Ok, so I had a promo for Vocelli and thought I would save some money. It was 50% off, up to $15. My discount was $15. And I'm so glad I didn't pay full price for this bland, stiff pizza. First, I didn't know it was a chain. I would not have ordered if I had known. I don't do chain pizza. To their credit, it was prepared properly and the toppings were ample. The problem was the taste. Not much flavor, not a great texture. While this is not the worst pizza I've had, it was not good enough to ever reorder. I recently discovered cauliflower pizza and I have to say I'm so happy that Vocelli's makes the best crust by far! I love the veggie pizza and my husband gets the meats. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is trying to watch carbs but wants to still have that pizza feel. It's like a really good thin crust pizza my MIL who doesn't do cauliflower didn't even know that is what she was eating. Thank you Vocelli's for having options for us who can't do the regular pizza or who are just trying to watch the carbs! We will be back! read more

I ordered pizza from Vocelli via Grub-hub and it was delicious. The veggie thin crust pizza is the best I've even eaten. Fresh veggies really good crust and tasty. They will be where I ordered pizza from going forward but I will go there instead. It was a little pricey via Grubhub. read more

We really love Volcelli, we really do but they are so inconsistent with their pizza and service. Sometimes their pizza is great and hot other times warm and terrible. And if you order a pizza AND a salad good luck with that, you will be waiting awhile. Everybody there definitely needs more training, that is what is really missing at this location. We went inside to order. All the employees had masks on and were friendly. The cashier was very helpful and patient with questions that we had. Took about 20 mins for the food to be ready. Ordered colossal pepperoni pizza , large deluxe (their version of supreme), breadsticks, cookies and garlic rolls. The pepperoni pizza was pretty good, good amount of sauce and flavor. The deluxe was good, the Italian sausage was very flavorful. I wish there was more sauce on the deluxe but it was good. I could tell they use good ingredients/toppings. Breadsticks were yummy on their own although I do wish they came with marinara sauce. Garlic rolls.. hmmm.. were ok.. i didn't think they had much of a garlic flavor to them and felt they could be less dry. Cookies were yummy. I haven't had Vocellis in years so I was happy to that the pepperoni pizza still tastes good. We ordered from Vocelli's Pizza for the first time tonight and we are very displeased to say the least. Not only was our pizza completely wrong but I specifically requested and paid extra for chicken vs chicken tenders on their Parmesan sub. The sub was delivered with chicken tenders which tasted like dough as if the breading was still raw. I did call and speak with whom I am assuming is the manager, who did kindly credit my account $10 and offered to deliver a new pizza. Slow delivery - 90 minutes on a Monday. Was told it would be an hour. Driver showed up, was grumpy, complaining about other customers yelling at him, not tipping. Chicken Parmesan was not hot. Warm. Small portion for $10.49. Just a few chunks of chicken thrown on top of linguine. I have ordered chicken parm from many restaurants in many states. Never had such a puny portion and chicken is always a boneless breast (or two). Never just chunks. Also had NO cheese - I always thought the "Parmesan" was cheese. Food tasted okay. These guys left a door knob hanger thingy on our door a few weeks back with some coupons, so we gave 'em a shot. We've since tried several pizzas, the wings, the lasagna, the chicken tenders, the salads and the deserts. nearly everything we've tried has been fantastic, plus they deliver to our house. avoid the deserts, ( soggy cannoli and dry chocolate cake. ) everything else has been perfect though. The food: (3 Stars) The food was perfectly average. I am not sure who voted them #1 pizza, as they have it printed on everything, but I have had better, much much better. The pizza was on par with Papa Johns, it actually tasted how I remember Pizza Hut tasted in the early 90's before all the recipe changes. We also got an order of buffalo wings. The wings were perfectly average as well. The service: (1 Star) We ordered online to pickup in the future. We arrived at said future time and not only was our pizza not ready they rudely questioned if we were sure we had placed the order. They after 10 minutes of fumbling they find the ticket and make our pizza. When I say "they" I am referring to one person in particular "Melissa". It was readily apparent that it was her first day, or (insert your favorite insult here). I do have to give it to the girl cranking out the Pizzas though, she was an absolute machine, after hearing of the mess-up she cranked out our order like it was nothing. I could tell she wasn't impressed with Melissa's abilities either. Will I return? Probably. It's close to the house and they have some pretty good deals. Two adult vegetarians and two hungry kids on a Friday night. Vocelli's held us down. We placed two separate pickup orders. A large thin crust vegetable pizza, a large thin crust cheese pizza, a medium alfredo with spinach pizza and a diet coke. My partner picked up my order for me and forgot to grab my diet coke. Needing the caffeine, I called Vocellis and told them I'd come back for it and they offered to drop it at the house free of charge. The children were excited when they provided a free box of fresh baked cookies with the soda. Extremely nice gesture on Vocelli's part. The alfredo pizza was amazing. The two little ones and my partner finished off a large pizza and a half of the other selections. They said YUM! I have now found a go-to spot for pizza when I'm in the N. The only reason for the two star is because of the wings that we ordered tonight. Their pizza is amazing, not entirely sure if the wings sucked because it was almost closing time or what. Our take out order of wings and a salad were on time, unfortunately the wings were cold and undercooked. They were closed by the time we got home so there wasn't anything we could do about it other than waste our money and toss them. This is strictly a take-out joint located in a strip mall. I remember going to the original location in PA, it was called the Pizza Outlet. Something has changed drastically. I don't like pizzas with tomato sauce and Vocelli has several tasty alternatives to this, including alfredo, pesto, and ranch sauces, which are all excellent. Strombolli was purchased frozen.Was sopping wet with grease with hardly any filling.Im 2 miles away and took 40 mins.My wife's meatballs on her sub were frozen and completely bland sauce.Both were small portions.Disgusting.Im a Italian Exec.Chef and never had worse product.On top of all that I spoke to manager and said he would credit account on 7/7/14 and still hasn't.Dont eat there!! read more
