So I am a big KFC fan. However, this evening I ordered through the drive through and got a Nashville tenders combo and a regular tenders combo. Upon opening the box, both the fries and the tenders were old looking. I thought "well, that doesn't look very good they shouldn't have served it looking like that". But I proceeded yo eat it and yes, both were old. Dry, dark in color and overall non appetizing. I called the place and the girl who answered all but accused me of lying. She said she's the one who does the chicken and if anything sits longer than 30 minutes she throws it out. Obviously not in this case. In the other combo box, the fries were the same. The chicken a little better. I'm really disappointed that they did not even try to make it right. They definitely did not live up to their normal standards. And unfortunately, it will be a long while before I try them again. read more

Food was good and prepared on time. Two stars down because I ordered a medium Sprite with my meal. Took the food to my car but when I drank the Sprite it tasted like straight up soap. I don't know if they didn't rinse the nozzles of the soda machine thoroughly or if something is just wrong with their Sprite but I couldn't drink it at all. Disappointed, because the food was good and I enjoyed everything, it was just impossible to drink the soda I payed for. Would leave a zero star if I could. I have lived near this KFC for 17 years and the Chicken is never cooked fresh, dry and over cooked in heat lamps, lack of items in menu. Missing condiments, including butter and honey for the biscuits. Would recommend driving to Ogden for your Chicken or a local grocery store. Overpriced for the quality......definitely lacking flavor and tastes of preservatives. One of the filthiest KFCs I've been in. Family members of mine got sick from their ice machine once. Plus service is inconsistent, sometimes friendly, other times unhelpful or even with attitude. Food is typical for a KFC, greasy but good. Great powdered mashed potatoes with brown gravy, very basic but tasty cole slaw. Biscuits warm and delish with tons of butter. Ordered using the app. App showed that my $50 order was complete and ready to pick up. When I arrived to the pickup window they cleaned that they were out of chicken. I was told by some greasy looking dude that I need to cancel the order. I asked him how to do that and he just claimed "I don't know" and closed the window. I order the 5 piece hot tenders, the meal for this is 15 and change but that comes with a drink and 2 sides. I told the worker I just wanted the tender because I wanted fries but they ran out. My mom and aunt went to the Logan restaurant and the workers were extremely rude to them. They threw the orders into the bag without the lids being tight so gravy was on everything. The "service" at the Logan, Utah KFC is laughable - except I'm not laughing at all. I live in South Jordan, but frequently visit my son and his children in Smithfield. Approximately 2 months ago the grandkids wanted KFC for dinner so I obliged by driving to Logan for takeout. Upon arriving at my son's home with our food, we discovered we had been 'shorted' the biscuits and dessert cake we had ordered (and paid for). I called the Logan store and was advised I was more than welcome to drive back the 7 miles (one way) from my son's home to pick up the food that should have already been given to us, but unless I chose to do that, there was nothing that could be done. Tonight, my grandkids once again requested KFC. Like a fool, I agreed, and once again drove from Smithfield to Logan for a takeout meal. I arrived at the Drive-Thru window at 7:05 pm, placed my order and paid in full. The young lady at the window told me to park in the lot immediately to the west of the building, and that my food would be delivered to my vehicle "in about 4 minutes". I parked facing the building so that I could clearly see through the order window. I observed the employees chasing each other around and throwing towels and such at each other, but not (apparently) doing much else. After waiting a full 25 minutes in sub-freezing temperatures with my vehicle running the whole time, I finally called the store. A young man who identified himself as Tyler answered after at least 20 rings. When I explained the situation to him, Tyler said: " I'm coming right now." Exactly 6 minutes later, Tyler came out with my food. I asked him if it was cold and stale, and he assured me it was hot and fresh. He then told me it was just such a busy night that orders were taking a little bit more time than usual. When I told Tyler that I had seen exactly 3 vehicles use the Drive-Thru window and literally no one enter or exit the west side door, his response was: "I can give you a complimentary soft drink." I declined the offer. To KFC's credit, at least I received my complete order this time. The food was also, as promised, hot and fresh. I solemnly promise that I will never again patronize the Logan, Utah KFC. I also solemnly promise that I will share the above story with as many people as I can, as often as I can. We came in at 9 and we asked for a 12 piece meal the first thing the lady says is "let me check on my chicken" she proceeded to tell us that she didn't have that and offered a few more options, once we had decided on the 12 piece meal "all wings" she completely ignored us. We went to KFC on Wednesday June 20 about 4:00 PM I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with potato logs, my husband had chicken strips. The sandwich was old and very dry and the potato logs were so hard you could not bite into them. My husband had a hard time finding the chicken strips, they were so small. I went to the counter and finally got someone to wait on me, I gave the potato logs back to them and exchanged for coleslaw. Mostly our meals were extremely disappointing and inedible. You need a button for Horrible customer service! We went through the drive thru. At the first service was good by, we ordered a 12 piece and an 8 piece meal. The person taking the order suggested a 20 piece, that was great since it was not on the menu. She told us the price and told us to pull up. She did not ask what sides we wanted or tell us what sides came with the meal. We pull up to the window and ask what sides come with that meal. We were told mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Our family does not like coleslaw so we asked for all mashed potatoes. Adri who was working the window radioed back our the change. We then hear a scream from inside the restaurant saying we should have specified our order. OK... so it was not on the menu and we were not asked. I talked to Adri and said that was incredibly rude and unprofessional of that employee. I told Adri we were not given a choice of sides, she advised they are not allowed to ask which sides the customer wants anymore. (Say what?) I asked for the name of the employee, I was told they could not tell me her name. I asked for the name of the manager, I was then told... it was the assistant manager who yelled it and she was a week from delivering a baby. (like pregnancy gives women the right to be rude ) Adri said she was the team lead and apologized for her behavior. I then asked for the manager's name, I was given his name, but could not be given the name of the rude assistant manager or duty. We will not be supporting this KFC read more

It was definitely not the service anyone would expect. My order was pretty simple, just 3 items on the menu. I saw 2 people check my bag before giving it to me and then I went home and discovered I was missing a side. So I drove all the way back a little annoyed at myself for not checking and went back in. I waited 5 minutes for someone to come up and speak to me when I came in and when I told them I didn't get something and showed my receipt the employee that had bothered to come up glared at me, grabbed what I asked for and dropped it on the table with a "there." I have never in my life had someone act as if I was a hassle for asking for something I paid for. If she had even faked genuineness and said "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" I would have happily given a higher score. If you are looking to order a bucket of chicken, this is not the place. My elderly mother recently ordered two (2) of their smallest sized buckets with biscuits. Yes that equals one large bucket. Another employee came out and scolded her for not calling ahead. She then proceeded to fill the order from the piles of chicken under the heat lamps by slamming the food into the containers, and throwing it down in front of my mother. It was more than rude, it was mean and unprofessional. We live in a town that is family friendly, and families here have bunches of kids that gather for meals. KFC has chicken, and, well, chicken, on the menu, which they are cooking all day long (unless it really isn't fresh which is a different problem). And they advertise it in buckets. If they can't handle an order of 2 small buckets (which again, adds up to one large bucket on their menu), they need to take buckets off their menu, kind of the premise of their business. This employee obviously needs to find another line of work away from people and food, and KFC needs to up their customer service standards. My son is a chef and any employee throwing this type of tantrum would be gone on the spot, it would not stand in any of his restaurants. This is clearly not behavior we should expect from one in the service industry, and if it is acceptable in this KFC, they need to close. read more

Having worked in the food industry, most people who go into restaurants are less than favorable people. They're typically a bunch of self righteous jerks who treat the employees like crap with their holier than thou attitudes. If you go to a restaurant with an attitude, don't expect people to greet you with roses and bouquets, cause they're human too who deal with enough crap from entitled old jerks who tend to visit these places. The employees are fine, if you treat them with respect, I think employees need to have more sass when you go in like "I'm a customer, I'm automatically right and I can treat you however I want! CAUSE I'M A CUSTOMER!" This KFC here in Logan is no different. The employees are always super nice to me because I'm typically nice back, they may be a bit forgetful about certain things, but guess what, everybody is human and mistakes are made. So who cares if they forgot your damn biscuits, go back and tell them about their minuscule mistake and they'll fix it and apologize. No need to be rotten self righteous entitled impatient jerks. You want good and fresh food? You may have to wait for it. You want food quick to go but want it fresh? Too bad, you're gonna have to wait. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
