wings with brownies. Got 20 wings and and a side order but paid 56 dollars. Customer Service this time was Great! Disappointment: I've given this wingstop a few tries. The first time I ordered here, I got a massive hair in my wings. Another time I ordered from here, I ordered the Garlic Parm wings among others and they didn't season those wings. And then Wingstop as a whole has soggy fries. The food tastes fine but they seem to find new ways to let you down. Wouldn't recommend. Buffalo Wild Wings might be a little more expensive, but the quality is much better. read more

This was the best Wingstop experience I've ever had. The Logan location did a great job at churning out hot delicious food. They were clearly very busy both in store and from online orders, we got our food quick, and it was so good. Their kitchen ran smoothly and efficiently, highly recommend as an alternative to BWWs. read more
