This was great Pizza Hut! Got my food quick and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lily was welcoming, quick to let me know of specials, and very respectful. Will come back again. read more

I had to go to this location after going to the Banders Creek location . At Banders Creek Pizza Hut the man working there was verbally abusive. Refused to give his name. Said he was the manager and did not have to give it. (Thomas) Heavy set with beard. Refused 800 number for a district office . He said they were not allowed to give it out, When talking to him he was very angry and abusive. (Just basic simple questions) Acted as tho he was mad at the world . No more Banders Creek. We t to eat at the Rt. 1 (Jefferson Davis) location. They were wonderful and food was great. read more

They remodeled this location, but you can only dine-in during buffet hours, which is weekdays 11-1. Even if you order your food at the counter, you cannot sit down to eat. We were told it would confuse the system. Why are the prices so expensive? What happened to all the deals? Bring back Pizza Hut pre-Covid where you could sit down to eat with a server and actually afford it. read more

Went in today not knowing the buffet is closed other than 2 hours a day after the remodel, now I know, so I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, got home and it's an onion pizza. read more

I don't know why, but I thought Pizza Hut went out of business because I don't see them anymore anywhere. We were on our way to Panda Express when I saw this sitting near the corner of route 10 & Jefferson Davis Hwy. There were no cars in the lot, so I thought it was closed down. We took a chance anyway. We pulled into the lot and saw a few cars out back of their delivery drivers. The store had all of their blinds closed which is why it looked out of business. They don't allow dine in, but they do have carry out/delivery. We ordered a 2-topping pan pizza and breadsticks. Everything was yummy, but the breadsticks seemed a bit dry. I'm used to pan and the breadsticks to have that buttery bottom crust. Not this time. I enjoyed it for the most part. I'm glad to know they aren't out of business. Although they are far from where my family lives, I'd definitely make the trip to come check them out again in the future. read more

I ran in here to get a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day! I've been to a lot of nasty looking Pizza Huts that have unfriendly employees, and so so food. I wasn't looking forward to coming in, but I have kids that really want that heart shaped pizza. This place is clean! The buffet is always full of food, the tables and floors are clean, the employees were very nice and clean cut, and the food was delicious! We will definitely come back. read more

This pizza hut is so trash we tried to order a pizza and they said we don't deliver to your location IM 9 MINUTES AWAY AND YOU CANT DELIVER A SIMPLE PIZZA YALL SUCK.This is not school why cant yall deliver a pizza that is 9 minutes away just because "we aren't in the district" do better read more

Decided to grab a quick and inexpensive pizza. They have a deal for a large 3 topping pick-up for $7.99. They weren't busy, so when I walked in all the staff was in the back talking. A lady quickly came to the front to welcome me. I had a few minutes before my order was up so I sat waiting. We made small talk about the weather being nice, then she went to the back again. One staff member in particular was talking loudly about some ratchet activity she and someone else was engaged in and all her drama. Felt it was unprofessional, at least speak quietly. Other then that, my pizza came quick and tasted great. It had been a long time since I had Pizza Hut, it hit the spot, and I was pleased. read more

Great food. Some of the best staff. Can't wait to see how nice it is inside when they remodel.

A pretty big Pizza Hut located at the corner of Route 1 and VA 15 near the I-95 Chester exit. The food seemed decent and they have an easily accessible and large location with ample parking. read more

We ordered a big box and two orders of chicken wings. When it arrived it was clear that it had been eaten or dropped. We called to complain and requested a replacement. The manger delivers the new wings but instead of the big box, we received a box mostly of breadsticks where the pizza should be. Disappointing dinner. Would not recommend. read more

We really enjoyed the lunch buffet! When we first arrived, not too many options for available. But then they started being more things out. The pizzas were amazing.. cooked well and they had multiple options to choose from. The salad bar doesn't come with any meat options. They can at least provide bacon bits. The cinnamon sticks were a bit soggy for my liking so I didn't eat them. My only suggestion, they should add the wings to the buffet. read more

Tried the new baked Italian meat pasta at Pizza Hut and it was the worst pasta dish I have ever eaten. The pasta was dry and tough without any taste. The pepperoni was dry, burnt , and crunchy. Once the dried out pasta and pepperoni goes through the oven, they throw small balls of sausage on top. The worst purchase ever. read more

Satisfied with the service. Order was ready on time. Employee was courteous and professional. Thank you Pizza Hut :)

Called ahead and picked up the last time I ordered from here. It was good and the wait wasn't long.

$6.50 +tax for all you can eat pizza, pasta (if that's your thing), salad, and breadsticks during the weekday lunch hours (11:30-1:30, I believe). If you're craving pizza, and you dig Pizza Hut, this is a great deal. There's always a good variety of pies to choose from, and there's always something hot and gooey being brought to the line. read more

I was pleasantly surprised at the lunch buffet. The choices was good and they introducing different varieties of pizza. The salad bar was not bad, it had all of my favorite salad dressings. It opens at 11am, it sure when buffet ends but for $5.99 it was a deal. read more

The one star is for our server, Teresa Morgan. The restaurant is falling apart inside. Gross black mildew/mold all over the overhead air vents. The ceiling looks like it could all fall in any time. Light fixtures, decor, window sills are filthy. Surprised the health dept hasn't stepped in and shut it down! read more

I've never stepped into this Pizza Hut because I always choose delivery, but every delivery has been great!

It isn't the worst and it isn't the best buffet experience I've had at a Pizza Hut. The variety of pizzas was limited and mostly made up of ham and pork sausage topped options. The veggie and cheese slices were in short supply. Maybe it was the time I went? Not a whole lot of movement of the food, perhaps that also accounts for the lack of variety. Salad options were in varying states of flavor, pickles were ok but a little soggy and seemingly past their expiration date. But as compared with other Pizza Huts and at the $6.49 price point (before tax) perhaps more is asking a bit much. Hey, at least it's not completely dried out, stale Cici's. With a little more attention to variation and movement, freshness this place has good potential. Service was appropriately attentive. read more

The breadsticks and pizza were cool and stale tasting. The pasta dish had dry noodles on the edge and the inside was still very cold. The replacement dish was warm throughout, but it tasted soapy. The server looks like he was washing dishes before he was sent to the floor where he seemed very lost. The air vents are covered in mold and there is a ton of dirt and hair under the table. Overall it was a horrible dining experience and was not worthy of any of my money. read more

Craving for some greasy pan crust, I always stick with what I know and one thing I know is that Pizza Hut's pan crust is the shizer! Relative to other Pizza Huts, this joint gets 4 stars son! They have great service but one downer is no CC over the phone. Get wit it! read more

Tried to order a carry out pizza and after 6 min on the phone the girl was asking what state I was in and what city. I called the local number so if that doesn't narrow things down for her I sure don't want them fixing my dinner. It is a shame because this Pizza Hut used to be really good. We try about every few months and they keep sending me to Domino's or the Papa John's. read more

The pizza was awesome and hot. The salad bar needs som help. I think they need a replenish schedule. Someone checking to see if the items in the salad bar look OLD like most items did. Nonetheless I did enjoy it. Our waitress was great and attentive. Good dinner nights read more

Pretty good as far as Pizza Hut chain goes...I usually get take out pizza from here and it's always hot and fresh.

Exteremly rude, unprofessional and disorganized General Manger is just as nasty as she can be hung up in my face when I was trying to get the corporate store number and also overly charged my card and refused to refund will NEVER EVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH PIZZA HUT AGAIN. read more

My son ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:31pm. It has been an hour and 45 minutes. I called Pizza Hut and was told it was out for delivery. Pizza Hut is 10 minutes away. I called 20 minutes ago. This has not been a good experience. Much better service with Papa Johns. read more

I went to this Pizza Hut and all I was getting is a personal pan pizza and didn't receive it for over an hour

I couldn't decide between a 2 and a 3 and went with the 2. The food is delivered hot which is great considering it is delivered. The drivers are always very nice folks and I make sure to tip them for it. However, more times than not something is wrong with the order. Once food was missing (fixing that issue required a call to corporate after getting lousy customer service), but most often it is just wrong. Wrong items on the pizza, missing items on the pizza, wrong pasta, no drinks, etc. We order online and double check before sending. I'd love to give more stars, but the consistent messing up of the orders doesn't help at all. read more

We are always pleased with this place, clean, the food is good and the staff is friendly .

These employees are extremely rude, including the store managers! Very sarcastic responses when trying to submit a complaint to simply have my order delivered to me. I have had multiple poor experiences with this store. read more
