I had to yell at the man in order to defend myself. And do you know what the staff did at P. Terry's while all of this happened? They turned to ME, the girl being attacked by a MAN and told ME "not to engage him" for defending MYSELF after I had already tried de-escalating by ignoring him. They didn't offer to help. They didn't offer to call 9-1-1. They didn't tell the man to leave. They blamed ME for having to finally defend myself. NOT THE MAN POUNDING ON MY CAR. But ME. Tell me this: had I been a white woman or a little Asian lady, THEN would that have warranted helping me? But you put him harassing me onto ME. You put me DEFENDING myself onto ME. And when I called to talk to the manager about what happened, she hung up in my face. I swear to God I will NEVER support this establishment at ANY location ever again.

After checking in I set my time watch and started my wait. I was there around 3:00, so definitely not a meal rush time, so I had great expectations of good service. Happily, after what I consider a reasonable wait, a courteous employee arrived at my vehicle window with my food. The food was hot and packaged correctly. I'm very pleased that this was how things turned out. I can recall a previous experience when the store ignored curbside customers. They have clearly fixed this.
