    Meat Special Pizza Pesto Sauce

The pizza was surprisingly crispy and flavorful! It's a thin crust that reminds me of pita chips. It definitely gets busy at 2am. The place was packed with everyone touching yet the lines moved quick and food came out fast.

This review is so special to me because Christians pizza is my favorite pizza place! Whenever I'm in Richmond, VA I look for an opportunity to stop here for a slice or two. I love the look and feel of the restaurant. It's located within the VCU campus grounds and is a popular late night spot for hungry students. I came to know about it through friends who went to VCU. They have cheese and pepperoni slices for $2.75, after 11 pm. I love their specialty pies. The chicken parm pizza is a favorite as well as the chicken pesto pizza. The veggie loaded pies are pretty good too! I've never had a bad experience with the staff, they're always friendly and seem to enjoy happy patrons. It's an honor to leave this review for my beloved pizza spot. Can't wait to stop by again the next time I'm in Richmond.

Want a good bang for your buck? Christian's is your place. Now a days a dinner for two out is rarely under $60 so a large pizza for $18 seems illegal. Pizza lasted us dinner and few days worth of lunch. The pizza is really good and reheats really well in the air fryer. Love a good Christian's pizza!

This pizza slices are pretty big and pretty dang good. They have a variety of specialty options plus the basics that we all know and love. This place gets packed quickly but it's fun and lively atmosphere for sure. The service is great and efficient but definitely have your order ready because people in there are hungry for this pizza for a reason.

    Slice of Cheese Pizza

Went here for a quick slice. I got the cheese and a fountain drink. I was in and out, no problem. The cheese was a little oily for me but I dabbed it with a napkin and kept eating. The sauce wasn't too acidic or too much. I would come back if I just wanted pizza by the slice! p.s. I wish they had a veggie slice option.

they offer a decent variety of pizza for an affordable price. it's a little crazy later in the evening and weekends but decent if your hungry and love pizza.

    How much she charged me!

Food is amazing but I swear last time ordered one box of pizza I felt ripped off. The Asian lady I think she's the owner, charged me $26 for chicken parm pizza with Half side of pizza w pesto sauce and the other have regular red sauce. I asked her why she charged me $26 she said cuz pesto is an extra charge and I asked her why she's didn't tell me before cuz it's not on the menu as an extra charge. Let's do the math! Its $15.99 for plain cheese. Then chicken topping was $2; therefore that's $18. Let's just say tax was 7%, cuz va tax is 6%. So that's $1.82. 18+1.82=19.82 26-19.82=6.18 So she's trying to tell me that she charged me $6.18 just for half of pesto sauce . And I asked her for my receipt so that I can see the charges and she said she can't give it to me cuz I paid w Apple Pay. Even the specialty pizza only costs $24! She probably tipped herself! I'll post my transaction form my bank statement. And an online order of what I got to show you that I was over charged and I'm not just tripping. According to my math if my pizza only cost me $21.99 that means she charged me 11.41% tax. So she basically tipped herself that much cuz no way half pesto sauce Costa $6.18 And the most annoying thing is sometimes when I'm studying late at the cable library I come to grab a slice and I forgot my wallet and I try to use Apple Pay and then they don't let me. They only let me when it's convenient for them. One day I'm allowed to the next they don't accept Apple Pay! So just bring your cards w u in case they're being bipolar that lucky day. They act like their doing me favor or donating charity as if I'm not paying. They're always pissed or in a bad mood when I'm there. But again I'll give credit where it's due and say food is Bomb. I didn't want to come off stingy or annoying or hold up the line so I just let it slid cuz I hate confrontation and I felt like I couldn't do anything cuz I was trying to treating a friend to dinner. Every time I order a box it's something sneaky like this but I just pay and am too shy to ask questions. But now it's clear she's just used to scamming me cuz she thinks I don't notice. But I do math in my head like a calculator before she even gave me the total. I'd just suggest that y'all check how much she's charging and challenge her cuz I think she's used to doing this cuz it's just us all broke college kids that don't pay attention and just pay cuz we're starving!

Hector is the coolest, hands down--great energy, great personality, the kind of person who makes you want to come back. Oh and did I mention you can get pizza by the slice! The variety is mind blowing and they always have vegan options!!!!! I'm a thin-slice person. I need the right ratio of crust to sauce to toppings, and Zorch nails it every time. Plus, no flop! The cheese slice is a classic and was my favorite... until I discovered The Upside Down. Listen, when I bite into that slice, I literally close my eyes. I see a lot of people say it's greasy. For this one, grease me down baby. The flavor does everything it needs to do. Layered, bold, and honestly addictive. After that slice, I don't even want a regular one anymore. Next up on my list: The Grandma. And for context, I've had Angelo's in Philly. Respectfully? It doesn't compare. Sorry to all the other grandmothers out there lol. One note though-it's heavy on the garlic, so if that's not your thing, you might want to pivot. If it is your thing? Strap in. It's been a few years since I've been able to say I found a legit pizza spot in RVA. A spot that I bring others to often! I'm happy to say I've found my pizza home. Much love to the Zorch crew. See y'all soon!

I felt like I was getting the true local experience being here. There's only a few chairs to sit while you wait but no tables to sit and eat. Service - friendly and quick. We walked in just before 7 PM and were told that our 2 pizzas would be done in about 30 minutes which ended up being accurate! We took our 1 1/2 year old to the park up the street while we waited. Food - the pepperoni pizza was the best we've had in richmond so far! The red sauce tasted more like a pasta sauce than a pizza sauce - which I loved! The pepperonis were also larger and thinner than the traditional size so they were perfectly crispy. We also ordered the Breakfast Pizza with sausage. The flavor profile was more mild but still surprisingly good. We added red pepper flakes to this one when we got home.

I decided to give it a try since I would be down the street after VCU homecoming basketball game. Upon entering the restaurant, we were told they were not quite open yet. It was about 255pm and our reservations were for 3pm. We did see a couple seated on the restaurant side. When I made my reservations on the open table app I asked to be seated in the restaurant side and not the bar side. When the host came over to seat us, she seated us in the bar area. We had to get the attention of someone to wipe the seats off because food was in the seats. She did ask us were we there for the repass and we told her no we had reservations for 3pm on the restaurant side. We studied the menu for about 10 minutes and decided to order appetizers and soft drinks. The server came over and took our orders. She was back in less than five minutes. Our drink orders looked very light in color and hardly no bubbles were in our drinks. The ginger ale looked like water and the pepsi was extra dark in color. The server never came back to check on us. We decided to get up and leave. First impressions are everything to me.
