None of my 10 wings approached meaty. The wing seemed to be over fried. The exterior was very crispy and seemed to pull a lot of the moisture out of the wing. The lemon pepper dry rub was very good. The rubs were very thick on the wing. You could easily pick to the lemon pepper flavor. Though it was almost overpowered by a salty taste.
