It is really hard to say goodbye to a pizza business after almost twelve years of faithful purchases, but this time it is a matter of principle- no matter that it was a small purchase. ‍ I think we experienced one FUBAR order at Cousin Vinney's Pizza since we've been giving them our business, and that was approximately nine years back; and they made the error good by giving us a credit on a future visit. But not this time! Everyone has a bad day-- I get it! I never was in the restaurant business, and I'm sure it isn't easy- but all I wanted was to get a replacement pizza on our account after receiving a large thin crust pie with pepperoni and extra sauce. But it looks like I ran into one very polite and caring employee who was caught in the middle, and a "manager" who was a no-show this last Tuesday. I called and ordered the following: * One large regular crust pepperoni with extra sauce. * One large thin crust pepperoni with extra sauce. When we arrived home we noticed the regular crust pizza was fine; the thin crust pizza was burned in places and very dry. We notified the store the next day at around 1500 hrs. The person on duty was polite but couldn't authorize a credit. The manager was out of the building so we set up a tone for him to call me. He never did. Ordered extra cheese and either I paid for something I didn't get or they are extremely skimpy on toppings. Also ordered the spinach and artichoke dip. It was ok. Nothing particularly special. This place was good! I'd order here again. It's been recommended by friends before and we finally tried it for the game. The sauce really stands out. It's sweet and savory, definitely a good balance of sugar&salt added with good seasonings too. It made the cheese sticks stand out and the pizza really balanced well. 100% mozzarella vs other mozz/jack mixes stood out, great flavor. Good cook and stability in the crust. No fancy ambience here. Just a really good pie! I went with the thin crust as my judge of this pizza. Service for pickup was fast. Between 20-25 minutes when I walked in. It was well done and the ingredient proportion was very good. Crust was light and crispy. I went with pepperoni, mushroom and green olives. Not only is the pizza really good, but the guys who work here are really friendly. The best thing I can say about this place is that they were open late on Christmas night, and not only that, but the food was great and the entire staff was in a great mood. I generally do not review chain restaurants, but Cousin Vinny's is some pretty good pie that you can obtain in the middle of the night, and I respect that. The crust is thick and chewy and decent if you are into that. It's not my favorite, but it is much better than most chain pizzerias. It has a cheesy flavor unto itself. Sauce is sweet and heavily seasoned with oregano. The cheese is real and has a traditional mozzarella stringy texture, not a processed, spongy one. Take out and delivery only. Pepsi products. Pleasant and efficient staff. Short wait time. Really affordable pricing with better quality than most. A good value and open very late. read more

I only recently decided to stop in this place that I've driven by numerous times for the past 2yrs. Ughhhh, why didn't I stop sooner?!? I LOVE pizza and this place hits the spot. It's affordable, fast and yummy. The sauce is and cheese ratio is about as perfect as it can get! The management is genuinely & promptly addressed a "question/concern" with a polite answer and smile that made me feel like an appreciated patron. I'll certainly make this a "Go To" when I'm in the area. - I can only imagine that those with less than favorable experiences, may have caught them on a bad day... and let's be honest, we all have those once in a while. Late one night I was really craving pizza and either grub hub or door dash had a free delivery deal here. I ordered the meat lovers pizza. It arrived nice and hot and fresh. I got a 10 inch size and it was perfect for me. It was a really great meat lovers pizza and I find myself still craving it days later. Normally I just get pepperoni and sausage but for whatever reason this pizza jumped out at me on the menu. The pizza was done very quickly too order we got the cheese bread and the American Favorite pizza. The cheese bread is very buttery and cheesy very much worth the price as an appetizer. I finally had the guts to try this place and I will NEVER order from anywhere else. If I want pizza, it's Cousin Vinny's pizza or no pizza at all. They always have consistent pizza so you know what you're getting every time and every time it's perfect! They never skimp on toppings. And they have great deals! I usually do the 2 for $22 large pizzas. It is an upcharge for different sauces like ranch or alfredo, but that doesn't bother me at all.
